Chapter 58: Another Story


    They walked in the corridor with smiles on their faces but one of them was having a hard time as he


    watched Nadia walk in front of him. But then he had no choice but follow without protesting, they heard


    shouts, growls and grantsing from the outside of the building. The sisters were curious as to what


    was going on and rushed to the balcony to see what was happening. And they found out that it was the


    training grounds of the pack one was disgusted with the blood spilling around and felt pity for the ones


    getting hurt while the other seemed to enjoy every bit of what was happening.


    Their mates took their hands and led them away from the ce, one pleased and the other pissed that


    they had to leave suddenly. They got to the dining room and saw that the people were already having


    their lunch. Leo saw his parents arriving but paid them no attention and sat on his uncle''sps enjoying


    the meal he was feeding him. They sat down and ignored all the staresing their way as if it wasn''t


    even there and started eating their meal. It was quiet for a moment before they all heard someone say,


    “Stop staring at them granny, it was their second time together in six years, I wasn''t expecting them to


    wake up today. How disappointing, they could they stayed longer am I right grandpa?”


    He finished speaking, and saw that everyone had stopped eating and was staring at him. He sighed


    and shook his head then said again,


    “I thought you people would have being used to me being in him and speaking for him by the way he


    was thinking what I just said. ”


    Logan looked at him and didn''t know how to react to what happened, he looked at the boy and said,


    “My son didn''t intend to say what you''ve just said, I believe you added more sugar to the tea to make it


    more tastier am I right?”


    The king looked kind of confused and had to choice to clear his confusion,


    “Okay so who is the father of Leo among you?”


    Then both men answered simultaneously,


    “I am. ”


    They looked at each other and Absalom realized that he was wrong and was going to answer but


    Nadia cut in,


    “Logan is his father, your highness. ”


    He was still confused and asked,


    “Then why do they both think he is their son?”


    She shook her head and answered,


    “Your highness, it''s another story for another day, I just really found out yesterday night that he was


    really Leo''s dad. ”

    she spit out the food as it was choking her.


    They saw her reaction and didn''t ask anymore as everyone went along with what he or she thought


    could have happened. They finished their meal and got up to leave but Barnabas got up first and


    looked down apologetically and said,


    “I am sorry to you all for disturbing you but I have something to say to you all so if you could join me in


    the King''s office, I would be grateful. ”


    They looked at each other confused but got up anyway and followed him but then they met someone


    else on their way out of the room. She stood by the door and said,


    “Your highness, my name is Tilda and I am Enoch''s mate, are we not epted to join the family


    dinner? Or are we wee here in the first ce?”


    As soon as she finished speaking, she was swiped on her left side and a pnded on her cheek.


    Everyone looked on surprised at them and speechless, Nadia took her hand and swiped her to her side


    and questioned angrily,


    “If you are her mate, does that give you the right to hit her? How dare you?”


    He looked ahead of their heads and then looked straight into Nadia''s eyes, her eyes turned blue


    immediately and a spark appeared in Enoch''s eyes. But it disappeared before the rest caught on but it


    didn''t escape Nadia and Leo''s eyes. She sighed and uttered surprising the rest,


    “You are lucky it''s not your doing, we will deal with youter. ”


    He turned away and rushed from the ce without uttering a word or doing anything else and it looked


    as if he was being chased away by someone.


    The king looked at Nadia confused and asked her,


    “If it isn''t his doing then who''s doing is it? He has been ruthless since he turned eighteen years, there''s


    nothing I haven''t done for him or said to him. But he hasn''t done anything about his behavior. ”


    Leo shook the hand of the king and said absentmindedly,


    “That''s not your son grandpa, don''t worry we will find him for you. ”


    Barb looked at his mate and Mia looked at Absalom, the king looked at the queen all of them


    speechless but the other three had something running through their minds.
