    This is really a test to see if anyone is interested in the story so far.


    This is my first story and would love to have feedbackfrom everyone.

    They had all gathered for one purpose. A precious treasure and their own ends.


    A man and a woman watched as boundless darkness poured forth over the horizon, spilling onto the land like an inky cloud. The man roared in defiance and a colossal sun appeared around him, radiating waves of Rubyflames. The woman called forth Azure clouds complete with lightning and deafening thunder that electrified and shook the entire land. Under such a combined force the darkness shuddered almost as if it was alive. A fissure appeared as more people and creatures released their own powers. Small shards of fire and lightning coiled themselves around a tiny wriggling bundle, forming a shieldas they shot through the fissure.Unauthorized usage: this tale is on Amazon without the author''s consent.     As the bundle shot through the opening, the man and woman relaxed their shoulders and gently smiled at the rapidly retreating bundle. Knowing the treasure was safe allowed them to focus on the task at hand. The Sealing. All the remaining people and creatures who had resisted being corrupted by the darkness gathered on the highest shard of land sealing themselves for an age. It was the only hope of ever seeing the light again. They all shared one last look in agreement, knowing thatthey may never see one another again.


    It was getting closer, its inky arms reaching farther and farther until it was upon them. There was no time to lose as they began to create more breaches. The darkness roared in defiance as it desperately tried to seal the rapidly appearing breaches. But to no avail. The Seals held and all that had gathered there remained frozen in time until another age.


    The land and sky shook with the terrifying howls of darkness. The darkness howled like a banshee at the sight of the action but could do nothing as it sank below the land and stopped moving. As it stopped moving words began appearing across the shards saying, "I am the cure for the disease, I am Khaos".
