    She attempted to run but she couldn''t ran far because Logan had caught up on her n and followed


    her. His fingers growled longer and the air around him became stronger, and a thick force moved with


    him.


    He caught up to her and she fell unto the ground panicking then she thought of something and started


    pleading,


    “Please allow me to go, I was forced to do this and if I didn''t do it, my family would be massacred by


    those people. I am sorry for engaging in this but can you please let me go prince Logan?”


    He looked at her surprised and inquired,


    “How do you know my identity as a prince?”


    A smirk yed on her lips when she saw that she had gotten him distracted so she immediately threw


    strings of a dark light to him but he saw this and quickly dodged the attack. Then she took this as an


    opportunity and quickly vanished into the thin air. He looked at the vacant floor and saw that he had


    being fooled by thedy so he got up to join the fight. But then he turned to see all the rogues dead


    leaving his pack and the leader of the rogues Daniel fighting with Absalom.


    So he signaled him to stop fighting him and instead of going to them, he stretched his hand and without


    the knowledge of Daniel as to what was happening, a force threw him on the ground and pulled him.


    He struggled to be set free but couldn''t and before he realized, he was lying in front of Logan who was


    ring at him.


    A smirk appeared on Daniels lips as he watched Logan, he felt curious about why the arrogance when


    he was at his mercy and squatted in front of him. He looked straight into his eyes and questioned,


    “Why do I see arrogance in your eyes even at the point of your death? Who sent you?”


    When his voice ended, he heard Absalom call out to his name and tell him to watch but then it was too


    witch.


    He faltered back because of the pain and because he wasn''t expecting that to happen. He wanted to


    have mercy upon Daniel but saw that he deserved no mercy. But he didn''t want him to die without


    suffering like he did so hemanded root veins from the ground and they started pulling him into the

    But then Logan fell to the ground as instead of blood a green liquid poured out of the wound. He fell to


    the ground and winced in pain, Absalom saw what was going on and rushed to him hurriedly. His pack


    surrounded him and watched him as he whimpered in pain. Absalom wanted to pull him from the floor


    but he wasn''t moving, he asked the pack to help him pick him up but he shook his head at them.


    Instead they heard someone shouting in pain, the veins were tearing him apart. Logan got up with the


    rest of the energy he could manage and staggered closer to Daniel. He then questioned him and asked


    him who sent him, but Daniel was in so much pain that he couldn''t bring himself to speak. All parts of


    his body was spilling off blood and then with thest strength of his, he whispered a name Enoch and


    the high official.

    Logan staggered back once again and Absalom held him then Logan told him the address of Nadia''s


    house and told him to take him there instead of the hospital.


    Absalom was confused as to why he was refusing to be taken to the hospital but he stillplied and


    took him to the car. When they got to the house amazingly, the whole house was waiting for them by


    the door. And as soon as he brought Logan out of the car, he was taken into the house and he was left


    with Mr. Martinez in a room. As he tried but save him but as much as he put in his healing powers into


    him, he wasn''t healing.


    So he came out of the room and informed the rest about what was happening. And told them that he


    might have being poisoned by a dangerous venom so his meager healing powers weren''t working on


    him. Then surprisingly, Leo stepped forward with a smile on his face and said,


    “Leave him to me and the rest of you, have some rest as he would be alright in a few minutes. ”


    The people looked at him and became dumbfounded.


    But they couldn''t still rest as they allowed him to go and check on him. He said a few minutes but then


    an hour passed and he still hadn''t stepped out, Nadia was about to go to the room when it suddenly


    opened revealing Leo.


    He smiled at them and said,


    “He''s okay and also I did something else with him and got results, which is a paternity test. ”


    Everyone looked at the boy astonished and then all together asked,


    “What?”


    But he ignored them and walked to Absalom and inquired,


    “So you are the one my mother said is my father. ”
