    Just as Skr was about to sit down and eat breakfast, Joe came downstairs. He had gotten


    changed.


    “I’ve made some sandwiches,” Skr said.

    Vera nodded confidently and said, “I’m confident I’ll be able to make him propose to me willingly.”
