    Savannah''s POV


    "Hm.... Looks cosy" he said looking around my room. After the meal, mom insisted on showing him


    around. Even if I don''t want to, mom red at me which made me change my mind.


    "Why did you do that?" I asked him. What he did during the meal was really embarrassing. Thinking


    about it I couldn''t help but feel my cheeks getting hot again.


    He turned around and smirked "do what?"


    I gritted my teeth. He knew what he did but still he is ying innocent. Before him no one was able to


    make me this annoyed. But this man really got the nerve to irritate me to death.


    "You know what I am talking about?"


    He slightly shook his head before sitting on my bed. He leaned back supporting his body with his arms


    "no, I don''t"


    I looked at him nkly. This man! Howe his pack people endure him?


    "Do you want me to exin it?"


    He nodded "oh please, I am looking forward for it"

    "Forget it. There''s no point in arguing with you" I red at him before turning around and walking


    towards my wardrobe..


    I raked my eyes through the clothes hanging inside. I can feel his stare piercing my back. I don''t know


    why but his gaze is always intimidating. Even Avan''s sharp gaze will be greatest failure. Shaking my


    head I reached out to take one of my dresses but gasped when I felt him hug me from behind. My eyes


    widened as he felt his hot breath on my ear.


    "Wha...what do you think you are doing?" I stammered as I tried to force my question.


    "You smell so good, you don''t have any idea what''s it''s doing to me" he didn''t answer yet dipped his


    head in my neck. The hair of my body stood up immediately. And something inside my stomach started


    to move. I was never intimated like this before and I don''t know what''s happening to me.


    "Let ..let me go you..." Before I could finish I felt his lips on my neck.

    "Shh..... You talk too much. Now shut up and enjoy it" he whispered in my ear and bit my earlobe. I


    closed my eyes tightly. His hand roamed over my stomach. Even though I am wearing a dress, the way


    he is touching me I can feel it on my skin. My breath quickened as I leaned myself more on his chest.


    "You are fucking delicious" he whispered again as his tongue licked the skin of my neck.


    "Oh..." a moan escaped from my lips and I felt myself drowning into his seduction.


    "Moan my name" he said again.


    "I...." I couldn''t even form any words. His hand raised up trailing over my body and suddenly he cupped

    and leaned on his shoulder. God, he is torturing my body as he pleased and I can''t even do anything.

    "Answer me. What are you trying to do with her?" Devak looked so angry as he marched towards us.


    "What are you doing?" Tanea appeared behind him and held his arm.


    "Let me go. I will teach this man a good lesson today" Devak tried to free his hand from her hold.


    "Devak are you mad? He is Savannah''s mate" Tanea frowned.


    "Fuck with mate. How dare he touch her?"


    Tanea rolled her eyes then looked at me before smiling "I am sorry for interrupting"


    I turned away, hiding my blush. God, I am so embarrassed today. Earlier during the meal and now


    again in my room. And all of this happening because of this shameless man.


    "I can do whatever I want with her. She is mine" Hardwick''s cold voicended in my ear and I felt


    myself being pulled again. He held my waist firmly and looked at Devak who was struggling with Tanea.


    "You bastard, first you kidnapped her then now you''re forcing yourself on her?" He growled.


    "Force?" Hardwick looked down at me "did I?" He smirked.


    My cheeks started to get warm again and I red at him hard. How dare he ask me something like


    that?


    "See, her blush is the result of my action," he replied, kissing my cheek.


    I looked at him with disbelief. What is he thinking?


    "You...you..." Devak red at him.


    "We need to leave. Now let''s go" Tanea pulled him towards the door.


    "I will kill him today," Devak yelled.


    "No, you won''t. Dad will be too upset with you" Tanea replied but she still managed to pull him with her.


    Devak threw a hard re before Tanea dragged him away from my room.


    I turned around and red at him again. Angrily I pushed him away "what do you think you were


    doing?"


    He raised his eyebrow "what?"


    "Don''t behave like you are innocent because you are not"


    "What did I do? You were the one who was moaning my name" he smirked.


    I blushed again and looked away. I felt him pulling me again. I rested my hand on his chest trying to


    push him but he didn''t even move this time. I frowned.


    "You are not allowed to hide that blush from me" he growled in my ear.

    "You are mine, and only mine. I have all the right to make you blush and...." He leaned closer. His lips

    My heart pounded inside my chest like a drum. Oh god, I don''t know how he managed to get such a


    reaction from my body. Even his low whisper makes me clench my thigh. I couldn''t control myself and I


    pushed him away before running out of the room.


    Just a few hours ago he was a stranger to me and I didn''t believe his words that I am his mate. But


    now I feel attracted to him. Those sinful lips are like magic on my skin and his dirty words are making

    "Hunting event?" I frowned.


    Tanea nodded "yes, it happens on scheduled date in years time"

    "Every pack sends some of their pack members to participate in this event"


    I sipped my coffee "have you gone there?"


    "Yes" Tanea shook her head "it was after a year joining Snow Moon. Devak took me there with some


    other pack members"


    "What is this event actually for?"


    "It''s just showing how strong you are and your pack is" Tanea shrugged st time there was animal


    hunting, fighting and some other games presented"


    "Who won?" I asked excitedly.


    Tanea chuckled, "you really want to know?"


    I nodded my head.


    "It''s a Dark Forest Pack. Those members are strong and yes, they are really skilled. They beat


    everyone whoes in their way"


    I frowned. Isn''t it Dark Forest... I leaned towards her on the table.


    "Have you seen Hardwickst time?"


    "No, he didn''te. It''s just few of his pack members"


    "Alpha''s do not participate?"


    Taneaughed "no, it''s not like that. But it depends on the Alpha. If they want toe then they can.


    But every year it was the pack members who take the challenge and perform"


    "Strange" I finished my drink and put it on the table "when will the next event?"


    "In a month"


    "What?" I stood up looking at her with wide eyes "in a month?"


    "Yeah" she nodded.


    A grin started to form on my lips. Great. It is kind of exciting to join such thing "this time I gonna join"


    Tanea raised her eyebrows "you want to?"


    "Of course. Isn''t it exciting?"


    Tanea grinned "yeah but beware of your possessive mate" sheughed. I rolled my eyes. He is not


    possessive. Is he?


    "Miss Savannah" I turned to look at the maid "Alpha is waiting for you in meeting room"


    Meeting room? I looked at Tanea who was also confused.


    "Okay" I nodded. The maid nodded before taking her leave.


    "Do you have any idea?" I asked her.


    "Nope"


    We walked towards the meeting room. When the door of the meeting room was opened everyone was


    already there. I frowned when I saw Hardwick was there too.


    "Come dear" mom smiled as gestured her hand. I walked towards her and stood beside her while


    Devak pulled Tanea with him.


    "What''s the matter?" I asked.


    Dad sighed "Alpha Hardwick wants to leave and you are going with him too"


    My eyes widened and I looked at Hardwick who was already looking at me.


    "But I don''t want to leave" as my words are out his face bes hard. Oh no, he is getting angry now.


    But I don''t want to leave so early. He stood up suddenly and his gaze pierced me in my ce.


    "There''s no arguments. We are leaving and that''s final" then he walked out of the room. I watched his


    figure disappear before turning my head to dad.


    "Dad I don''t want to leave"


    "Honey, Hardwick is your mate and no matter what you need to follow him. Besides I can see he is too


    desperate to take you" mom smiled sadly.


    "But.."


    "Savannah, your mom is right. It''s difficult to find a second chance bonding. Your first chance was


    worse but even though Hardwick is rough and dangerous he is not a bad man. I have interacted with


    him and I can see the longings in his eyes clearly. I looked down listening to them.


    "Savannah?" Mom called. But instead of answering her I ran out of the room ignoring the calls from


    them.


    He was standing on the balcony near my room. His straight back posture gives a good look. He looked


    so strong and intimidating. I walked towards him silently.


    "If you are here to beg then you can forget about it. There''s no way I am leaving you here" he said


    without turning back.


    "But.." he swiftly turned around and pinned me to the nearest wall.


    "Don''t you dare to refuse because it won''t work. You are going with me whether you like it or not" he


    red down at me with those dominating brown eyes. He looks sexy when he gets angry.

    "I was not refusing you"


    He raised his eyebrow "oh really"

    "You are still refusing" he red at me.


    I closed my eyes. I sighed and looked at him again. He was holding me so close to him. And his scent


    filling my nostrils intoxicating it.


    "I just wanted to stay here till the hunting event," I said finally.


    "Hunting event?" He frowned.


    I nodded "yes, I want to take part in it?"


    "You can still do it after leaving"


    I shook my head "I want to take part as a member of Snow Moon Pack"


    "What''s the difference between that whether you are a Snow Moon member or Dark Forest member?"


    "It''s because your pack is winning mostly. So I want to participate and win" I snapped at him. Then I


    closed my mouth with my hand realising what I had said.


    He looked startled by my sudden snapping as he looked at me for some time. Oh god, what I have said


    just now. I am challenging his pack in front of him. I thought he would get angry at me but instead he


    chuckled. I looked at him with confusion.


    "Are you really interested in taking part?" He asked.


    I nodded my head.


    "Fine"


    My eyes widened. Did I just hear right? He said fine?


    "What?" I asked as I couldn''t believe his words.


    "Fine, you can stay here till the hunting event"


    A smile broke on my face and with excitement I jumped in his arms hugging him tightly "thank you,


    thank you" and kissed his cheek. But then I realised what I did and tried to break the hug but he held


    me tightly not letting me.


    "Fuck, if I knew I will get such reward then I would have said yes earlier" he kissing my cheek. And I


    burnt with blush again.
