Chapter 11 - Meet The President


    Lin Wen Xin patiently replied to each of his questions with no sign of anger.


    However, she was just a little confused at how talkative he is today. He usually would show her his cold


    and indifferent attitude, and would not even want tomunicate with her.

    “These are...” Lin Wen Xin looked at the boxes lying on the ground and turned to ask Wang Shen Ze.


    “Betrothal gifts. My grandmother asked me to bring them here.”


    Wang Shen Ze paused as he looked at her with a glint in his eye.


    He then continued to say, “Go ahead and bring them in. My job is done here.”


    Wang Shen Ze smirked as he returned to the car and sped off.


    The marriage game has just started and this is just a prelude to her uing tough life of bing a

    Since it was alreadyte, Lin Gao Hai and her servants at home have already rested for the night.


    Lin Wen Xin struggled as she carried the boxes into her house, one at a time.


    The boxes were very bulky as it contained expensive food and herbs, as well as gold and exquisite


    jewellery.

    This is supposed to be a punishment for her but instead, he actually found her to be quite cute tonight


    because of her silly little actions.

    in high school.


    She had the exact same silly personality and it made him want to use his life to protect his little girl so


    she would not be harmed by anyone.

    The long night ended and Lin Wen Xin copsed on the sofa in the living room after she brought in the


    last box.


    “Phew! That was so tiring!” Lin Wen Xin closed her eyes and immediately feltzy to get up again.


    But she knew that she had to bathe a second time because she perspired so much just now.


    It felt as though she had justpleted a high intensity workout!

    She was thinking about how to return the favour to him just the other day when he sent her home. She


    then thought of cooking a meal for him where she could also express her sincerity.

    stood up to ask politely, “Good morning! How may I assist you?”
