    Anne shielded her children and said, “Let’s go.”


    “Anne, what’s the hurry- Ow!” Bianca wanted to stop Anne from leaving, but twisted her ankle and fell


    onto the ground, shouting, “Ow! My ankle!”


    “Are you alright?” Meredith went to help her up.


    “My ankle hurts. My bone might be broken. What should I do? Am I going to lose my leg?” Bianca


    wailed.


    Anne scowled and thought to herself, ‘Can it be that bad? Are they really trying to scam us by faking an


    injury? We didn’t even touch her…‘


    “Hey, isn’t that the piano goddess?”

    “Is that Meredith Hilton next to her?”


    “It really is her! Who knew we would meet celebrities like them here in a mall?”


    The people in the mall instantly swarmed them as they tried to get a closer look; some even took out


    their phones to take photos of Bianca and Meredith.


    Noises filled Anne’s ears from all directions and she realized that they had been surrounded by fans.


    Her priority was her children and instantly tried to take the children away, but wherever she reached,


    there were people blocking the way.


    “I’m sorry. Excuse me. Excuse me…” Anne shoved at them, but the fans ignored her and pressed even


    closer, throwing Anne and the children off their bnce.


    “Stop! There are children here! Move away!” Anne raised her voice.


    Seeing that Anne was trying to escape, Bianca faced her fan with an enthusiastic smile and moved her


    foot quietly.


    Anne backed away from being pushed by the crowd and tripped on something. Losing bnce, she fell


    onto the ground, pulling Charlie down with her.


    Anne could not be bothered with her own safety and reached out for Charlie.” Charlie, where are you?

    “Get off…” Anne could not see anything and was increasingly nervous.

    person on top of her away.


    Bianca spotted Anne struggling to get up and pushed another person closest to where Anne had fallen.


    The person she pushed fell backward andnded on the woman who fell onto Anne.


    “Ah!” Anne felt as though all her organs were being smashed from the pressure of having two people


    on top of her.


    “Get off! Stop crushing Mama!” Chloe went to push at the woman on Anne.


    Chris went to help, but turned and found Charlie on the ground with blood on his forehead.


    “Charlie!” Chris hurried over. “Charlie, wake up!”


    “Papa!” Chloe burst into tears. “Papa!”


    In the dark, Anne was overwhelmed by noises with Chloe crying and Chris shouting, and noticed that


    Charlie had not responded.


    “No…” She muttered.


    Bianca watched as Anne was rendered helpless and thought viciously, ‘Die! Die already! Stomp them


    to death! Die, Anne Vallios, and take your kids with you! That way, Anthony will be mine, and mine


    alone!‘


    She turned around and spotted the bodyguards hurrying over and was instantly agitated at how swift


    they were.


    Anne could not push the person on top of her away and sobbed frantically as she struggled to breath.


    The person on her was trying to get up, but fell onto her again shortly after. Unable to move, Anne


    reached out as she tried to find her children.
