Chapter 1945
Presently—at A06, Thompson First Vi. 3
Jennifer, Vara, and Yulia just had their stomachs filled.
They had been waiting a long time, but Lady Wilson''s family had yet to return, and they were
starving. Coincidentally, some ingredients were prepared by Hannah in the kitchen but were yet to
be cooked.
They decided to use up the ingredients and cooked a feast.
Before Donald Webb divested, Wilson family''s standards of living were quite good. After Donald
Webb had previously invested in Wilson group, which helped restore the posh lifestyle to Wilson
group, Lady Wilson was able to resume her previous lifestyle, living like an empress. Their living
standards really did improve tremendously during that time.
Moreover, Hannah deliberately prepared costly ingredients today to celebrate their sess after the
father and son duo finished off ine.
Little did Wilson family know that they would not get the chance to consume any of these
ingredients, and i t all ended up being gobbled down by Jennifer and her group.
The three of them, who had just eaten till their bellies were bloated, leaned back on the sofa and
began
watching television.
This particr tv had been moved from the basement to the living room after Christopher sold off
their big television. Compared to the previous one, this television was much smaller. Being ced in
the spacious living room made it look kind of disproportionate.
While watching television, Jennifer smacked her lips and said, "Oh, Lady Wilson''s vi is indeed
magnificent! The only thing weird is this television. It seems to be a little too small. Compared to this
big living room, it just seems off in size."
Yulia asked in surprise. "What in the world? Isn''t this television like fifty inches? The ones in my
hometown aren''t even this big... Is this considered small?”
"That''s right..." Yara echoed. "I have never seen such a big television before.”
Jennifer waved her hand and said, "You don’t understand. The rich normally have one that''s about
seventy or eighty inches. Last year, when I worked in a housekeepingpany in the city, I went to
many rich homes to clean, and the television was so much bigger than this!"
Yulia sighed. "What''s the point of getting such a big television? Isn''t it very tiring to move your eyes
back and forth on such a big television?"
Jennifer sneered and replied. "If you''re iming that t o be the truth, then those people who watch
movies in the movie theater would have their eyeballs pop off due to fatigue!" 2
Yulia scratched her head. "I have never been to a movie theater. I don''t know what it is like."
Jennifer replied, "I''ve been there. I''ve done some cleaning work in the movie theater. Let me tell
you, the screen in the movie theater is bigger than the wall of this living room. Just think about it!"
Yara, who was on the side, asked. "It''s bigger than this wall? That would be too scary!"
Jennifer chuckled lightly. "The two of you have yet to see the world. Wait till Lady Wilson brings us
to watch a movie at the theater, then you''ll know!"
The three of them were chatting away just as the ambnce had already driven into the yard.
But due to the loud noise from the television, none of them heard anything from the inside.
As the ambnce came to aplete stop, the driver and co-driver jumped out of the ambnce
and
rudely removed Christopher and Harold from the back. 1

Instead of moving the beds, they moved their bodies and ced them on the yard''s marble floor. 1
Seeing them getting ready to drive away, Lady Wilson quickly voiced out in disbelief. "Are you not
going to help us move them into the house?”
The driver replied impatiently. "Our customer''s request was to send you to the location. The moving
fees were not included. If you want us to help, you could pay us two hundred dors per person."
Lady Wilson was taken aback. "But I don''t have any money!"
The driver frowned and ridiculed. "You lived in such a luxurious vi. Don''t tell me you don''t even
have four hundred dors with you?”
Lady Wilson replied sincerely. "Nowadays, you don''t really need to carry any form of cash whenever
you leave the house; hence I don''t keep any money at home. And now, even our mobile payment
system and bank cards are all frozen. There is really no way for m e to pay you!" 1
The driver waved his hand in dismissal. "Then we''re unable to help you."
