Chapter 153
Luca’s POV
“Can I kiss you?”
I slowly whispered out, as soon as our little breath was separating our faces from touching. Her big
eyes blinked up at me and watched as her eyes fluttered a little, and then she gave a tiny nod of her
head, color dusting her cheeks at the same time. I closed the distance between us, leaning down even
more until the length and height of our faces were almost on the same line, and then I moved my face
towards hers, as I watched as a thousand emotions ran over her face all at once, in that particr
moment.
I leaned towards her and slowly pressed my lips against hers, her lips feeling super soft and smaller
than the size or my own lips. It made me remember just how we’ve kissed on our wedding, and how it
had been chast as fuck. I pulled away and was surprised that her eyes remained open throughout. She
didn’t strike me as the kind of person who’d be able to hold eye contact when being kissed since she
couldn’t even hold my gaze strongly on a normal day, which was why I was surprised with the way our
eyes had been locked throughout the few seconds which we spent with our lips locked together.
She blinked her eyes a couple of times, as I started to pull away from the front of her face to push
myself to my full height. I reached out and touched her cheeks with my fingers, and I caressed her
cheeks a little, feeling the soft warm ness of her cheeks against the pad of my thumb, as I moved my
thumb all the way to her jaw to pull her lips open even more… and then I grasp her jaw in a firm grip
and tugged her face upwards, enjoying the way her eyes had widened open unexpectedly.
And then I leaned down and jerked her face upwards for a proper kiss this time.
I moved my lips against hers, loving how soft her lips were and sucking her lower lip into my mouth
after a few moments. I felt her body start to tremble against mine, which made me press my body into
hers even more firmly, feeling all of her body against mine as I kissed into her mouth even deeply, but
still not deepening the kiss. I tugged on her lower lips with my teeth as I pulled away and she let out a
low sound instantly, her voice sounding shaky, breathy and quiet, as her eyes started to flutter open.
Her lips were still parted and she was staring into my eyes, with eyes wide and chest heaving against
mine. Not wanting to overwhelm her too much because this was our first actual kiss together, but still
not being able to resist that urge to take her lips in another kiss, I tightened my grip on her chin and
wasn’t expecting the breathy whimper that escaped her lips at that. I doubt she even realized what she
had just done, because that tiny sound which she had made had gone straight into my head and I just
couldn’t help myself any longer at that moment.
I slipped my other hand off the door and wrapped it around her waist, pulling her into me and leaning
down to im her lips in a heated kiss once again. She whimpered into the kiss this time, the voice
muffled in the lower part of her throat because I was currently working my mouth over hers. I licked at
her lower lip a little, right before I sucked one side of her lip into my mouth. I lifted my head after a few
seconds, slowly breaking the kiss off and tugging on her lower lip once again, enjoying the breathy
whisper she had let slip out as soon as her tugged lower lip, which was wet from our kisses, stretched
out between us until it couldn’t go any further..
I seriously doubt if she even knew just how intensely she was reacting to the kiss that wasn’t even that
deep because I hadpletely refrained from making use of tongue this time because it was her first
kiss, and I wanted it to feel good for her, but not that good. Her eyes started to flutter open after a few
seconds and I grinned down at her, enjoying the way she ducked her head down as soon as I loosened

my hold on her chin, making her bury her head in the middle of my chest instantly.
I moved my hand from the back of her waist and buried it into her hair, and I started to card my fingers
through her hair almost immediately, loving how something that felt like a shudder rippled through her
as soon as my fingers had slipped over her scalp.
I doubt if she even realized that what we had shared wasn’t even an actual kiss to begin with. And then
I started to wonder how she was going to respond to my actual kiss, when she was responding to this
one in this kind of way. And I couldn’t deny the fact that the thought alone was making me excited in a
nasty way.
The thought about me being her first in a lot of things, including this, left a contented feeling in my mind
that I didn’t know I needed until this very moment, and I tugged her body into my chest even more,
hugging her tight against me.
I tugged her head upwards with my grip on the roots of her and she stared up at my face instantly,
blinking up at me a couple of times.
“Your lips are really soft and they taste so good.” I was sure that wasn’t what she had been expecting
me to say because she had blinked once after a few seconds had passed, before starting to flush in
embarrassment instantly, with her eyes fluttering a couple of times.
“Oh,” She stuttered out after a moment and I gave a firm nod of my head, the sides of my lips tugging
into a small smile, and I reached upwards with my other hand and used it to trace her lower lips lightly.
“They’re so soft and pink, and wet… and now they look swollen, do you know why this part of your lip
feels swollen?” I continued, and I felt her body tremble against mine for a few moments, and she stared
up at me quietly for a few more seconds before finally starting to give a shake of her head.
“Uh, because you kissed it?” She ended up stuttering out and I shook my head a little as a chuckle
slipped out, I just couldn’t help it, she was freaking adorable.
“Yes, Sofia, I did kiss it, didn’t I?” I asked and she nodded her head in reply, her eyes a wide doe shape
and it felt like I could lose myself into it if I kept staring into it. I still haven’t stopped moving my fingers
slowly over her lower lips, and her eyes had started to flutter a little as my thumb grazed over it ever so
slowly. Her face was the perfect definition of a pure blissed out moment, in this particr moment, and
I could feel her breath gush against the top of my thumb feather lightly. At this point, it was very obvious
that she was going to be the death of me.
“Well, that isn''t why it’s this swollen at the moment…” I started to say after a few moments and I
watched in amusement as her eyes, which had slid close at a point, suddenly flew open to stare up into
my face, and I continued almost immediately, just as I started to lean down a little, closing the distance
between us a little.
“It’s also because I had sucked on your lower lip…really hard, that’s the reason why this pretty piece of
thing…” I trailed off and tugged on her lower lip, loving how her eyes fluttered a little in response to that
little tug on her lower lip, as well as the breathy whimper that slipped out and went straight into my
head before I could blink.
“...that’s why this pretty thing is all swollen and reddened up even more.”
I pulled away after that, using every power in me to take a couple of steps backwards, instead of
pressing her into the door even more, or better still, lifting her into my arms. I untangled my fingers from
her hair and allowed my hand to drop at her side, and I watched as she lifted her hand and started to
run her fingers through her hair, as she took in deep breaths into her lungs and wouldn’t for the life it
hers, meet my eyes.
“Do you want to take a shower tonight?” I asked and watched as she nodded her head in response,
and so I moved away from her view of the room and pointed in the direction of the bathroom even
though she thought she knew where it was located, and then I encouraged. “Go on then.”
