Chapter Seven, "MalHades."

    Chapter Seven, "Mal''Hades."

    ...

The Architect spent months examining the human couple. Those months turned into years, and those years turned into decades.

The two ancestors birthed dozens of descendants, their children reproducing as soon as they reached the ripe age in which it was possible. Their creator watched with anticipation for the future, happiness clear in his demeanor.

"Step one complete! Things are underway!" The Architect rejoiced from the skies, staring down on the small human tribe.

    Then, he disappeared!

Silence reigned supreme in these skies, the high winds being the sole noise that could be heard up so high.

The early humans were not aware of their creator watching over them, and they would never know! But, this wouldn''t matter in the end.

    ....

The Architect tumbled through space, flying about at speeds faster than light. He had launched himself into motion through manipulating vectors. Now, he was soaring through reality, dodging universes and their clustered counterparts.

"Humans... Warmongers! Bringers of conquest, life, and stability! I expect Ibrahim to be a tyrant to those he opposes, and a savior to those that stand by him!" He spoke to himself, spinning wildly.

"Then... The Aetherians! Oh yes! That''s... Awesome!" Controlling his vectors, he slowly came to a rotating stop.

The Architect floated before a massive cosmic region. A huge dark expanse, larger than galaxies.

"O'' greetings, my grand dark aether." He muttered.

Right before the creator, was a dense void of dark aether. A volatile location, filled with the supernatural energy that bore the same name.

Dark aether made up a vast portion of the astral world. Space, was sixty percent dark aether, the rest being celestial bodies and other forms of energy.

Though, despite there being so many dark voids in space, not all of them were so...

    So unbelievably dense...

"Here I come!" The Architect chuckled, launching himself forward. He flew through the darkness, the intense pressure threatening to tear apart his mortal body. Dark bolts of energy struck down everywhere, shattering space itself for moments before reality healed itself.

The Architect had traveled the cosmic seas for a long while, looking for a perfect location, and he had finally found it. In a completely different, and unsuspecting corner of reality. Universes away from the singular planet that housed human life!

He spun, finding his balance in the darkness. He ignored the bolts of white-black energy, staring forward into the densest area of dark aether within this void.

"KEKEKE!" He laughed uncontrollably, both of his palms outstretching towards the darkness.

The power network rung in his ears as a faint blue panel appeared before him.

With a smile, he flicked it away with but a nod of his head.

"HAHA! ONLY THE CONSEQUENCES OF MY ACTIONS!" With a bright smile, the Architect''s palms moved.

They swung, faster than the speed of light. Faster than the speed of light, multiplied by the speed of light.

    And.

There was a clap of thunder.

From the depths of the dark aether, a seed of energy sprouted. It was blacker than the darkness, absorbing all the miniscule light, pervading throughout the void.

    The seed, shattered.

It''s construct was dismantled, as something great emerged. Spewing forth from the seed, a huge creature of titanic scale, crawled out.

The seed did not seem large from the Architect''s perspective, but that was only due to the sheer distance away it was.

With his smile never fading, the Architect twisted his hands.

Beneath the massive behemoth, appeared a sturdy, strong landscape. Metal earth, strong enough to bare the weight of a life form larger than solar systems.

Then, the Architect flicked his hand, another island of organic metal appearing just in the distance.

    Then another.

    Then another.

Countless islands floated in this dark void, islands larger than stars.

At the center of this island system, floated one singular plateau, a plateau that housed the only other life in this realm.

    It was vast.

It wriggled around on the surface. It''s skin was... hardened. Rocky, almost. It had a carapace stronger than magical ores. It''s back was lined with spinal spikes, sticking up through its shell.

With a roar, the creature reeled itself up into the sky.

The Architect appeared before it, looking upwards into it''s face from the ground beneath it.

It''s underbelly split, showing the darkness inside of it''s long cylindrical body. It was like the creature was capable of breaking open to accommodate the consumption of any creature, no matter the length.

    The Architect smiled.

He looked upwards as the creature bellowed down at him. It''s face was terrifyingly beautiful. It had a mouth, lined with teeth, human-like teeth. It''s jaw split, forming two mouths almost.

On the side of it''s face, were two pincers, sharp, deadly.

Above the horrifying mouth was a human nose, two dark holes for eyes residing just above it.

    Then, the Architect spoke.

"As the Aetherian God... I will grant you the gift of..." He started, the monster inching forward. It''s screams blew harrowing winds towards the creator, the man standing unperturbed.

He smiled, feeling as the atmosphere on this island slowly solidified.

    "{Destined Death}."

There was an explosion of energy.

A red storm brewed above in the sky, black lightning striking down all around. Vortexes of wind spun around, metal chunks breaking off from the lands as they flew about everywhere.

    "Mal''Hades."

The Architect''s white teeth beamed with luster.

    "Mal''Hades the Aetherian Super God!"

Metal clashed, sparks of light flying about.

A small figure flew about in the skies, dodging and weaving around the deadly attacks of his foe.

"Just succumb to me, Drexlus! You have seen my power! I will lead this world to a brilliant age! I outclass all other creatures in this world in intelligence, power, and gall!"

    Clank!

The golden spear fended off the gargantuan claw.

Ibrahim floated, sweat dripping down his face.

    "Beat me first, human."

    BOOM!

Ibrahim was knocked backwards, struggling to find his balance.

    Hundreds of years had passed.

He had not seen the Architect in ages, but that did not affect his will.

Ibrahim steadied himself, his gaze hardening.

He stood head to head with the strongest entity on this super world.

    Drexlus, the Dragon Ancient.

The massive creature beat his wings, keeping him afloat in the skies, and leveling the trees below them.

With a large inhale, Ibrahim opened his power sheet.

    Then, the human exhaled.

"Fine. But after this, I am free to rule this world. Correct?" He spoke.

"Save discussions for later, human." The dragon smiled, it''s monstrous teeth on full display.

    Reluctantly, Ibrahim returned the gesture.

    "Fine."
