    her before she could finish.


    “Serenity, you were a huge help to me yesterday. Jackson wouldn’t havee to get me if not for you.


    Regardless, I did cause Terry some problems, At the worst, I’ll let him take it out on me.


    Lisa made it sound easy, but Serenity was still a little worried. Would it really be that simple?


    “Hey, don’t worry. I left Terry without saying goodbye, but I didn’t do anything bad. It’s not a grudge

    After Serenity had left, Lisa headed to the bus station. She wanted to take a bus to pick up her car from


    the parking lot.


    Lisa’s car was still in the private parking lot. Terry had taken her away suddenly, leaving her car behind.


    Lisa felt the pain as she thought about the parking fee she would need to pay for leaving her car there


    for almost an entire day.


    Earning money these days was hard. The small design firm Lisa worked at had recently announced a


    sry change Lisa’s employer would only pay 80% of the monthly sry and keep the remaining 20%
