The golem''s body cracked. One might assume it to be a ticking bomb. Something that self destructs to kill its target along with it.


    If utz was uninitiated utz too would have stepped back in the usual scenario, trying to keep as much distance as possible from the unknown variable that can lead to his death. But thanks to his rebirth he already knows what was about to happen from beforehand. So he felt no danger.


    And the reason being only the outer potion had cracked open. It was as if it was shedding it''s skin just like that serpent utz had fought back in the Trial of Control.


    The stone surrounding the golem seemed to be there to shield its inner body from erosion so that it can be always be ready for battle and can counter against getting weakened by erosion.


    Finally the stone was destroyed so much that it fell off revealing a shiny golem made of pure white marble stone. The sun shone on the golem''s body as the marble reflected the rays making it seem as if the golem was glistening. It was shiny clean.


    utz smirked.


    "The information I have on the golem is matching so far."


    utz charged towards the beast as it swung its weapon. The beast too responded to utz charge as it swung its sword.


    *sh*


    The two weapons shed… utz''s ck spirit hammer with the golem''s white marble sword.


    One might assume that the golem had higher momentumpared to utz owing to itsrger size which would have pushed back utz.


    And fair enough utz was swept by the shock of the sh as he slid behind, furrowing the ground in the process with his shoes. The ground had two straight parallel lines marked on it.


    But strength in hell wasn''t dictated by size and muscle alone. It was the stats that dictated everything.


    ''It''s stats are definitely a bit higher than mine.'' utz thought.


    *cough*


    utz coughed as he covered his mouth. He felt something fluid sshing against his palm.


    utz checked his hands, bringing it away from his mouth as it shook from pain. It had blood on it as well few scratches from the bacsh it had endured from thest sh.


    utz lips arched to a vibrant smile.


    utz had coughed out blood yet there was a smile on his face. The adrenaline pumping through his body caused his blood to boil. He had rarely felt so alive before.


    When he was a ninja all he could do was hide and wait for an opportunity to kill. A gant tooth and nail battle? utz had never experienced that. His battles were as boring as it could have been. There was never a frontal onught. All he had were tricks.


    But now? Being thrown into a tooth and nail battle field was almost addicting for him. His blood flow increased, his nerves tensed… he couldn''t help but be on his high.


    "This is the kind of enemy I like."


    The golem was stronger than him but not too strong to the point of utz being helpless against it. This is the type of enemy he likes, the one that helps him push through his limits and forces his body to produce more and more adrenaline to be able to fight against it.


    The human body sure is unique. When pushed to a life and death struggle it can reach limits that never had been seen before.


    utz took a better grip on his hammer. He began by swinging his hammer and then swinging it more and more in circles with his muscle strength as the only centripetal force for the motion.


    The world rotated around him. utz was starting to feel nauseous but he held it in.


    As he spun little by little he strode towards the golem maintaining the rhythm of his steps along with his spinning.


    *thud* *thud*


    The golem too marched towards utz. Every step it took caused the debris around it to bounce above as the earth trembled. When it had got close enough to the spinning utz it lifted its sword above for a sh. It wanted to kill utz in one go, its sword definitely being longer than utz''s hammer.


    It was then…


    "Now!" utzmanded himself. His imaginations ran wild.


    The pole that utz was holding increased in length. The marble golem that had thought that it stood out of utz''s range was proven wrong. As soon as the hammer increased in length there was no escape.


    *Bam*


    The hammer crashed against the golem''s abdomen. With the sword raised high the golem couldn''t defend against the sudden attack. It went crashing away until it copsed against a rock.


    *Bam*


    The rock crushed against the golem''s momentum alone, swaying dust all around it as it shattered the rock to pieces.


    The golem had its right abdomen crushed to pieces but that wasn''t enough to stop it as it got back up on it two feet. And utz too had already guessed that the golem was tenacious enough to survive that hit.


    *thud* *thud*


    Crushed pieces of its right abdomen copsed to the ground as the golem got back up on its two feet.


    "You stupid golem! I am here! Dare to catch me?" utz shout out forming his hands into a cone around his mouth. He had already created quite a bit distance between him and the golem.


    utz taunted the golem as he stood a bit farther away from it. The golem didn''t take the taunt lightly as it charged towards utz. The ground shaking with every step it took. It was just a few inches away from utz when…


    "Now!" utzmanded as he turned his head to the side. There was a sense of hastiness in his voice.
