Falling For My Mysterious Wife By Cassidy Alfaro Chapter 186
Chapter 186
“Dr. Gainsford? Do you mean ina? What happened to her?” Jalen suddenly became serious and
stared at Miguel in front of him.
Though frightened by his stare, Miguel quickly reacted and said, “Dr. Gainsford was buried under the
copsed house.”
“What did you say?” Jalen almost lost his footing.
Jalen had not expected it to be toote though he came in a hurry.
Standing in front of the ruins where ina was buried, Jalen did not have time to ask further. He
immediately ordered his men to start digging. Since he hade in a hurry, there were norge
excavators on the aircraft, only some simple tools.
But even so, it was much more efficient than the ones the vigers had used.
Everyone got their tools and quietly immersed themselves in saving people.
Under the ruins, ina curled up in the corner with Corey in her arms. She felt a sharp pain in her right
leg. However, ina could not care about it now. Instead, she looked around to find a chance
to leave.
But she soon despaired again. The stones surrounded them tightly and left no hole for them to
escape.
“ina, am I going to die here?” Corey trembled in fear. It was dark all around. Only ina’s body
temperature kept him awake.
“No, Mr. Collins and the vigers will definitely save us. Corey, you are strong. Believe in yourself.
Your sister is still waiting for you outside.” ina held him tightly, trying tofort and
encourage him.
In fact, she was also worried. There would be more aftershocks afterward. It was hard for the
vigers to dig them out with bare hands.
ina was a little regretful. If she had known this beforehand, she would have carried Corey and
Lilly out together at once instead of bringing them out one by one. In that way, less time would have
been wasted.
Taking a deep breath, she knew that she had to calm down. At least they had to stay alive before
Miguel found them.

As time went by, ina found it hard to breathe. She knew that there was less oxygen. If it went on like
this, they would probably be unable to get out alive.
“ina, I’m so thirsty,” came Corey’s weak voice. It was far worse for Corey as he was young and
stayed here longer than ina.
“Corey, don’t sleep. Mr. Collins will be here soon.” She knew what she said took little effect, but she
could not find better words tofort him.
Corey did not reply. ina was a little worried. “Corey?”
“Corey?” No one answered. ina felt a chill down her spine.
She carried Corey to sit up and tried to wake him up. After several coughs, Corey slowly woke up.
“ina, I feel so bad.” Came Corey’s weak voice again, which was heartbreaking for ina.
“You will be fine. We will both be fine.” In such an environment, she couldn’t help feeling helpless,
let alone a kid.
Suddenly, something above her head made a noise. ina immediately caught on and looked up. She
shouted, “Help! We are here!”
“It’s Dr. Gainsford’s voice!” someone shouted.
“Here, they are here!”
ina heard more and more sounds above her and finally felt relieved.
A trace of light pierced the darkness. The hole where ina had got in was dug open, and someone
walked in.
Against the light, ina could not see the man clearly. She just felt that he looked unbelievably
familiar.
