    barely eaten tonight, and Hudson gave us a headache. But let’s focus on our next move.”


    Emma chimed in, “Let me do it. Forget the fishfingers. I’ll whip up some peste for you. Let you try my


    cooking skills.”

    curiosity. “The press conference in three days. Are you really going to release Penelope’s video?”


    Allison knew the stakes; she was just bluffing when she told Grace she’d release it. “Do you know any


    hotshot video editors who can work magic?*

    “At the Blue Club,” Emma responded immediately. “The owner’s keeping an eye on Robbie. No trouble


    there, and he’s off the radar for now.”


    Emma continued, “The other guy in the video is Tanner. I’m worried if they can’t get to Robbie, they


    might try Tanner. What if they bribe him?”


    “Tanner’s an only child of the Ramsel family, and they’re famous in the fashion industry, way bigger


    than the nagans. Mrs. Ramsel is a force to be reckoned with. With Tanner as her only son,


    Penelope won’t get far with the Ramsels.”
