    Long period of silence I know. I wanted to give you all an update. You''ll notice that all previous chapters are currently down, and that''s because I have decided to do a rewrite of Dungeon Ecologist. During COVID-19, I had decided to try to make the story darker than I originally intended because that''s where I was mentally at that time. However, in the process I think the story quality itself suffered and that some pretty pivotal moments that already happened weren''t well written. With that in mind, I''m doing a full rewrite. Here''s what to expect.


    A case of content theft: this narrative is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.


    Things that won''t change:


    1. The general plot points will not change in this rewrite.


    2. No new characters will be added.


    3. Abilities will not be altered, though I might improve the descriptions, but there will be no changes to function or use.


    Things that will change:


    1. Character dialogue, descriptions and interactions.


    2. Descriptive text in general.


    So what''s the timeline? Tentatively aiming for June 30th for the re-release and continuation of the novel. That will hopefully allow me to both re-write and to build up a stock of chapters.
