Chapter 407 All Because Of Some Love Letters
A piece of blue paper shaped like a heart suddenly fell on Ca''s leg.
When sheid her eyes on the small heart drawn at the back of the paper, it piqued her curiosity. Sean
was talking gleefully with Terence and all of a sudden, a loud scream escaped from his lips.
"S-Sister! What are you holding in your hand?"
He rubbed his nape as he gave a better look at the paper in Ca''s hand. "I remember that I have
thrown it out. Why is that letter still here?" he murmured at first and began to plead, "S-Sister! Please,
give it to me!"
He hurriedly walked towards her and tried to pry out the letter from her hands.
A devious smile crept up on Ca''s lips. She instantly stood up and held the letter above her head. She
let out augh as she ran to the sofa and smugly waved the letter.
"Aww! Come on, Sean! Let me see it! Your big sister is curious about what a student''s love letter will
look like, especially if it''s for my baby Sean! I am so dying to read it!" Ca was stillughing devilishly.
Sean went speechless. He could only clench his fists and re at Ca. "Sister! Please stop!" He
whined helplessly.
Then he turned to Terence who was giggling on the sofa and begged, "Brother-inw! Look! She''s
bullying me!"
Upon seeing the ruckus between the siblings, Terence couldn''t contain hisughter. When he finally

When the words left her lips, she felt a slight chill down her spine. She turned to Terence who was
staring at her with narrowed eyes.
"Hm. Ca? What did you just say?"
"M-Me? I didn''t say anything. Did I say something?" She answered nervously.
While Ca was distracted, Sean seized the opportunity to grab the letter from her hands. He tore it
into pieces and immediately threw it into the trash bin.
When Ca had finallye to her senses, she clenched her teeth and angrily red at Sean. Then
she slowly turned around and shed Terence a smile, "I-Is dinner ready? I''m so hungry! Let''s have
dinner first!"
"Oh yeah, Brother-inw, Ca had written a love letter to a boy. I even got a picture of him.
Unfortunately, a fire broke out in our house before so it got burned along with our other stuff.
Otherwise, I could show it to you right now!"
Sean decided to make fun of his sister. After all, the letter was already torn into shreds and he didn''t
have to worry about it anymore.

won''t tell Terence that you had peeped at the boy while he changed his clothes, I promise!"
Sean teased with a mischievous smile as he raised his hand as if he was swearing to her.
Another chill came down her spine. If she had known that he was going to say all those things, she
would have given the letter back to him in the first ce.
Now Sean was trying to get back at her!
"Sean, you should go ahead and eat dinner first. Your sister and I will eatter," Terence spoke. He
grabbed Ca''s arm and dragged her upstairs.
Ca''s re looked as if she was going to kill Sean.
She mouthed her words at him angrily, "I will kill you!"
Inside the elevator, Ca massaged her sore arm and gave him a smile. "Terence, please don''t listen
to him. It all happened while I was in school. And we haven''t contacted each other for like, a million
years. You can rest assured that there is absolutely nothing between him and me. I hope you''re not
angry!" She exined.
Terence didn''t reply and just pulled her out of the elevator.
"I''m not angry. But I think it''s best to get to know your past before we get married. Although past is past,
I think I have every right to know about this matter since Sean brought it up. What do you think?"
Once they have walked out of the elevator, Terence pulled her aside and stared at her with his arms
crossed in front of his chest.
"T-Terence," she murmured with puppy eyes.
Terence kept looking at her eyes sternly. "I thought you only had a crush on Evan before. It never
urred to me that there was another one. Is this your kind of thing? Having crushes on random
boys?"
"W-Well, no! That''s not how it was. I did have a crush on him and not to mention, I also chased him..."
Ca let out an embarrassed cough and looked away. It was really embarrassing! She shouldn''t have
said those things to him!
"Wait, what? What did you say? You also chased him? Wow, Ca, I''m pretty impressed. I didn''t think
you''d be so bold," Terence sneered at her with his eyes that were cold as ice.
Although it happened a long time ago, she was his woman and he cared about her everything,
including her past love interest.
"But we were never in a rtionship and I never kissed him, not even once! I swear!" Ca replied with
a big smile on her face as she raised her hand as if she was swearing to him. Then she gently swayed
his arms and pleaded with puppy eyes, "My dearest husband, we already got our marriage certificates.
You can rest assured that I''m all yours from the day we met and all through our lives. It''s all in the past
now and we should move on."
"Very well then. But one final question. What did you see when he changed his clothes?"
Terence asked with his thick eyebrows furrowed and stared down at her with narrow eyes.
Ca thought for a moment as she tapped her temple and then stammered, "Hm. Let me think. If my
memory serves me right, I didn''t see anything actually. He was a bit far away from where I was
standing and it was rather dark there."
For God''s sake! It was years ago! How could she be able to remember those trifles?
"Come on, Terence, let''s go. Let''s have dinner now. I am sooo hungry!" Ca gave him a wink and
pulled his arm along with her.
Terence nced at her and ced his arms around her shoulders. Then he turned her head to face
him and said, "Ca, since it''s all in the past now, I won''t make any fuss about it anymore. I just want to
remind you that from now on, I am your husband. The one and only man for you. And you are not
allowed to think about other men anymore." He spoke in a protective way.
Terence was afraid that Ca was still thinking about that boy
since she didn''t manage to win his heart back then.
Ca smiled brightly and nodded, "Of course I won''t, Terence! You know me very well. You know I''m
not that kind of woman."
After all, if Ca was a shallow woman, why was she willing to go through all the trouble just to be with
Terence?
"I believe you are not. Alright, honey. Let''s go and have dinner," Terence smiled and tenderly pinched
her cheek. Then the couple finally went downstairs.

Everything was silent and peaceful inside the bedroom.

found that it was empty. Ca wasn''t there. He immediately turned on the lights and walked out of the
bedroom.
He saw that there was a woman at the desk in the living room. The woman was fumbling with
something.
As he walked up to her and noticed the things in her hands, his heart slightly sped up, "Ca, what are
you doing here?"
Upon hearing Terence''s voice, Ca quickly spun around and covered the things on the table in such a
hurry.
She replied with a nervous smile, "Nothing, Terence. Why are you doing up?"
