    Leighton dered, releasing his grip.


    Following that, the woman found herself sitting on the ground. Looking up, she found Leighton’s


    formidable presence and stern countenance daunting, but her words became even more malicious.


    “Are you also this woman’spdog?” she sneered. “Do you genuinely believe she appreciates you just


    because you’ve been intimate with her? Let me assure you, she’s fixated on her brother.


    “She avoids kissing men and despises their touch. She just finds you somewhat attractive and is fooling


    around with you. When she gets tired of you, you will be no different than her exes-“


    “He’s my boyfriend,” Nicole interrupted coldly.


    Her words left everyone shocked. Even the woman was taken aback. She forced augh and said, “Do


    you think I’d believe that?”


    Nicole remained silent. Suddenly, she put her arm around Leighton’s neck and kissed him.


    Leighton stiffened, attempting to push her away. “Please help me. I beg you,”


    Nicole pleaded in a hoarse voice, her eyes red.


    Leighton clenched his fists but didn’t push Nicole away.


    The woman on the ground looked dumbfounded. She shook her head and muttered, “l-lmpossible! If you


    weren’t enticing him, why doesn’t he love me?”


    At this point, no one cared about the woman’s words. Everyone’s attention was on Leighton and Nicole.


    They could not picture the cold, restrained actor and the passionate, flirtatious actress in a rtionship.


    ‘What in the world is this?’ Estelle was in disbelief. Nicole’s manager wasn’t faring any better either.


    Fortunately, her assistant quickly called security, and they escorted the crazed woman out.


    Several journalists were still at the scene. Their expressions suggested they had hit the jackpot and were


    keen on securing an exclusive interview.


    However, Leighton and Nicole’s managers did not give the media the chance to do so. Instead, they led


    the actors away from the scene.


    Soon, Ste’s phone vibrated. Leighton had sent a text asking her to leave through the back door.


    Ste pulled Felicity away amid the chaos, and the two reached the back door.


    Leighton’s MPV was waiting there. When they got on, they realized it wasn’t just Leighton and Estelle in


    the vehicle; Nicole and Lindy were also present.


    Ste and Felicity sat quietly in the back, listening intently to their conversation.


    After the car started, Lindy said, “Let’s release a joint statementter, saying it was a backstage interview


    game segment.”


    Irritated, Estelle said, “Do you think the fans are blind?”


    Lindy frowned. “Then what do you suggest we do in this situation?”


    Estelle’s face darkened. She seemed unable toe up with a better strategy either.


    Leighton looked at Nicole, who lowered her eyes, her face somewhat pale. She had a cut on her
