of heat between her thighs.
“Mrs. Specter? Can you hear me?”
th only a faint sensation
Reba slowly opened her eyes, the scent ofvender wafting into her nose. She opened her eyes to find herself in a room that looked unfamiliar. “Where am I?” she whispered, feeling strange as she couldn’t feel anything in her body.
“You’re in Elizabeth Hospital, Ma’am. I’m Dr. Theo…”
Dr. Theo’s next words were just a murmur as Reba’s mind drifted back to that morning’s events.
Alicia, the drizzling rain, the slippery stone steps, theke, and…”
“My baby? Is my baby okay?” Reba cried out as if her spirit had fully returned to her body. Before Dr. Theo could answer, the door to the room opened.
Reba looked up, “Harvey! Our baby! Is our baby okay?” she struggled to rise from the bed, but her head throbbed in pain. She touched her head and found a bandage covering her forehead.
Harvey frowned, confused.
Dr. Theo cleared his throat, drawing Reba and Harvey’s attention. “Mrs. Specter, we don’t understand what you’re talking about, but we assure you that you are not pregnant,” he said, blinking twice, making Reba re at him suspiciously.
“IMPOSSIBLE! You must be in cahoots with that snake woman, right?” she screamed hysterically.
“Reba, he’s just a doctor. Control yourself, or the stitches on your head and legs could reopen,” Harvey said as he walked closer and stood by her bed.
“I’ll give you two some time alone,” Dr. Theo said as he stepped out. Before reaching the door, he nced back at Reba, and his strange gaze made Reba sure he was hiding something.
“Harvey! Alicia pushed me! She tried to kill me and our baby! You have to believe me!”

Reba cried, clutching Harvey’s arm tight. arvey didn’t move, he didn’t try to pull her hand away nor did he try tofort her. “Listen, I’m grateful you’re okay. But you know you shouldn’t jump from the stairs just to make me hate Alicia…”
Reba’s grip loosened, and she stared at Harvey in shock. “What did you say?” she whispered in disbelief. “Did you just say I jumped from that stone stairs just to make you hate Alicia?”
Harvey sighed deeply, “Becky, I wouldn’t believe Alicia’s words without enough evidence, but a witness is supporting her statement. I won’t be angry at you, but please stop hurting yourself,” he said, looking deeply into Reba’s eyes.
Reba felt her entire body Q
tremble violently, “How could you? She pushed me,
Harvey! She was scared when I said I was pregnant with your child!” she cried hysterically, clutching her stomach, hoping her pregnancy was still intact despite what Dr. Theo had said.
Harvey remained still, looking at her with pity as if she were crazy. “Lucy saw it happen, she testified that you threw yourself down the stairs after threatening to frame Alicia as the culprit. If it weren’t for Lucy, I might not believe it. Isn’t she the trusted maid of yours?”
Reba felt pped in the face instantly, “Lucy? That’s impossible…” she shook her head in disbelief. Not long after, the door opened, and several people entered. Reba looked up and saw Alicia and Lucy standing not far from her.
“Lucy? Please tell the truth! Did you really see me throw myself down the stairs?” Reba asked with a trembling voice. Lucy just looked down at the floor, not daring to meet her eyes.
“LUCY? LOOK ME IN THE EYE AND TELL US THE TRUTH!” Reba screamed, not thinking of herself but of the baby in her womb, which might or might not still be there.
“Reba, you’re scaring her,” Alicia interjected with a soft, feigned concerned voice. Harvey sighed deeply, he turned to Lucy. “Lucy, can you repeat your testimony? Did you see Alicia push Reba?” he asked, rubbing his forehead.
Lucy shook her head, looking at Harvey while avoiding Reba’s gaze. Next to Lucy, Alicia tried hard not to smirk.

“Alicia? Hey, can you hear me?” Harvey gently shook Alicia’s body. Reba watched the scene, shaking her head, tears streaming down her face. She knew that her marriage
was over.
Reba walked unsteadily down the corridor, ignoring the whispers around her. Suddenly, from the opposite direction, she saw someone she recognized walking casually with a flower basket in his hand. That person stopped when he saw her, his eyes. widening in shock.

“Becky? Say something, you scared the hell outta me. Did Harvey do this to you?” Nichs asked, carefully touching her hand.
Hearing Harvey’s name mentioned, Reba’s chest felt even more painful. She had never felt so angry in her life that she wanted to punch Alicia and Harvey’s faces.
“Nic…” She called, her chest rising and falling with emotion.
“Yes? Do you need something?” Nichs asked, feeling relieved that Reba finally spoke.
“Can you find me awyer?” she asked, still staring at the ceiling.
“Of course, you’re talking to one. You might not know, but I’m a famouswyer now,” Nichs said, half–joking.
“I want to file for divorce from Harvey Specter, right now.”
Her eyes shed with determination. “I will make Alicia pay for what she has done to
