Shiloh asked where they got the ring, and they said they got it off a friend.  Dresden said the ring looked really similar to his.  The stablehand said, you don''t say? While trying their hardest to not crack up.  Everyone else was close to losing it too.


    Finally Dresden realized that he was no longer wearing his ring, and started to look around for it.  As he got more frantic everyone was laughing.  When he went to confront the stablehand, they put their hands on his chest to calm him down.


    And managed to slip the ring in Dresden''s pocket.  The maid suggested he look there.  He looked I there and put it on his finger.  The maid told him to go out and exercise.  Dresden said okay and went.


    The stablehand, looking really pleased with themselves, thanked the cook for the meal and went out to the stables.  Everyone else finished up their food and before Rutus could steal the servant away, the cook said they had to help clean up, then they could go.


    With an apologetic look to Rutus, they began clearing the table.  Rutus stayed to help and Shiloh and Endermon stayed as well and soon the table was cleared and the food was put away.

    Then everyone dispersed to their various places.  Shiloh and Endermon to the study, Rutus and the servant to the forge, and the maid was sitting in the sun room with her feet up.


    Endermon wished she had a gameboard that she could use to practice or to do whatever else she wanted and decided to ask her mother to get her one.  She went over to the desk and began writing, and soon she had a decent sized letter.


    She had Shiloh read it to see how it sounded, and Shiloh said it sounded fine.  Endermon signed and sealed it and put it on the pile to be sent out.  They had just settled in with books when Dresden burst in.


    He said something was happening on the front lawn.  They all rushed outside to see the cook and the butler sitting super close on a bench.  Rutus, the servant, and the maid wandered up and asked what was happening.  Shiloh shushed her and gestured to the two on the bench.


    The butler dropped down to one knee and pulled a box out of his pocket.  The cook gasped.
