It''s a normal evening for the residents of the city. As the red sun is nearing the horizon the roads are crowed with people going back home after the tiring work eager to meet their family, who are their sole purpose of living.
In the middle of the city at the most easily accessible location lies a five stories tall building with ‘City Hospital’ written on top of it in big bold LED lights which are glowing bright white with red borders.
In a room on the third floor of this building with a wide enough window showing city’s sky scrapers, the setting sun can be seen through the gap between two nearby buildings. Light from the sun creeps into the room staining the floor and wall of the room in a dim yellow colour. In the room lies a bed around which a woman and few children can be seen standing with a face showing sadness looking toward the old man lying on the bed. Various life support devices can be seen connected to the man which keeps on producing a never ending BEEP sound as if pointing to the impending death of the old man.
The one lying on the bed was once a healthy man. He is an orphan who was cared and raised by a local orphanage. He studied hard got a job in a famous company and earned more than enough salary to live a luxurious life. Although he could using the money for himself, but he used most of his money to help those in need and donated rest to local orphanages.
But his time and health had not been gentle to him. He had a weak body which constantly made him a frequent visitor of hospital.
He held on despite all this due to his sole reason to survive that is the children of the orphanage who depend on him.
Yet mortals cannot escape vicious grip of time making him old and confining him to the bed of this small hospital room waiting for the hands of death.
Time ticked by

The machine stoped its sound indicating the end which everyone present in the room understood but deep down in the heart they still hoped otherwise.
The doctors and nurse entered the room.
That day various loud cry could be heard in the third floor of the hospital.

High above the clouds, in a wide hall with floor made of purest white tiles and white circular pillars with golden decoration patters stretching upwards endlessly, there lies a raised rectangular platform a throne on top resembling throne room of a palace.

On the throne a majestic figure can be seen seated with various angels standing below on both side with deep respect to the figure on the throne. In front of them lies an orb of pure white colour floating 1 meter above the floor emiting bright white light.
All those present near has a face of great surprise looking towards the orb, these was pin drop silence every where.
Finally one of the angels spoke in a respectful manner
“Lord this soul is too abnormal. I have never seen a soul this pure”
Another angel beside the first angel spoke up
“I have looked into the life of this soul, I had confirmed that this soul had never done any bad deed in his life, the good deed done by him is so much that this soul has the brightest light I have ever seen, unfortunately he was an orphan and he had a weak body causing him constant difficulties”
A third angel added
“Lord please show mercy on this one and allow him to live another fruitful life”
There was a short silence fierce that as if the figure on throne was think taking the opinion of the angels into consideration
Finally the figure spoke up
“It appears that I have done a mistake while I was writing the fate of this child. Even though I would like to give this poor child another chance I cannot send him back to earth, as we only send newly created souls or tainted souls to earth so that they can correct their ways to form a pure soul which can join others in heaven”
There was another period of silence.
It appears that the majestic being was communicating with someone else through telepathy
“Hmm, although it may cost me considerable divine energy, it has been decided that this soul will be reborn in the world of my friend since there is a dire need of one reincarnated person in that world.
As a perk both of us shall pool extra divine energy to aid him in his journey”
With this the figure raised both hands towards the orb, which flew towards the hands gently as if it was being pulled by an invisible force.
After the orb arrived near the hand divine energy began flowing out of the hand. Mysterious divine energy of a different origin can also be seen appearing around the orb. Both this energy wrapped around the orb like a mother embracing a newborn child.
Time and space around the orb seem to distort, forming a whirlpool. The orb’s shape seems to distort and size gradually shrunk finally orb disappeared from sight.
Anyone who didn’t witness this phenomenon may never believe that this orb ever existed, erasing everyone memory of this orb except the god and angels who took park in this event.

Side note: Majestic figure said he sends tainted souls back to earth so that they can correct their way, isn’t it good not sending it to hell and thus giving it (the soul) another chance.
