 "God''s mandate to save the world? That''s quite the tale," Orneo spoke with a doubtful face.

 "Since Sir Orneo was in Leirune, it is not surprising that you do not know about it. However, the world has been changing dramatically since the day the oracle received the divine revtion from the heavens," Marguerite answered to rify his suspicions.

 "A divine revtion from the heavens, was it...?"

 "A divine decree descended. ''The Master Swordsman Lord Tartarin is the true saviour who emerged in this world without a hero.''" 

 "T--The world-without-a-hero''s, true saviour!?" 

 Takashi eximed in surprise. He was not expecting that. 

 (What the hell? My existence, they are denying my existence!?) 

 Exce also raised her voice. 

 "L-Lord Hero isn''t... Lord Suzuki isn''t the world saviour?! Is that what you are saying!?" 

 Marguerite did not answer but instead signaled one of her subordinate soldiers with her chin. 

 "Read out the sacred scriptures." 

 A male soldier unraveled a scroll. And then he read out the contents out loud in a clear voice. 

 "''The hero of salvation who was sent into the world before was not the true hero, but an impostor...''" 

 "An impostor, you mean ME!?" 

 Takashi shouted again. The reading was interrupted, and Marguerite cleared her throat. 

 "Please listen calmly. Lord Impostor... No, Lord Suzuki" 

 "What the hell? What do you mean by Lord IMPOSTOR!!" 

 "L-Lord Hero! Stay calm!" 

 "U-Uh-huh! Let''s hear what they have to say first!" 

 After being pacified by Exce and Orneo, Takashi reluctantly decided to remain silent and listened to what the so-called sacred scriptures had to say. 

 "''ording to Divine Regtions, another hero cannot be sent from another dimension. But God, in His mercy, will not forsake your world. We bestow the heavenly sword and the heavenly power upon a vessel that inhabits this earth to serve as your savior.''" 

 (Heavenly Sword and Heavenly Power...? What the hell...?) 

 "''The heavenly sword is for Tartanin in the easternnds. The heavenly power is for Zhaviest, who dwells in the West. The world shall once again be led to peace through the work of the true saviours who possess the power of God."'' 

 The soldier rolled up the scroll, bowed, and stepped back after finishing his task. 

 "What a...!" 

 Orneo, who had been smiling earlier, now muttered with a serious expression on his face. Exce was also speechless. 

 Takashi tried to process in his mind what he had just heard. 

 Perhaps that goddess realized she had made a mistake with the two people, Sasaki and Suzuki, after reincarnating them into another world. If that is the case, Sasaki or someone with equivalent power should be reincarnated into this world again, but divine regtions only allow one reincarnated person per world. 

 Therefore, she had no choice but to bestow to talented individuals living in this world the ability to save the world, namely, the "Heavenly Sword" and the "Heavenly Power" as a measure to amend theck of strength of Takashi, the reincarnated person in this world. 

 (But that doesn''t mean I''m an impostor!! I mean, God is probably that goddess who sent me to this other world, right!? If that''s the case, then she''s the ONE to me!! It''s not my fault I was sent here by mistake!!) 

 Takashi wasn''t sure if it was that goddess who gave the divine decree or not. However, he had a hunch that this was the case, and that thought made him angry. Marguerite turned her sharp eyes on Takashi and the others. 

 "The saviour of the world, the bearer of the Heavenly Sword, the master Swordsman Lord Tartanin, is steadily making preparations to retake the Imperial Capital. As part of those preparations, we, the Salvation Crusaders, have been entrusted with this operation, namely, the task of subduing the Thunder-Lance Charge." 

 "Um, Ms. Marguerite. You said you saw Master Leelou''s letter, right? What did Master say?" 

 After a slight hesitation, Marguerite said, "She said she was willing to leave thisnd in Suzuki''s hands." 

 "I-If so!" 

 "Nevertheless, Lord Tartanin sent us here because he wanted to save the world as soon as possible. Working together with Lord Suzuki''s power to restore human society------that would be the best course of action." 

 "You''re going to join forces with my power?" Takashi asked at the unexpected statement. 

 "Of course, we must work together to kill all of the Thunder-Lance Charge demons." 

 Takashi was astonished at Marguerite''s nonchnt remark. 

 "Wa-Wait a minute please! That''s ridiculous!" 

 Exce also spoke out in support of Takashi. 

 "T-That''s right! Lord Suzuki is also already working on a n to save Leirune!" 

 Marguerite raised an eyebrow at Exce''s words. 

 "Hou. What kind of n is it?" 

 "Coexistence with demonkind!" 

 Exce''s words caused aplete hush over the room. After a moment of silence... 

 "Hey, hey. Coexistence with those fiends?" 

 "Of course, that''s impossible." 

 The soldiers who had been listening to the conversationughed and stared at them. 

 Exce blushed, but she exined, "Lord Suzuki has the ability to be loved by demons." 

 The soldiers allughed at once. 

 "What the hell is that? Is that really what you call an ability?"
