But when they raise their head to look at the source of their despair again they noticed something different. The data had changed.
Were there already viewers? Followers even? Have we somehow already met the quota?
As these thoughts raced through the new content creators mind, he investigated the screen thoroughly.

To answer the questions from before in order. Yes, no, of course not.
But while the newbie content creator, N.C.C for short, investigated the screen, and found a curious addition at the bottom.

Focusing on that, the N.C.C found that they could interact with it. Upon tapping on it a new screen appeared, inundated with a myriad of optional quotas. An enormous list of options compared to his relatively paltry mandatory quota.
For a moment the N.C.C felt a shock of fright, so much so that if they were to describe how they felt, they would say they almost had a heart attack. They did not describe themself however, still wary of sabotaging themselves again by opening their mouths without thinking.
Getting a hold of themselves the N.C.C looks at the options available. Questioning why would anyone impose more quotas on themselves, what was the point of that?

The N.C.C couldn’t bear to look further down on the list. Seeing all these quotas in front of him was scary enough. However… looking at the quotas in front of them again, the N.C.C found something peculiar.
They all seem to follow a pattern. The views, comments, followers and reviews. But some of them are missing some pieces. Followers don’t have the ‘have a total of 10’ option, and the views options are missing the ‘Gain your first viewer!’ one.
Then, in front of the N.C.C’s eyes, there was a change. The ‘Have a total of 5 views.’ option disappeared, and replacing it, a new option appeared below while the other options moved up.

Looking at it blankly for a second the N.C.C goes back to the main screen and takes a look to confirm if they’re right about what they are thinking.

The views have reached 6, and as they watch, it increases to 7. On one hand, the N.C.C is ecstatic, it’s only been half an hour since they started and already they have 7 views, if this rate keeps up. They may meet the quota after all!
On the other hand, as they see the count change to 8. They decide to go and add the first optional view total goal.

He smiled. The N.C.C finally had their own gender back. He didn’t even realise he had misplaced it. A bit of terror strikes him as he thinks, what else has he lost?
... He can’t think of anything but he didn’t even realise he was missing a gender until he gained it back, so who knows what else he could be missing.
Looking at the main screen again he sees he’s already at 14 views! They are shooting up quick! Rushing, he goes into the Add Goals screen, tapping away as he adds all the view goals. As he’s adding them and then moving onto the comment goals, he wonders. Why wouldn’t someone just add all the goals at once? It’s not like they have a due date like the mandatory quota.
It’s as he finishes adding the available total comments goals and moves onto the total follower options that he finds out.
It is not letting him add any of the follower goals. As the N.C.C’s panic increases, he tries adding anything, any other goals at all. Then he realises… that there’s a limit to how many additional goals he can have at any one time.

After some time he calms down. He thinks hard, and he finally comes to a conclusion. It’s time he said something. It shouldn’t sabotage him again hopefully. But if it does, it’s worth it. Because it’s the only way that he can think of to get out of how he has just unintentionally sabotaged himself already.
