    Reese''s POV


    "Go to hell" I threw the vase on table towards the vanity mirror angrily. In a second the mirror shattered


    falling down on the tiled floor. I red at the pieces as I felt my heartbeat racing.


    "Reese? Oh my god what are you doing?" Mom gasped as hurriedly walked towards me.


    "Are you crazy?" She grabbed my arm and pulled me away from the shattered ss on the floor.


    "What were you doing? You may get hurt"


    I pulled my arm from her clutch and looked at her "I am hurt mom, I am already hurt" I yelled.


    "Reese"


    "I can''t stand the way Avan is ignoring me. When that bitch was here he clung onto me like his life


    depends on it. He used to be so sweet and loving. But now he is avoiding me every time I go to see


    him" I gripped my hair and yelled.


    "Reese, dear Avan is Alpha now. He has a lot of work to do, '''' mom said, giving me a smile.


    "No, he is not a busy mom. He is just making it up as an excuse to avoid me. I know it. When that bitch


    was here he used to find a way toe near me. He always used to have his way even if he had too


    much work. But now even if he has no works he still makes excuses when I tell him to spend time with

    "Is that true? Is Avan really doing that?" Mom gasped.


    I nodded "I can''t let it happen mom. I can''t let him ignore me like this. What if he gets involved with


    other women including that slut Sh" I gritted my teeth.


    "Why are you thinking like that? Who is more beautiful than you in this pack? Men are always lusty. It


    does not matter whether they have mates or not. The more beautiful the girl is, the more attractive men


    find her" mom replied.


    "You are right. He couldn''t like Sh because she was not beautiful and attractive in his eyes. But he


    turned his head towards me. And now I won''t let him go back to her again. No matter what"


    "I know, my daughter is beautiful and intelligent. She could never fail" I smiled at mom.

    "Don''t worry, after a few days the hunting event will start and you are the best female wolf in the pack


    so Avan couldn''t leave you behind. Just use this as an opportunity and don''t let him get away" she

    After mom left I walked towards my wardrobe. I selected the most sexy lingerie. I grinned when I looked


    at it. I quickly wore it. The lingerie is almost transparent in design as it only covers a small part of my

    When I knocked on his study room, I heard him telling me toe in. I grinned and adjusted my robe,

    "What happened? You looked tense?" Tanea stood beside me watching the view "the garden always

    It was my fault that I left without telling him. He is always concerned about me and always being


    possessive. But I never got annoyed with his behaviour because I know he loves me just like I do. I got


    up from the bench and hugged him.


    "I am sorry Dev, I knew it was my fault for getting so excited about leading the team but I never thought


    something like that would happen. If I knew, I would not have taken such a step and made you so


    worried. I am sorry, please forgive me" I mumbled against his chest. His arms circled around me and


    hugged me tightly. After sometime I felt him sigh.

    I turned around not wanting witness the scene "god, you two, go get a room and spare me from such

    But they were not listening to me as they were already busy kissing each other. I shook my head and


    decided to leave the ce, giving them some privacy. It''s better to stay away from them if they are


    fighting or arguing because at the end they will end up kissing each other. I headed towards the pack


    mansion. I can take some rest and rx. Just as I opened my room door two arms sneaked around my
