    As they were talking. Estelle came out of the kitchen. Seeing Jonathan, her eyes lit up. “You’re back!”


    “Yeah, need help with the cooking?” Jonathan took off his suit jacket and rolled up his sleeves, heading


    to the kitchen.


    “No need, it’s almost done. Go wash your hands and get ready for dinner!” Estelle’s eyes sparkled as


    she turned around and went back into the kitchen.


    Charlie walked over and put his arm around Jonathan’s shoulder, sighing, “I’ve noticed that when


    someone is in love, even their gazes are different.”


    Jonathan was secretly thrilled but kept a straight face, “How is it different?”

    The two sat down on the sofa. Jonathan poured some coffee and whispered, “I talked things through


    with Yvonne today.”


    Charlie sighed, “She’ll figure it out on her own. The process may be tough, but once she gets through


    it, she’ll be fine. Nobody can like someone for a lifetime!”


    “Right,” Jonathan nodded, “As her friend, I don’t want her to keep deluding herself.”


    Charlie gave Jonathan a wink, “To be honest, have you ever liked Yvonne?”


    Jonathan shook his head, “No!”


    Charlie pondered, then asked, “What do you like about Estelle?”


    After thinking for a moment, Jonathan replied, “I guess it’s because I feel reallyfortable around


    her!”


    Charlie leaned back in his chair, listening to the rain outside, lost in thought. He seemed to likeing


    to the Royal Mansion more and more. Just like what Jonathan said, it made him feelfortable, even


    more so than being with those women.


    “Charlie, Jonah, dinner’s ready!” Emily stood in the kitchen doorway, smiling.


    Jonathan got up and kicked Charlie’s leg lightly, “What are you thinking about? Let’s go eat.”
