There were three boxes in total! The audience was clearly getting pumped up. Ivy felt conflicted as
she opened the second box. ‘Huh?’
It was a winter and fall hat made of white fur.
There were no special features, and the design was simple.
On the other hand, Ivy could tell right away that this was an out-of-season style from XN’s lineup
two years ago.
At the time, it was a limited-edition item. However, it was no longer considered a limited-edition
luxury.
Agatha scoffed in mockery. “What the hell happened? I also have one of these. It’s a look from a
few years ago! Aren’t you being too formal, President Reed?”
Windy kept his gaze fixed on the hat and remained silent.
Ivy was taken aback as well. Her eyes had aplicated look in them. She didn’t hesitate to open
the third box. It was a beautiful and delicate jade bracelet.
The color was vibrant and pure, the texture was rich, and the craftsmanship wasvish and
exquisite. It was perfect! Petite, simple, and elegant, yet oh-so-charming.
It was also precious. It was most likely more than nine figures. Even if the mary value of all the
gifts sent today were totaled, they would most likely be less than the two gifts in front of her.
One of them was a diamond ne. The other was a jade bracelet. Wyatt Reed was extremely
generous.
Ivy tensed slightly. She didn’t want to associate them with the past, but she couldn’t stop thinking
about them. She gave him a ring the first time. In exchange, he gave her a ne.
She gave him a scarf the second time. In exchange, he gave her a hat. She didn’t provide him with
anything the third time, and he did the same. He did, however, present her with a jade bracelet
today.
Was he attempting to make amends for all the gifts he had previously owed her? Things she’d
stopped thinking about resurfaced in her mind. Her emotions became entangled, and her heart

‘Wyatt Reed has an uncanny ability to irritate me, doesn’t he? Is he expecting me to act as if
nothing happened if he does this? I clearly stated that we no longer have anything to do with each
other, but he keeps reminding me! In that case, don’t me me for being impolite.’
“Ms. Morgan, you’re so lucky to get two big gifts at once! Mr. Reed is very thoughtful. I believe you
two were made for each other. Why don’t you use this opportunity to make amends?”
Ivy’s cold eyes shifted to the speaker as she heard those words. ‘Wait... Dolly Kinder!’
Ivy’s party was attended by everyone she didn’t want to see.
People around them pricked their ears and listened intently as well.
It would be more sensational than any celebrity scandal if these two incredible figures got together!
It was something that should have jolted the entire business world.

me. “Do I have to sell myself for two gifts? Ms. Kinder, it appears that you haven’t received a gift in
quite some time.”
Ivy pretended nothing had happened and closed the box’s lid, ignoring Dolly’s sour expression.
Her expression was indifferent and unconcerned as if these things didn’t matter to her. “I will dly
ept your gifts, Mr. Reed. Thanks.”
The people around Ivy were taken aback by her casual demeanor. Outsiders were perplexed by
Wyatt Reed and Ivy Morgan’s rtionship.
It must be awkward for an ex-husband to give a gift to his ex-wife. Everyone, however, secretly
admired Morgan Corporation’s heiress for being so worldly. Even when confronted with such
expensive gifts, she did not flinch. Her demeanor was both calm and valiant!
Ivy turned around and walked away, not wanting to stay and deal with the strange looks from the
crowd.

arm and yanked her to one side.
“Ivy, I just overheard Simon secretly instructing the staff to prepare some sort of ceremony. I believe
he intends to surprise you.”
Ivy scowled.
That appeared to be something Simon would do. “There were a lot of roses, too,” Windy mused.
Ivy was perplexed.
‘Why would he require roses as a surprise?’
“Because he didn’t tell us ahead of time, neither Agatha nor I are aware of this. Agatha told me to
let you know.”
Windy shook her head, expressing her frustration with Simon. This was no small matter. They had
to keep their distance from each other!
“I’ve got it. If Simon makes a scene here, my father and brother will not let him off the hook!” Ivy
snorted confidently and coldly.
Whatever Simon was up to, today’s birthday celebration had to be wless!
Windy nodded and raised her brows. Outside, there was a loud noise. It drew everyone’s attention
at once.
“Fireworks!” someone eximed, surprised.
Everyone turned to face the window.
In an instant, massive fireworks burst into full bloom. The colors were vibrant and brilliant, filling the
sky with beautiful hues.
The shape of the fireworks in the sky gradually changed from a beautiful rose to a woman’s face as
they raged on. Thedy had long wavy hair, blue eyes, and curved lips. Every detail was
meticulously nned and designed with care.
What was even more impressive was that the individual’s face became more visible to everyone.
“Isn’t that Miss Ivy?” Finally, someone spoke up.
“Yes, that is her!”
Ivy noticed it as well, and her admiration quickly turned to astonishment. Her surprised expression
vanished in an instant. The dazzling light illuminated the expensivend inch by inch. It lit up the
entire city’s night sky in just a few minutes.
Ivy’s birthday was celebrated with sky-high fireworks. It was undoubtedly eye-catching! Wyatt’s
three gifts, which he imed he had prepared, had already been received. In that case, who else
but Wyatt could have prepared these fireworks?
