《The Architect; World Creator!》 Chapter One, The Prologue to Infinity. Chapter One, The Prologue to Infinity. ...
... ... ... Darkness flooded all there was to be. A simple infinite expanse of... dark. Directly in the center of this dark realm floated an entity. A singular... The singular existence, was toiling with power itself. The one living life form had the one singular source of light warping around in it''s grasp. The light stemming from this source shone brilliantly on the singularity''s form, growing brighter and brighter by the second. The entity''s physical body, consisting of soft fleshy tissues and malleable plastic extremities. A garble of something foreign escaped from the creature as the light pulsated rhythmically... The very first sounds ever, and the very last of this era. A stream of incoherent noises, indecipherable to the vast majority of life that would succeed this moment... But there would be one that would remember these noises, and one that would carry them into a new age. The ball of light pulsated with one last burst of energy. Taking in the scene before it as it was ingrained into it''s very fabric. The meaning of the sounds rung for eternity. "Manifest beauty, O'' brilliant one." ... ... ... Darkness reigned supreme, an ancient and chaotic presence awakening within it. It had not yet opened its senses to this new thing called life, it''s existence lying in a limbo state. But that wasn''t for long. A stream of energy jolted forward into the pervading darkness, lighting things up ever so slightly. This, stream of energy, was a thought. The presence had effectively gone on to produce thought. The first thought to ever be... thunk? In this moment, there was no sense of grammar, nor communication, nor any sense of stability in general. Writing was not conceptualized, nor was information itself. Senses in themselves were not fully realized, this newborn entity only just beginning to pave the way for all that would succeed it. And that way was fully realized in an instant. The creature that was only a ball of light, expanded rapidly. It''s blue light spread, encroaching upon the darkness. Time was not an aspect, nor was speed, not even distance. It was a confusing sight... The entity''s light brightened up everything there was to be in a singular instant. Darkness existed no more. But... Was that... Was that it''s goal? It did not feel like it was. What was it''s goal again exactly? Right. Manifest beauty. From the center of the brightness, darkness once more sprouted. Rapidly, the entity was evolving, creating new pathways, as brilliant ideas spurted into it all at once. If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. It did not know where they originated, nor where they ended, but they were all welcomed with love. Love? What exactly was that?... It caught a glimpse of the future, a time in which creatures were pushed forward by this thing called love, reaching for it with all they could. But... future? Time? It was all hard to comprehend, but it was happening quicker than one could realize. Darkness spread out everywhere, the presence straining itself as concepts tumbled around in a new thing that It had just now fully realized. The mind. It had one of those, and it was being pushed to limits. Limits... It had those as well! But, limits were hindering. Maybe it was a lapse of judgement creating these "limits". No, it wasn''t. Limits were just for... Everything but, It! Therefore, it''s limit had to cease existing, so that It''s goals could be fully realized. And it was as simple as that. But still! The mind! Limits! These were beautiful things! Now to proliferate more of them! Countless thoughts were proliferating throughout It''s evolving mind. Time! Life! Death!... Space, order! Throughout the darkness that spread across the bright expanse, lines of color and energy spread thin. Countless, line after line, thin, snaking, and powerful! These lines wrapped around each other, as the countless concepts hiding within It''s mind were fully established. Beauty rang loud as sound traveled through these lines of energy before they sunk beneath the lights and darks. In the infinite darkness, the few remaining particles of light started to shift. Movement! The lights moved! And, time moved as well... Then, BOOM. A wave of... shock? Emanated throughout everything as these countless particles exploded outwards, huge and thick energies roiling out. Gaseous clouds appeared within the darkness as physical matter came to exist. It was... beautiful. A disorderly order, where things were only just getting started. Time was something slow moving, but speed was malleable to It. In a blink... What exactly was that? Ah, who knows... But that was all it took. One "blink" of time, and these gaseous energies condensed. A hierarchy was fully established in this thing. In this... Universe. Stars were small specks of light, some bigger than others and some infinitely tinier. But there were an unidentifiable number of them. They were often spread out, but some clustered together, spinning around each other beautifully as they contained a sort of field that pulled them towards one another. Spreading awareness, it was clear that these tiny specks followed an order. They were present within boundaries, clustering together in areas filled to the brim with these lights. G-....Galaxies. These galaxies were much larger clumps of light, emanating an interesting power, colossal energies contained within. But only colossal to the small specks of course. To It, these galaxies were interesting small disks. Unlike the stars, the galaxies were able to exist independently of a boundary. Individually existing in randomized locations, some even existing alongside another. Analyzing this beautiful, beauty... It was filled with a sense of... feeling. Feeling... Realization struck deep. Feeling was so beautiful! BOOM! Conscience boomed forth, minds awakening within all the specks of light, greater consciousnesses awakening within the galaxies. Two new, but drastically different types of minds came into existence. Star entities, with brains that let them perceive themselves. Then, Galactic consciousness, with far more... Mental power, then the star counterparts. Looking further on, things had become incredibly beautiful to It. But it did not feel done! Time seemed to moved, and It grew more and more yearning. Ideas! Ideas! They sprouted left and right. Left and right! Right! Right as in, correct! Space... Measurement... Ah! There was so much. And then! There was another blink! Everything had grown a lot more beautiful as more ideas had been realized. The hierarchy became heavily influenced, time still slowly moving as It''s mind felt feelings! Stars were not the smallest dots any longer. There existed, worlds, planets. Dots even smaller than the minuscule stars. Entities that were far dimmer, and filled with less energy. The field around these worlds were far smaller than those of the stars, allowing for them to easily be swallowed by star fields as they were forced to swing around the specks, unwillingly. In the right condition, these worlds could give way to even smaller units of the hierarchy! Even smaller specks that had minds just like the colossal worlds and stars that they could hardly compare to. It had come to call all of these things... Life! Widening the view, It went beyond the stars, and beyond the galaxies. Now, galaxies tended to pull towards one another, sharing massive fields countless times larger than a stars. Cluster of galaxies existed, adding to the hierarchy. Then. The Universe. Universe was the culmination of everything, but it was not beautiful enough! Therefore... why not add more? The Universe had become like a galaxy, it''s powerful mind sprouting a boundary. And then, the conscious split itself. The universe cloned itself, time moved as the new seperate entities cloned themselves. Universe after universe sprouted up, as universal clusters came to be, a familiar darkness filling the spaces between these universes. Then, an even greater conscience sprouted. A boundary had spread, and a reality was formed. Then, it split. Time didn''t slow, nor did it accelerate. It watched with a love-filled gaze. The original reality went on to split once more, following a linear path of division. While the second followed another line! This reality did not split itself apart, but instead splitting into layers. One large reality existed, but two versions of it existed within one. Then, it split, and another layer appeared. Then, it split, and two halves separated, both having three layers. Then, they both split, four layers spawning in one, as the three layered counterpart split once more. It, watched. It, had manifested greatness. Everything was beautiful. Time continued to move. As it did so, more ideas sprouted. As they did, It''s mind continued to grow stronger. Then, during this point in time, the presence had felt it''s feelings overflow. With a burst, a wave of energy spread throughout all there was to be, with a sound accompanying it. None of the life forms of varying ages could understand the jumble of noises, but it''s source did. "Haha!" It was the laughter of existence... ...
Chapter Two, The Six Present Rudimentary Senses. Chapter Two, The Six Present Rudimentary Senses. ...
Realities trembled with joy, some of their layered dimensions bouncing up and down. Universes spun with happiness. Galaxies shifted with excitement. Stars bubbled with electricity. Worlds revolved with haughtiness. Creatures shook with confusion. Atoms vibrated with elasticity. It was truly exhilarated! Time was passing in all sorts of directions. All sorts of information funneling into It. It gazed upon everything with content. Through this erratic movement of time, It had come to observe many things. Most intriguingly, the smaller almost unnoticeable life forms that held consciousness nearing the levels of worlds. Each individual speck of flesh and sometimes metal, plastic, or other forms, had the power of worlds in their mind, and it was interesting. With immense interest, It descended it''s mind unto a small and insignificant world. Before it''s eyes were furred existences. Bipedal life forms that ran around with sticks and stones. There was joy inside of It! And then time blinked. The small insignificant planet had changed. Going from a dry and weak world, to one of molten lava and creatures that were no longer living. There was a wave of sadness in it''s mind, as it found these strange life forms too weak to be able to encapsulate their true beauty. It was sickening! So. It sunk into thought. It travelled through the linear movements of time, managing to jump out of line, forward in line, and even backwards, countless times! It was yet another blink in this way, yet things were a whole lot different. It, appeared in the same moment it was born, It''s infinitely evolved mind spreading out over the whole of everything. Then... "Let us manifest more unto this place." It had returned to the original moment, carrying with it knowledge from years beyond. Ideas that were not its own, but very good ideas in themselves! "Nature... Super, nature... Supernature!" It exclaimed! In the darkness, countless lines of light pulsed outwards. They warped and twisted, forming into strange scriptures, as they imprinted themselves into the darkness as they travelled. Countless existential source codes intermingled with the darkness, spawning with it, grandeur supernatural rules! In the darkness, these letterings shone beneath, an intricate, delicate, but all powerful system sprouting in place. No more was the randomized creation of celestial bodies, but an order that followed strict rules. Existential Rules! Reality Rules! Universal Rules! Galactic Rules! Support the creativity of authors by visiting Royal Road for this novel and more. Better yet... All of these Rules, were Supernatural Codes. Existential Codes in which the entirety of existence ran by. But more importantly... Codes in which life forms could tap into! Codes which the smartest, most intelligent, and most talented entities could utilize to rise beyond limits! To strive for a place akin to It! Where they could be free of limitations just like It! It only smiled, a vast and ethereal pressure appearing across the darkness. "Existential Code of Life." Of course, as It, It was privy to all of these codes with no backlash, nor any need to spend countless blinks of time comprehending the intricacies of it all. With the short sentence, borrowing the grammatical structure of what would become an ancient and primordial language according to the future, It spoke forth all life. Blips appeared in the darkness, stars manifesting alongside massive galactic cores. Universal gateways appeared, housing universal consciousnesses in their hidden dimensions. Reality Orbs spawned, emitting countless essences and energies out into the vast cosmic darkness. Boundaries wrapped around their designated areas, as brightness shone all throughout the dark! Then, It turned its gaze towards the infinite expanse of all existing. With a hardened, but excited stare, there was a thunderclap amidst the formation of worlds. The intermingled light and darkness, governed by the Codes, were chopped. At a vast distance, beyond any created measurement from any time line, the finality to the hierarchy had been formed. Existence, now had its own end. Beyond existence lied the infinite darkness that It was born in. The infinite darkness that it still had complete control over. Of course, these newly formed Codes did not have any power here however. It bore a metaphysical smile, a warmth spreading into an unknown layer of existence as It displayed happiness. Then, this happiness quickly disappeared. In the same instant that It had completed it''s creation, it had already become used to all there was to observe. Its senses were spread across the vast everything, across all times and moments in existence. It knew everything there was to know, at every moment, in this singular moment, and it would know just as much in the next! "Vile..." It muttered, unsatisfied with the fact that beauty was so fleeting to a mind of this stature. "Maybe..." It muttered once more, a smile reappearing on its metaphysical form. "Aha! I will limit myself to the six present rudimentary senses..." It laughed. In that instant, It underwent a massive change, a change that would spark forth a new era among this young, but aged existence. Sight, taste, touch, hearing, smell, and intuition. The six rudimentary senses had awakened in a creature that was once privy to all forms of sensing there was. Then, in a corner of a dark universe, hidden amongst a cluster of realities. A white cloud started to proliferate within a large mass of Dark Aether, a condensation of light and dark being spawned. Then, the energies condensed into a physical form, a creature of simultaneously fleshy and rubbery characteristics awakening. It was the form of It that had awakened to the rudimentary senses. It was an amalgamation of extremities. Countless eyeballs used for vision. An infinite number of snouts and noses for smell. Countless paws, fingers, claws, and tentacles, all to be used for touch. Holes that led to drums and receptors that brought about the intake of sound and vibration. Even bumps and strange nerves that allowed for the analyzation of reality through the lens of taste. It was... "How beautiful!" A creature of infinite extremities, twisting, turning, and bending all over the place. It was satisfied with this. Spending countless moments observing itself with the countless eyes it possessed, the entity was finally able to snap out of it after much time had passed. In reality, weeks, if you were to utilize a form a measurement. But It eventually found it''s way out of the trance, marveling at how much longer it was able to bask in it''s accomplishments than before. And then it turned towards a star not far off! Oh, it was not a star. It turned towards a planet not far off! With a squint of all the eyes, and a jitter of all of it''s extremities, It displayed happiness for the first time in a physical body. "A world! A world! I wonder what beautiful lives are here! I wonder what they look like! What are their exact smells?! What about tastes! Their sounds? Kekeke!" Sound escaped from the creatures in a complete radius, traveling by attaching to the latent energies present within this splendiferous body. Of course this physical body was not normal! It had a vastly higher amount of magicules imparted within it. Far higher than the average unenlightened life form! It couldn''t wait for the future! Mainly because It was only experiencing the present now...
Chapter Three, "Whos there!" Chapter Three, "Who''s there!" ...
The scene changed to the planet not far from the highest entity. Waves crashed on this tumultuous land, the sea throwing attacks at the landside. Funniest of all was the contrasting scenery! The sky was bright, a blazing star shining light onto the world, giving a warm feeling and a golden luster. Yet the beach was faced with raging waters, lawlessly stealing any lifeform residing on the sandy shores. Not far from this shore, a small beast broke the forest foliage, stepping foot into the grassy clearing that existed before the coastline. It grunted and shouted as it stepped around with its hunchback. It held a look of wariness on it''s face. The creature wore coverings around its body. There were bestial hides wrapped around it, protecting it''s chest, upper arms, upper legs, and groin. This creature was composed of flesh, a carbon based life form. It had fur along it''s body, but not much. The predominantly hairy areas were the top of it''s head, it''s arms, and it''s back. It''s visible skin was dark, as if burnt by the star. It''s eyes were a bright pale blue, and its teeth were sturdy and well built. Looking forward, any knowledgeable reader would be able to make the inference... This creature was actually a variant of early human! This unevolved human strutted through the grassy clearing, disgruntled and clearly annoyed. It was male, and it seemed to have heightened senses of anger, perhaps evolved to better protect his growing offspring. Steadily, he approached the clearing ledge, looking out towards the raging sea below. Sounds escaped from his mouth, coherent structure being clear to those that paid attention. These sounds formed real words! A system of communication that was semi-advanced. "The Ocean Gods are filled with wrath once more." This irritated primal was actually well spoken, far more knowledgeable among his peers. His stabbed his weaponry onto the ground beside him, the sharp stone on the butt of his spear digging into the earth. It was a double edged pole, with the main tip being armed with the sharp tooth of a large beast. The human man sat down, one of his legs moving off of the edge, and dangling free. The other hugged his chest, his arm resting itself atop as his other palm supporting him on the ground. This novel''s true home is a different platform. Support the author by finding it there. "We people have no chance of survival in this cruel world..." He sighed, his anger shooting through the roof. "Why are you crying? You clearly have the chance to do anything you want in this cruel world!" A booming voice almost ruptured his ear drums. The human''s anger heightening to the max. He jumped into action, one of his hands clutching his bleeding ear while the other helped him rise while steadying his weapon. "Ah, what happened to your sound receptors? Was I too loud?..." He tried to stabilize himself as he looked forward towards the forest line. No matter where he looked in front of him, he could not find the source of the sounds. As a result, the human was quickly drowned with fear. Sound but no source? Such a deep and grating voice, it could only belong to massive and domineering creature! Yet he was at a complete loss! "Who''s there!" The human shouted, fearfully. His face was still scrunched up, anger laced behind the fear creating a strange fluctuating expression. Then, a creature broke through the line of the foliage. "Me! It''s me!" A joyful laugh reverberated out. "You''re a human right? You have a world''s mind, you can easily become strong enough to protect your people. Only a few... thousand years? Oh, maybe you''re too weak to live. Wow is this how weak all of you are?" Looking forward, the human could see a disgusting sight before him. A roughly shaped ball of meat crawled through the bushes, appearing in the clearing. There were eyes in places that should not be, arms poking into the sky, even legs, claws, and tails squirming about. The human... Upon hearing the horrifying squelching sounds of this creature, and the eye sickening visage it carried. He hurled. Blegh! His earlier feedings finding themselves back out into the world they originated from. "Haha! I''m so beautiful that you can''t handle it!" The entity joked. "Kidding. Of course I know that your kind isn''t used to something as weird looking as I am... It''s unfortunate actually..." It continued. "Anyway, stop crying human! Just use magicules and become strong and stuff! You''re supposed to reinforce your mind and body and all that stuff! Then one day you can start embarking upon the path of Codes! Tapping into the Source Material of the universe as you one day come to the peak where you stand only below me and are limited by no existential processes!" The extremities on this creature wriggled and shook as it''s voice shook inside the mind of the human. He could hear it''s every sound clearly, their meanings being translated smoothly. But every sound was still grating! It felt as if the creature''s words were damaging his entire skull. His ears bled, his eyes became bloodshot, and his mind was filled with splitting pains! Staring forward, he could feel himself dwindling. His eyes blinked slowly, and the sounds began to become muffled. "Did you understand my words? I''m talking directly to your... Ah... Sorry I didn''t mean to kill you!" The huge ball of flesh chuckled towards the end of his speech, a laugh escaping it as the human before it tumbled to the ground. His weaponry bounced against the grass. It''s owner laid face down, sinking into the earth as all of it''s bodily processes ceased to continue. "My mind is too strong to communicate with lesser existences directly! How shit that is!" The flesh monster spun around, aiming to return towards the foliage. "But humans... Hmm..." It''s internal voice faded, none of the words it spoke having been released into the outside world this whole time. But accompanying the fading monologue was a physical change. The creature morphed as it entered the foliage. The thousands of extremities were ridden of. A smooth flesh, dark skinned male creature standing tall as it''s left foot returned to the trees in which it came. The tall, bipedal creature adopted a smile on it''s face. It''s blue eyes shone with a deep luster as the newly adopted human form disappeared fully behind the leaves. "Humans! Humans! Humans!~" A voice escaped into the outside world, as the entity adapted to it''s new organ. Vocal cords! ...
Chapter Four, Many Ideas! Chapter Four, Many Ideas! ...
"Ah! Whoo!" A human chest heaved up and down as it''s owner sprinted throughout the forest. He snaked around trees, leapt over stumps and bushes, and used his hands to navigate the scenery. "Exhilarating" He exclaimed, sweat covering his pores as his muscles tensed. Pain was filling his legs as even his lungs began to struggle. Then! "Ack!-" He tripped up on a log, falling face first into the ground as he slid through the twigs, stones, and the ever present, grass. With a chuckle, he lifted his head up, sticks piercing his face as blood streaked down. "Fuck yeah! That hurts!" He laughed. The man actually couldn''t contain his laughter, matter of fact! He rolled around on the ground, holding his stomach. "Is this what pain feels like? It''s so beautiful! I-I have never taken up such a lowly form before! This is... Haha!" The entity from before continued to laugh, his joy spreading out throughout the forest as he continued to have the time of his life. Slowly, he utilized the latent and abundant magicules encased within his soul, forcing his "human" functions into overdrive as he healed at a pace noticeable to even the lowly human eye. It was an interesting sight for sure! "Oos!" He pushed, launching himself up to his feet, taking up a strong stance. "Haha!" He chuckled, thrusting his fists forward into the air before him. "Hmph, hmph! Oos-oos!" He smiled, making strenuous noises as he punched the area out in front. "This is how they act in those lost futures right?" He said. "Haha! According to my calculations!... How funny!" He mocked, reeling in his fists as he motioned with finger as if he was pushing something up on the bridge of his nose. "Such strange and wild people. Such a varying populous! Weird ideas! Large minds! Maybe I should... Oh that would be so much fun!" He had recalled the far gone future, remembering how this estranged species was able to rise to a semi-powerful status in their universe. Funniest of all, he had actually imparted some of the strange fantasies of these creatures into the formation of existence in this do over. Even funnier was the fact that he had randomly appeared on these creatures originating planet this time around as well! "Ooh, is this the Code of Fate doing it''s job? Aha! That''s... Beautiful! I love myself! To create such a magnificent Code... I guess I really will do it!... It seems I will be returning to the Zero Point after this small adventure!" He spoke. Of course, the ''Zero Point'' was the originating point in time directly before he had created everything. He now had new grand ideas! ... ... ... Night had long fallen in this corner of the world, the lights of a shining village having dimmed peacefully. This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it. The undeveloped human people of this small civilization were soundly asleep, those with the duty of night guard patrolling the outskirts of their home. Their job was more fit to fend of from beasts and alert the entire tribe of any attack. That was clear. They hadn''t noticed the whimsical and estranged creature slip past their gazes, infiltrating this settlement with ease. Said creature currently sat within the branches of a large tree in the center of the village, hiding amongst the leaves. He leaned against the main stem, sitting atop a high placed branch. His eyes were rather alert, beyond what they should have been. In fact, his eyes were strained! They did not seem fit for the darkness, and trying to stay aware with the meager senses provided to him by this body... It was draining on his eye sight! "The other one was far better in this aspect..." He mumbled disgruntledly. He had spent multiple days in this land while retaining his original physical form, there being a stark contrast to the two bodies. ''But... Perhaps physical exhaustion is interesting!" He laughed quietly. Slowly, his heavy eyes closed, letting his small human brain fall into a state privy to only those on the extreme ends of the hierarchy. The most powerful of the powerful did not require sleep but were easily able to induce it upon themselves. While the weakest of the weak had no choice but to rest their existences after a point. This existence here was surprisingly within both ends at the same time! So why not indulge in sleep for some moments?... ... ... ... "BEAST TIDE!" Human roars awoke the slumbering tree dweller, making his eyes shoot open. Blaring sunlight pierced into his eyes through the tree leaves, causing a hand to rise and block out the bright rays. "Hmm... Refreshing!" He muttered, turning over on the branch. His stomach laid on the elongated stick, his arms hanging below as his head hung over the edge. He looked below, glancing throughout the village as his eyes navigated around the leaves blocking his clear view. He could see many of these slightly hunched and hairy people running about. They were a contrast to his more perfected self. He had taken up the form of a base evolved human. The variant that was not perfect, but far beyond these primitive variants. He looked like the average person! But even that was vastly different to those below. "Beast tide!" He exclaimed, recalling the words of the guards, even hearing the people below him screaming about it currently. Slowly, he slinked off of the branch, his hand gripping tightly as he hung from the bottom rungs of the huge plant. His eyes squinted, maximizing their ability as he watched countless women and children run collectively to one side of the settlement. He spun around slowly, his momentum carrying him. His eyes then landed upon the opposing end of the village, where countless men stood armed. Beyond them, he could see countless animals. tigers, monkeys, even massive avians. As he hung, he watched intently as these human men clashed with this creature. Some were slaughtered instantly, unable to face the strength of a tiger, while others used the distraction of their fallen brethren to deal deathly blows to the murderous beasts. Slowly, a luster shone in the eyes of the hanging man. He ignored the shocked voices of the women and children that passed by him, not even being phased by one of the women accidentally running into his foot and finding herself sliding face first into the ground. The luster grew larger and larger as he observed the battle before him. This feeling was far different from any of the observed conflicts he had seen before. While watching this fight, he did not know the outcome! He was not accessing his infinite senses, only using his very own eyeballs. And to these eyeballs? This shit was beautiful! He watched as human blood spilled everywhere, heads rolling to the ground, intestines flying through the sky. Bird wings were ripped apart, and eyes were pecked out. Small primates were swung into the ground, humans roaring in their rage as they tried to protect their loved ones. This small beast tide consisted of dozens of manageable foes, minus the two tigers amongst the assault. The large reserves of humans dwindled, as did the beast members. The fight was slowly but surely coming to a close, 5 men closing in on the one remaining tiger. Each of these men were battered, but so was the tiger! He watched intently as the men swung their weapons tactically, stabbing, slashing, throwing! He was entranced! With a roar of defeat, the tiger succumbed to its injuries, tumbling to the ground as it slowly huffed towards its death. The five, now three men, tumbled to the floor as well, watching as life left their opponents eyes. "We''re doomed..." One of the men breathed haggardly. "D-Dad!" A voice shouted, a small boy sprinting beneath the hanging man as the eyes of the haggard warrior were drawn. In response, the tree dweller quickly pulled himself upwards, not wanting to disrupt the people too much. "Son." The warrior sighed, a look of happiness sprouting. The entity in the tree tilted his head, the ecstatic smile on his face calming. "This is entertaining... Humans are interesting! I think... Ha! More ideas! Too many!" With those words, the smiling human warped away, disappearing from the large tree, escaping this entire timeline as a whole. Unfortunately, this time would become a forgotten past. Perhaps a forgotten future depending how you looked at it.
Chapter Five, The Architect. Chapter Five, The Architect. ...
It, or perhaps, He, for the moment, had appeared in a familiar time zone. The Zero Point, as He had named it. With being accustomed to the human physiology He currently equipped, He attempted to take in a deep breath of fresh air. "Oh..." He abruptly spoke, no sound escaping as nor did any oxygen flow into his lungs. Of course! There was no air here! There was nothing actually! But that did not disturb He, the entity only plastering it''s face with a warm smile. "Okay! Let''s do things a new way this time! This will allow for a splendid existence filled with human creatures! And perhaps even more wonderful miniature life forms! Tiny things that carry worlds within their minds!" He exclaimed happily, opening up his two human arms and basking inside the darkness. A burst of energy exploded outwards, covering the darkness as the runic codings of existence shot all throughout He could see. But, unlike the previous manifestations of existence, there was no Existential Division, nor were their instantaneous manifestations of worlds and celestial bodies. He breathed, a dense cloud of energy escaping his mouth... And... It did not stop! He exhaled, and this dense cloud slowly grew larger and larger. The space before this entity becoming a vast misty creation. "Just a little more special! Far more beautiful although..." He chuckled. Then, he brought his arms together, clapping his palms as they found themselves grasped together. And so did the cloud of energy! It all condensed, exploding into an array of light and grandeur beauty! A large reality had formed in an instant, laced with countless stars. With a snap of his slim fingers, time permuted, swooping this realm up in a storm as an infinite amount of planets formed, stars dimming and exploding as more were born anew. Primitive life forms were born through the efforts of the Life Coding, single celled creatures proliferating throughout the vast universes. Then they evolved, become full fledged beasts, animals, and plants. Then, it all came to a slowed movement! Time returned to the speed in which it normally progressed, and He was excited. He smiled, his human figure disappearing from the outside place beyond this reality. He reappeared within it, his bare feet touching down on the soil beneath him. It was a planet, chosen on a whim, but strategically in a way. He only had a few requirements for the plan he wished to undergo. A large world, located within what he liked to call, the Golden Zone. A planet that had access to massive amounts of power within the immediate surroundings, alongside being one that would very easily allow for the birth of a specific species! Humans! Of course! This massive planet held huge droves of water, thick and luscious forests, and a wide array of natural resources, plants, and biomes. It''s biodiversity was through the roof thanks to the widely varying regions and the succulent energy of the solar systems mother star! With a hinge at his waist, he bent over. His palms grazed the ground, scooting through the soil and grasping it between his fingers. "What was it... Christianity? Right? A fun idea..." He chuckled, picking up the dirt. And then! "Poof!" He blew the soil out of his palm. He watched intently as the cloud of brown dust swirled around in the air before it. It spun and spun, weaving in and out, and before long! Right before He, stood a creature of similar form. It was bipedal, brown skinned, and rather slim. It was, boyish, according to descriptive words that belonged to this race he had just created anew. With a smile on His face, He opened his mouth, weaving a grand scene from His imagination, into reality. "Wake up, my son." With those words, the stagnant figure residing before He, trembled. The two eyelids it had, shot open, revealing golden irises. Irises that flew around, absorbing all the jarring visual imagery being presented. Green plants, swaying physical things, a strangely different item that created sound. If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. Please report it. Or perchance not an item, but a person. With a smile emerging on His face, His hand was brought up to His face, and a snap was heard. Snap! Then, he understood! "Ibrahim. Human ancestor! Human progenitor! The predecessor of all humans to ever come to exist! You are the first! Haha! How fun!" The creature before him, seemed to rejoice. His hands were thrown into the air, a shower of happiness spewing from He and infecting the surroundings. The newly spawned entity, Ibrahim, blinked. He blinked away his confusion, smoothly acclimating to the knowledge in his head as if it was always there. "I can''t comprehend exactly what you are... I cannot... put it into words..." Ibrahim spoke. "I am what you consider God, of course." There was a whispered response. Slowly, Ibrahim''s knee bent, reaching the floor. Then his other knee followed. Then his head. "...But I am grateful... I thank you. With all of my life." The boy, praised the creature before him, not even daring to look upwards. He could feel the creature''s beading glare, perspiration appearing on his back as a result. "Fun! Are you worshipping me currently? O'' the way you kneel before an entity far beyond your level is so interesting and sensical! I don''t blame you at all!" The creature laughed. Ibrahim could feel his strength. There was a pressure in the area that made things... Unusual. Not that he was aware of what the usual was, of course. He was in fact only in the land of the living for a few seconds after all. "Now look. I have created you because I wish for you to create a future I have foreseen. A future where humans live everywhere! Where their creativity is not so limited, where they can witness things they have never seen before in all the iterations of Existence!" The creature spoke, Ibrahim heeding each word that he could hear. "I expect you to populate this planet. Then I expect you to go beyond this planet, and conquer this solar system. Then I expect you to conquer galaxies! Then universes! Then clusters of them! Realities! Dimensions!" It shouted. "That is what I expect. You will use the gifts I grant you to spread the human bloodline as far as you can! You will give birth to as many of your people as possible! As the original, you obviously become the centerpiece! The core, of the hivemind, I presume. With this position, you become privy to all knowledge discovered by all humans. You can tap into all of their power. All of their life force. All of their mental strength! You can use them as if they were but another finger! But that is not the only strength I will gift you." It continued. Ibrahim could not see it, but a finger had outstretched. "As my first direct, detailed individual... I will grant you the power of... {Destined Life}..." In that moment, there was an explosion of energy as magic particles boomed from the entity, flying towards the unsuspecting Ibrahim. On a metaphysical level, these magicules wrapped around the human boy''s soul, shining a hue of blue before digging deep into the white spherical cloud. "As someone with such a grand fate... I cannot allow for your death! Death is something that is not in your destiny! You will never die! Ahahah! You will reach levels far above that of average carbon life!" The entity laughed once more. "Oh right, levels. Maybe I should... Agh! But I don''t wish to restart right now! I just went through all this to make him..." Ibrahim was shivering. He wished to glance upwards, feeling the overwhelming energy within him, and hearing the strange words of his creator. But he could not look upwards. He feared the power of the mighty entity, and he did not want to anger it in the slightest! "Just look. I don''t care for something so lowly. Respect? What an interesting concept... I did in fact imbue you with the common human morals and functionality of the past futures after all..." With those words, it was as if a hand was on his chin, lifting his head up. And now, he could see that the entity had gotten a few steps closer. It was tapping a foot on the ground as it seemed to have returned to it''s deep thought. "Okay listen!" Abruptly, it bent down, locking eyes with he. "I have seen many concepts, artifacts, and creations amongst my expansive life time... I have chosen to implement a... Network. I have given a value to power. I have given, structure... To what I once thought did not need it. As the Architect of Power. The Architect of this new system... I have full control over it, ignoring my other abilities." An eerie smile grew on the entity''s face, Ibrahim could only perspire further. "AS THE ARCHITECT!" It started to laugh, maniacally at that. "I dub you, the first creation to adopt a connection with the Power Network." And then, a small light followed these words. In the center of Ibrahim''s vision, appeared a square. A metaphysical, two dimensional construct, one that spewed light out into reality, but only from Ibrahim''s perspective. "Other''s will be assisted by the Power Network unknowingly. They should be able to find their ways through the Power Scaling, but they will not hold a connection with the Network itself... You are a special one, Ibrahim. I think this is all you need to succeed in your life time. Or perhaps... Life times..." Amidst the confusion sprouted by the maniacal laughter, shaking words, and glowing square, Ibrahim was barely able to perceive the disappearance of the crazed figure. "Oh but I will leave you with this of course. Your species relies on sexual reproduction." He could barely notice the swirling of soil to his side, not paying any mind to the forming human next to him. Through it all, what he was more focused on was the glowing square. The square that had now multiplied into two. The squares that housed weird contrasting squiggles and lines, that he strangely could understand.

[Name]: Ibrahim |
[Title(s)]: Progenitor of Humanity | [Species]: Human
-[Power Value]: 1 -[Power Scale]: - (?Undiscovered?) |
[Skill(s)]: {Destined Life} |
*[Evaluation]: A human being destined for greatness. Directly created by the Architect itself, and blessed with the amazing Skill of {Destined Life}. As it stands, this "Fated One" has a Power Value of [1]. He can hardly even survive a falling rock! A true disappointment when compared to the grandeur of the Architect''s other creations...
With a confused expression on his face, Ibrahim slowly readjusted his posture. He turned, coming to a seated position on the dirt ground. "Ibrahim?" A soft and flowery voice sounded from the side. Though he did not pay it any mind. The boy was taking his time to absorb all that had just happened to him. It was a lot to take in, for sure. ... ... ...
Chapter Six, The Mortal Ladder. Chapter Six, The Mortal Ladder. ...
It twirled within the air, spinning, ducking and diving through the clouds. With a human body, everything seemed much more magnificent than it had once been. Perhaps due to the weakening of the rudimentary senses, or perhaps just because of the fun shape humans took on. It, or He, or better yet, The Architect. The very first title it had proclaimed for itself in all existing iterations! It liked the name, something more meaningful than just God. It was not just a god! It was a creator! A designer! God was so trivial! Architect induced more wonder! What was this Architect, how strong was it? How old? How smart? When coupled together with the fact that the Architect was also God, the one true creator¡ Then that''s where the wonder, worship, and fanaticism would really begin! This Architect had used it''s rudimentary senses to observe the two human primordials. It''s male human form resided in the trees for some moments, observing as Ibrahim interacted with the Power Network. Ibrahim was accompanied by Asera, the first human woman. Humanity in itself was dependent on sexual reproduction at its core. Through this process, emotional connections would erupt. Two would be brought together, and through two would come three, and then four, and then five, and then six. At the purity and perfection that he had sculpted, the Architect had no fear for human degeneration. The inbreeding of these humans would not create deformed creatures. That was only privy to the low rung humans, the diluted weaklings that did not have the same purity as these two. The Architect had moved beyond the observation of Ibrahim and Asera, tumbling down towards the ground as he let himself fall, unassisted by his infinite amount of magicules. BOOM! The lands quaked, the Architect''s skin and bone having been burnt off and exploded out of existence upon impact with the ground. He groaned in pain, his still existing bones moving. His bony hand clawed at the ridge of the small crater, pulling himself out of the mess he had created. The disgusting visage of a skeleton growing strands of muscle and meat was displayed to the world. There was no sound until a large chunk of flesh had returned to the skeleton''s neck, in which loud sounds followed. "KIAHAHA! SO FASCINATING!" The Architect screamed, forcing himself to his feet as his body regenerated from mere bone. He leapt forward, having reformed fully. He sprinted, at the full speed that his body allowed. Then, he burned magicules, boosting his speed to a whole ''nother level. Zooming through the plains, weaving around animals and all obstructions, the Architect continued to fuel himself. His eyes squinted in excitement as he did so. "Most of these creatures have a value of one¡ The highest I''ve seen so far was a two¡" He muttered. "I wonder!" A small burst of energy resounded within the Architect, a hovering square appearing within his vision as he ran.

With a detected magicule count of [111] and rising, this body''s Power Value has been pushed to [9], breaching the reaches of the first level of the mortal ladder, and stepping into the second! Of course, this is only a vessel, the Architect''s true power cannot he quanitified, and the Network is only able to detect what is being currently output¡
He smiled, coming to a stop. Unauthorized usage: this narrative is on Amazon without the author''s consent. Report any sightings. "Then let us see! Why not!" The Architect widened his base, balling his fists. "Hmph!" He grunted, forcing his energy out into the world. He seemed to be powering up, like fated creatures from futures far gone.

His smile grew slightly larger. He noted all the changes in the power sheet in real time, slowly calming his exertion of energy. Then his magicule count came to a rolling stop.

Then, he observed it in it''s full.

*[Evaluation]: A vessel standing at the absolute peak of the Mortal Ladder! Even beyond what could have ever been predicted! Having such a high magicule count, even though this vessel hasn''t tapped into any higher power source, it is able to wield strentgh equivalent to the lowest level of the Astral Ladder.
"Mhm¡" The Architect hummed, nodded in affirmation. As the creator, he very well knew the rankings he had formulated. The Mortal Ladder could not be breached unless a stronger energy was tapped into. Code Essence! Or perhaps other undiscovered powerful energies. But the main idea was to have those at the peak of mortality, search for the grandeur of the Codes! Only then could they step further on the path, entering the 8th level and becoming Astral creatures capable of existing on the same level as planets and stars. Just by exerting some of his magic, the Architect was able to take this human body into that same level! Without even having to rely on any Codes! It was interesting, and rather inspiring to he. "I can''t wait to see something replicate this!" He exclaimed, happily envisioning the future. ¡ ¡ ¡ Days passed, turning into weeks, and those weeks into months. A man trekked through the forest, wearing cloth weaved together from plants, metal armaments sculpted with his latent energies, and even hybrid weapons, built from both plant and metal. The dark skinned man bent down, stabbing his spear into the small stream, poking straight through a wild fish. His short brown hair swayed lightly in the wind. His golden eyes glared at the wriggling life form, a calm indifference in his eyes. This man, was the Forefather Ibrahim¡

"Ibrahim. The Dragonar are acting up once more." A feminine voice sounded from his right, making him glance over. His wife, the Matriarch of Humanity. She was adorned in similar cloths, metal jewelry adorned all over her as it was on Ibrahim. She had a staff equipped to her back, and her long golden hair hung freely. Like Ibrahim, her skin was tanned, though her eyes were an emerald green, contrasting his golden. Asera, that was her name.

In the passing 11 months since their creation, the two humans had birthed twin children, two boys. In that same time span, they had amassed a small reputation in the forest they resided, cultivating the energies of their soul, and the world, slowly increasing their magicule count. Ibrahim had stelled into the second level of the Mortal Ladder, nearing the third. Asera was but at the bottom of the second level, having just recently advanced. It was nearing one year since their creation, and they had not been graced with the appearance of the architect any more. "We inch closer to your destined future everyday, Great Architect¡. Time it will take, but I can guarantee my sucess¡" ¡ ¡ ¡
Chapter Seven, "MalHades." Chapter Seven, "Mal''Hades." ...
The Architect spent months examining the human couple. Those months turned into years, and those years turned into decades. The two ancestors birthed dozens of descendants, their children reproducing as soon as they reached the ripe age in which it was possible. Their creator watched with anticipation for the future, happiness clear in his demeanor. "Step one complete! Things are underway!" The Architect rejoiced from the skies, staring down on the small human tribe. Then, he disappeared! Silence reigned supreme in these skies, the high winds being the sole noise that could be heard up so high. The early humans were not aware of their creator watching over them, and they would never know! But, this wouldn''t matter in the end. ... ... ....
The Architect tumbled through space, flying about at speeds faster than light. He had launched himself into motion through manipulating vectors. Now, he was soaring through reality, dodging universes and their clustered counterparts. "Humans... Warmongers! Bringers of conquest, life, and stability! I expect Ibrahim to be a tyrant to those he opposes, and a savior to those that stand by him!" He spoke to himself, spinning wildly. "Then... The Aetherians! Oh yes! That''s... Awesome!" Controlling his vectors, he slowly came to a rotating stop. The Architect floated before a massive cosmic region. A huge dark expanse, larger than galaxies. "O'' greetings, my grand dark aether." He muttered. Right before the creator, was a dense void of dark aether. A volatile location, filled with the supernatural energy that bore the same name. Dark aether made up a vast portion of the astral world. Space, was sixty percent dark aether, the rest being celestial bodies and other forms of energy. Though, despite there being so many dark voids in space, not all of them were so... So unbelievably dense... "Here I come!" The Architect chuckled, launching himself forward. He flew through the darkness, the intense pressure threatening to tear apart his mortal body. Dark bolts of energy struck down everywhere, shattering space itself for moments before reality healed itself. The Architect had traveled the cosmic seas for a long while, looking for a perfect location, and he had finally found it. In a completely different, and unsuspecting corner of reality. Universes away from the singular planet that housed human life! He spun, finding his balance in the darkness. He ignored the bolts of white-black energy, staring forward into the densest area of dark aether within this void. "KEKEKE!" He laughed uncontrollably, both of his palms outstretching towards the darkness.
Congratulations! You have entered the {Astral Ladder}!
The power network rung in his ears as a faint blue panel appeared before him. With a smile, he flicked it away with but a nod of his head.
Congratulations! You have entered the {Cosmic Echelon}!
It rung once more. He tossed the panel away.

"HAHA! ONLY THE CONSEQUENCES OF MY ACTIONS!" With a bright smile, the Architect''s palms moved. They swung, faster than the speed of light. Faster than the speed of light, multiplied by the speed of light. And. There was a clap of thunder. From the depths of the dark aether, a seed of energy sprouted. It was blacker than the darkness, absorbing all the miniscule light, pervading throughout the void. The seed, shattered. It''s construct was dismantled, as something great emerged. Spewing forth from the seed, a huge creature of titanic scale, crawled out. The seed did not seem large from the Architect''s perspective, but that was only due to the sheer distance away it was. With his smile never fading, the Architect twisted his hands. Beneath the massive behemoth, appeared a sturdy, strong landscape. Metal earth, strong enough to bare the weight of a life form larger than solar systems. Then, the Architect flicked his hand, another island of organic metal appearing just in the distance. Then another. Then another. Countless islands floated in this dark void, islands larger than stars. At the center of this island system, floated one singular plateau, a plateau that housed the only other life in this realm. It was vast. It wriggled around on the surface. It''s skin was... hardened. Rocky, almost. It had a carapace stronger than magical ores. It''s back was lined with spinal spikes, sticking up through its shell. With a roar, the creature reeled itself up into the sky. The Architect appeared before it, looking upwards into it''s face from the ground beneath it. It''s underbelly split, showing the darkness inside of it''s long cylindrical body. It was like the creature was capable of breaking open to accommodate the consumption of any creature, no matter the length. The Architect smiled. He looked upwards as the creature bellowed down at him. It''s face was terrifyingly beautiful. It had a mouth, lined with teeth, human-like teeth. It''s jaw split, forming two mouths almost. On the side of it''s face, were two pincers, sharp, deadly. Above the horrifying mouth was a human nose, two dark holes for eyes residing just above it. Then, the Architect spoke. "As the Aetherian God... I will grant you the gift of..." He started, the monster inching forward. It''s screams blew harrowing winds towards the creator, the man standing unperturbed. He smiled, feeling as the atmosphere on this island slowly solidified. "{Destined Death}." There was an explosion of energy. A red storm brewed above in the sky, black lightning striking down all around. Vortexes of wind spun around, metal chunks breaking off from the lands as they flew about everywhere. "Mal''Hades." The Architect''s white teeth beamed with luster. "Mal''Hades the Aetherian Super God!" ...

... .... ....
Metal clashed, sparks of light flying about. A small figure flew about in the skies, dodging and weaving around the deadly attacks of his foe. "Just succumb to me, Drexlus! You have seen my power! I will lead this world to a brilliant age! I outclass all other creatures in this world in intelligence, power, and gall!" Clank! The golden spear fended off the gargantuan claw. Ibrahim floated, sweat dripping down his face. "Beat me first, human." BOOM! Ibrahim was knocked backwards, struggling to find his balance. Hundreds of years had passed. He had not seen the Architect in ages, but that did not affect his will. Ibrahim steadied himself, his gaze hardening. He stood head to head with the strongest entity on this super world. Drexlus, the Dragon Ancient. The massive creature beat his wings, keeping him afloat in the skies, and leveling the trees below them. With a large inhale, Ibrahim opened his power sheet.

It was clear that at this moment, Ibrahim was far weaker than Mal''Hades, but he knew it wouldn''t be this way in the end. Enjoying this book? Seek out the original to ensure the author gets credit. Only Destined Life could combat Destined Death, and only Destined Death could end Destined Life. Mal''Hades had the power to bring true and irreversible death to any creature! It could manipulate death itself, and use the power to bring corrosive ultimate damage to any chosen target. Ibrahim would never truly die, and he was filled with so much life that he would never age. He could heal from most forms of damage in but an instant. He could control all life that stemmed from him to perfection. All human life was a part of he, and he could control it! He could breathe life into the dead, he could increase fertility, evolution, all types of things! If he ever did come across a foe that could outclass his regeneration and kill him, then he would simply be reborn again after time had passed. He would never cease to exist! If you didn''t bring Destined Death into the fray. The only ability that could sever the grandeur power of his Destined Life. And by fate, these two Destined Ones would meet one day. War was inevitable. "Hehe!" The Architect clapped, giddily. It was like he was a child, one that was mightily entertained with his toys... He swiped the screens away, peering through space with his vast abilities. He could see Mal''Hades. The creature floated in the void, shedding pieces of it''s body. Each piece would give birth to a new life, becoming a creature living in death. Countless Aetherians were birthed rapidly, proliferating the floating islands. Curiously, the Architect peered into the workings of fate for but a moment, glimpsing the a small portion of the future. "Asterisk! These lands will be called Asterisk... What a nice name!" He smiled. Then, he turned towards a different direction. He witnessed the end of battle, a draconic behemoth kneeling towards the levitating man. Ibrahim heaved in the air, and the Architect smiled. He then turned towards his human kingdom, looking at the thousands of thousands of humans and the children they were rearing. Ibrahim had successfully conquered his first world, his home world. Things were progressing smoothly. Two major players of fate, had stepped onto their fated paths. One just being born, and one only getting started on his journey. "Now, I may sit back and relax. Watch the show! Formulate some more beautiful things... Ah, I can still do so much!" He laughed. He leant back in space, still hurling all about. His legs crossed, and his hands were placed behind his head. He closed his eyes, and a small chuckle escaped. "Let''s bask in the starlight for a little bit..." ... ... ...
Chapter Nine, Fate Controller Maria. Chapter Nine, Fate Controller Maria. ...
... Everything was dark. Nothing could be felt. Confusion was the only thing present. It was slowly becoming filled with countless questions. Slowly, it started to perceive what was not a part of it. Feeling could be felt. There were things touching it. It''s body was being manipulated, touched, shaped, tampered with. But it did not feel bad. It did not feel wrong. Nor did it feel disgusting. Indeed, it felt powerless, but it subconsciously welcomed these foreign feelers. The fleshy extremities. Silicone tentacles. It felt, weird. But it felt, nice. Something was nurturing it. It was being provided with sustenance, alongside principles, virtues, and significance. It could feel that within, it was capable of anything. It had unlimited potential, the destiny for something great! And this potential was being expanded upon! The, thing, feeling upon it, was making everything even better! In it''s mind, it wanted to portray it''s thanks. But it did not know how. It did not even know what thanks was. Nor did it know anything at all! But, the feeler, the thing toying with it... It knew, what it was feeling somehow! It could feel a warmth washing over, as something strange accompanied the feeling. It did not know at the time, but the strange something was sound. "Manifest beauty, O'' brilliant one." ... ... GASP! It awoke with a crash. A planet had fallen directly on top of it, pulling the unsuspecting entity out of it''s deep slumber. For the first time in it''s infinite life time... The Architect experienced anger. "WHO WOULD DARE?" He roared, shedding the weak mortal body he had occupied. Upon awakening, he could very easily feel the presence of creatures around him. He could feel their thoughts, his intuition pointing towards the leading entity. It was a massive cosmic beast, the size of worlds. But before such a domineering existence, it stood no chance. Did you know this text is from a different site? Read the official version to support the creator. The Architect did not take on it''s human form. It returned to it''s higher dimensional self. It ignored all the rules of the Codes, doing as it pleased, unrestrained. With but a thought, the cosmic creature faced a thousand deaths in one instant, each demise a hundred times worse than the last. The end result... Was a sea of blood, guts, and death. The astral void had been painted red in this small area, blood spanning across light years of length. The Architect''s oppressive aura, made reality rumble. With a deep, metaphysical breath, it was forced to calm itself. Slowly, the pressure disappeared, as a human body materialized in the empty space. It was a man, a calm demeanor plastered on his face. In truth, the raging anger he felt, was almost... A pleasure. He shook his head, looking at the mess of gore before him. He truly didn''t think he was capable of such an emotional outburst, but in the end, it made sense to him. The human composition clouded his judgement, and the contents of... The dream his human mind had made... He was fondly reliving his originating moments, replaying a dream he had never wanted to end. Deep inside, he yearned for the same comfort he experienced at birth. He knew very well he could artificially recreate this feeling, with just a snap. But it would never be the same. Staring off into space, the Architect''s glowing eyes dimmed. "I understand." He spoke. Slowly, a smirk creeped onto his face, as he turned around. Some new ideas had emerged in his mind, and he found no reason not to bring them into existence. "Now, there is only one reality. But in due time, there will be countless. If I choose to stick to the rudimentary senses, I should have... Those beneath me. Those capable of... Observing, and perhaps governing, beauty... Alongside me." His smile became slightly larger. "I am the Architect... How about I create some Immortals? I like that name." ... ... ...
A banner was struck down into the earth, the visage of a man with an outstretched hand on it. "The seventh world under our lords coalition! We have succeeded in adding another planet to our belt!" A human general resounded. Ibrahim observed the act from space, watching as the general shouted towards a sea of human soldiers. The Architect himself examined this scene, taking the small moment to see how far Ibrahim had progressed. Seven worlds under his belt. Two stars standing along side that. Ibrahim had stepped onto the Astral Ladder, dipping his foot into the Code of Life. The Architect could only give a commending nod. Codes were a deep and expansive pathway of power. They were hard to understand, hard to grasp, and even harder to perceive. Codes were what wrote the rules of existence. There was a Code for everything. The Code of Life presided over the functionality of living creatures. How they came into existence, the rules in which they operated, all sorts of things. Understanding the Code of Life allowed for the manipulation of the area in which it pertained to. Putting it into a percentage format, Ibrahim had understood less than a percent of the Code, but even that was powerful. With it, he was able to lace his magicules with Life Coding. It reinforced his capabilities regarding healing, creation, and everything similar! He could utilize far less magic, and come out with a far greater result. But one magicule was all that was necessary to heal severed limbs! And when he reached the fated, 10% comprehension? He would be able to tamper with Life Coding itself! He could create creatures out of nothing. He could render living things lifeless! He could heal those back from the brink of death! He could even puppeteer weaker life forms! There was a vast amount of things that could be done through the use of Codes, and this path was necessary for astral entities. Well that was the intent of course. The Architect had already created a creature that stepped into the Astral Ladder without utilizing any Codes. Mal''Hades was a naturally born astral creature that relied on the overwhelming strength of dark aether. It was not as powerful as Life Coding, but it was on par with some of the weaker Codes! It was a well thought out system in the Architect''s eyes. He refocused his attention, looking at the ball of swirling gold in his palms. He stood beyond reality, presiding in the void outside of it. With a toss, he threw the golden orb forward, watching as it attached to the walls of reality. With a burst of energy, the golden luster encompassed all of reality. Then. A voice. "O'' my lord... I thank you for life." It was effeminate, ethereal as well. Fate in this reality, was automated, a system that would work on it''s own. Now it had a governor. "Maria, the Fate Controller." The Architect smiled. He could see a new entrant in the Cosmic Order, a name filling second place. This was the first true god of this reality, minus he, of course. ... ... ...
Chapter Ten, Hierarchies, Dimensions. Chapter Ten, Hierarchies, Dimensions. ...
He sat in a chair of condensed white energy. A throne of sorts, which was directly aimed at the vast reality before him. "Following the fatelines, it should take anywhere between four and six million years for apocalypse to commence." Reality pulsed with a golden light, sound being transmitted directly to the figure sitting across from it. "Hmm... So long!" The Architect¡ªthe seated figure¡ªspoke. It was an interesting sight. A conversation between the only two cosmic entities in existence. The only two people ranked in the Cosmic Order! Existence followed a hierarchy... Worlds, stars, solar systems, galaxies. That was the bottom of the barrel. Following, were universes, their clusters, and then realities. Realities could be singular, or be layered into dimensions. Dimensional Realities were often much larger than the normal. Of course, beyond all of this, was existence. The grand, massive, everything, that encompassed all there was to be. That was the hierarchy of existence. Power had a hierarchy as well! The Mortal Ladder, the Astral Ladder, and then the Cosmic Echelon. The Mortal Ladder was divided into seven levels. Seven levels that equated to the power of Worldly Minds. The peak of the Mortal Ladder was just below a world in strength. The Astral Ladder was divided into four more levels. A level eight creature could wield the power of powerful planets. The ninth level equated to solar systems. The tenth was a massive jump, equaling the weakest of galaxies, all the way up to the most powerful. The eleventh would put an entity on par with galactic clusters. Galaxy filaments, ranging from two, up to even millions. Beyond this, was the Cosmic Echelon! The ranks in which deities stood! Powerful figures of realities, dimensions even. At this point in time, considering there was only one reality, the Architect deemed it fit to end the hierarchy here. The Cosmic Echelon consisted of four more ranks. Level twelve, universal creatures. Level thirteen, universal clusters, filaments, multiverses. Level fourteen is where one would stand on par with a normal reality. Fifteen would bring about dimensional entities. Currently, that was as far as things went. The entity that the Architect was conversing with at the moment, actually stood at the bottom of the fourteenth level. Indeed! Fate Controller Maria could tap into all of Fate, and all of its power! She could manipulate every corner of reality, and control the destinies of the most powerful creatures! None had as vast reserves of energy as she did. "I think I will use this time to reserve the top... Seven. I''ll reserve the top seven spots in the Cosmic Order. You and I are the first two. I will create five more to stand alongside you... No, I will create... Six more." With a smile on his face, the Power Network experienced a small change. Maria rose up to number one on the Cosmic Order, and above her stood the Zeroth place. None below the top ten could see the zeroth place, but those within it could. In the future, those within the top ten would see {Controller Maria} at number one, while only {The Architect} stood above her. The Zeroth Number! ... ... ... The Architect floated aimlessly, spinning around with his arms outstretched. "Hmmm... Haaaa..." He breathed in and out, absorbing the monstrous and rampaging energies around. Deep within a nebulae, he resided, absorbing the essences into his body. Not, in a... capture these energies for myself, type of way... But a... filter and repurpose method. The massive nebulae, containing enough energy to bake countless worlds into paste... It was all being filtered. The task was slow, grueling from an outsiders perspective, but the Architect did not care. He enjoyed relishing in the passage of time, and he enjoyed using powers separate from what he was born with. He was using the power of this reality to create something, not his own omnipotent energies. Of course, his plans would be realized sooner or later. BOOM!* Stemming from this portion of reality that was coincidentally in the center of it all, a gaping hole appeared. The bright space filled with energy sunk into itself, as if poked through by a pencil. Some of the energy in the surrounding was violently sucked through, being forced into the new space by the intense gravitational forces. The Architect freely fell into this hole, a bright smile on his face. A golden hue of light followed him into the hole, shaping itself slowly as this new darkness was filled with the powerful energies from what could be dubbed the largest nebulae in history. Slowly, the gaping hole closed itself, finding the portion of star energy feasible enough. Directly after, the cloud of golden light that had followed the Architect, condensed itself into a more physical shape. Following the composition of the Architect, a human body condensed. "Oh! So quick!" The Architect exclaimed, a smile on his face. He was slowly spinning around, twisting and turning with interest. He had a knack for the effects of absent gravitational forces on a physical body... But that knack was currently outweighed by the formation of a new corporeal form. He slowly spun to a stop, smiling towards the graceful and elegant creature that had joined his presence. A woman of tan skin, and a brilliant blonde hair color. So bright, that it seemed white in spots. Bangs fell to her forehead, but her hair was pulled back to accentuate her sharp tipped ears. There was a veil, equipped to the back of her head, holding her hair back in place. She wore cloths and elegant jewels. Her next was lined with a golden necklaces, and gold dangled from her ears. Her breasts were covered with cloth, as well as her lower have. A cloth skirt was worn, and an almost translucent shawl was wrapped around her back, held in place by her arms. She was a beauty for sure.
-Fate Controller Maria (mar-ee-uh)-
The Architect held his smile. He breathed systematically, letting energy seep into the surroundings. With each breath he took, her form seemed to solidify more and more. A smile emerged on her face, her eyes still closed shut. She basked in the slowly accumulating energies... "Haha! How does it feel to have a physical form!" The Architect quaked. With his question, more and more energy roiled out into space, filling the area with a cerulean blue haze. "A-Amazing, Great Architect..." Her creator smiled. A small problem that the two cosmic entities had encountered, had been solved. As a cosmic creature beyond the normal parameters, Maria''s conscious could not reside at a singular point within reality smoothly. The best she could do was spread her entire mind across everything, so her presence was not so powerful and disruptive. If she were to descend all of her mind to a single point, reality surely would not be able to handle it. There would be instability, fractures, damages. It was simply not possible... A singular low level reality could not house a reality level expert. Of course, opening a higher-dimension would solve this problem! The Architect used the vast star energies alongside small slivers of his own strength to open up a new dimensional plane. Now, this large low-level reality had become dimensional. A smaller, but grander dimension was opened above the core reality. With the energy the Architect was constantly pouring into it, this small space had already received countless qualitative boosts. One breath here would be like giving a human all the calories they would ever need to absorb in their lifetime. Of course, this atmosphere was far more nurturing, warm, and fulfilling. This place was built to contain higher entities. It was a strong space, Maria''s physical body was able to freely move about without creating any sort of instability. Her power could be seen leaking out into space just a few inches from her, but it was easily contained by the dense powerful energies around her. In this place, it was rather hard to toy with reality. Despite being able to utilize the Code of Fate to it''s upmost ability, she was hardly able to manipulate regions more than five meters from her. The amount of energy escaping with the Architect''s each breath... Was just that much! Here, her infinite power was constrained! But it allowed for her to exist calmly! She did not have to strain to spread out her strength and awareness! But in return, she could not even do so if she wished! "How... Magnificient! I can''t believe I can say I witnessed the creation of a new dimension!" Maria exclaimed, a warm smile on her face. There was reverence in her eyes as she looked around. She traced the floating streams of light and power. It was all... unbelievable! ... ... ...
