Chapter 707
"I can tell he''s a good cousin. No one would offer to just rush over like that," Hermione imed. "I still
remember Zachary, the one who dropped by our officest time. Even Chuck agreed that he''s good-
looking."
"Yes, that''s him." Grace nodded. "Even though we didn''t have many interactions before, we managed
to click the first time we met."
"It''s in the blood," Hermione reasoned.
"It must be fate or something, and he has the samest name as you." After thinking about it, Grace did
feel like everything lined up very coincidentally.
"Yeah." Hermioneughed. "Even I felt that you guys hit it off right away. Is he from Northern City?"
"No, they''re from Soutnd!" Grace exined.
"They''ve just moved recently."
"Wait, the Lowe family in Soutnd?" Hermione asked in surprise. "Is that who they are?"
Hearing the tone of her voice, Grace couldn''t help asking, "Hermione, you know about the Lowe family
in Soutnd?"
Hermione smiled gently. "This must be fate, Grace. I''m also from Soutnd."
"What?!" Grace was truly shocked to hear this.
"My father is Henderson Lowe, and he''s the third generation of the family."
"My uncle is also the third generation of the family as well," Grace replied. She was starting to find all of
this a bit too good to be true.
"What about your grandfather?" Hermione asked.
Once she heard this, Grace''s whole face fell. She never liked to talk about him. "Hermione, I don''t
know the details, but my uncle is Philip Lowe."
"Oh my God." Hermione pped the table excitedly, causing Grace to jump from her chair. "So your
cousin is the son of Uncle Phillip! I see!"
"Do you know him?"
"It''splicated." Hermione said, "Back then, not too long after marrying Lorenzo, I returned to
Soutnd to visit my rtives. Zachary, yes, his name is Zachary Lowe. He must''ve been around eight
or nine years old."

Listening to her story, Grace was shocked at how coincidental everything was.
"Your cousin''s grandfather is probably rted to mine, just that my father was the only one in his
generation and I''m the only descendant for my generation. We left Soutnd quite a long time ago, but
we''re still in the family tree. For my family, my son is the one carrying down the family name, but my
daughter''sst name will be White."
"Maybe this could be one of the reasons why Lorenzoshed out. After being part of my family for so
many years, he probably couldn''t ept the fact that the only son he had would be bearing my family
name. However, this was already part of our agreement from before," Hermoine imed.
"Okay, let''s not dwell on that. Let''s get back to the Lowe family. I''m sure if your cousin''s memory is still
intact, he''ll remember me if we met. Ten years ago, when I returned to Soutnd, I met my granduncle,
who must be your grandfather! So if we think about it, I''m also your cousin!"
As Hermione deciphered the entire family tree, Grace just sat there gaping at her. She felt as if she
couldn''t trust what her own ears were hearing.
Even Hermione herself was surprised at the results of her deduction. "Say, isn''t destiny a remarkable
thing? I''m usually very obstinate, so I don''t get along with many people, but somehow, I just gravitate
towards you. This must be the Lowe family blood or something."
"Hermione, you have no idea how happy I am to know this." Grace''s eyes suddenly turned red. She
turned to her and said, "You''ve taken care of me so well. You even left Lorenzo for me. I don''t even
know how to thank you."
"This is fate." Hermione shook her head. "It has nothing to do with you. Even if you weren''t involved,
things would be the same, or maybe even worse. Don''t think too much about it. I''m just d to call you
family."
Now that she knew that Hermione was as happy as she was to learn about this, Grace couldn''t help
smiling and looking at her with sparkling eyes.
Never in her wildest dreams did she think that they’d be rted.
"Hurry up and finish your meal. We need to get to work!" Hermione smiled and urged her. "After that,
we need to return home and continue your fight. I''ll also make arrangements for you and Heinz to issue
a personal statement."
"Us Lowes, don''t need personal statements," Grace rejected her offer. "Even if we were to release one,
it''s not the right time now. Hermione, I don''t think we should do it. Even
Zachary told me toy low."
Hearing this, Hermione froze for a second. She didn''t understand what Grace meant. "You don''t want
to announce anything right now?"
Grace nodded and answered seriously, "Hermione, I''ve thought about it. Didn''t you realize that in our
line of work, whenever some celebrity encounters a controversy, they won''t release a press statement
straight away? Usually they''d wait for things to reach a certain limit, then only issue their statement a
few dayster."
"If I said anything right now, I''m definitely going to be the target of their attacks."
"I''m not scared of being attacked, but I am afraid that my children will be hurt in the midst of it. Hence,
I''ve decided. I''ll wait until Heinz finds the culprit before making my next move," Grace confirmed.
After hearing her exnation, Hermione immediately urged, "Give Zachary''s number to me now. How
can that little b*stard not remember me? When he swings by our office, he''d better drop by to say
hello."
Grace said with a smile, "I''m sure you''ll find out just by calling him."
After saying that, she dialed Zachary''s number.
Unfortunately, he was on another call at the moment.
"His phone line''s busy," Grace informed.
"Then, let''s finish our meal. We can call him when we''re back at the hotel."
"Okay."
Hence, the both of them quickly gulped down their food before heading back to the hotel.
Meanwhile, Heinz had already made his way to the airport. He had to go back as soon as possible to
prevent the reporters from reporting any more nonsensical rumours.
When Zachary called him, he was seconds away from the airport.
Seeing Zachary''s caller ID on his phone screen, Heinz immediately knew that he must''ve seen the
articles as well.
Clearly, Zachary was here to interrogate him.
Taking a deep breath, he picked up the call.
"Heinz!" Zachary bellowed out in his deep voice.
Hearing how cold he sounded, Heinz noted, "It looks like you''ve seen the articles. Well, there''s no point
in lying then."
"You were married?" Zachary couldn''t bother with being polite. He grunted impatiently, "Hurry up and
exin everything."
Facing his tough question, Heinz really didn''t want to answer it, but he had no choice. "It''s true, we did
register the marriage."
Zachary winced when he heard this before saying angrily, "You have a wife, so why did youe and
mess with my cousin?"
"It''s good that you''re going to Julesburg," Heinz said. "I''m heading back to Northern City to settle
everything. It''s up to you now to take care of Grace."
"You better spill everything right this second."
Zachary was anxious to know the truth.
It seemed like Heinz didn''t have a choice. "It looks like you''ll be upset if I didn''t tell you."
"I can''t help if I don''t know the details," Zachary reminded him.
"Alright, I''ll tell you everything then." Heinz knew that he couldn''t hide it from Zachary any longer, so he
began to tell his long, plicated story to him.
