HARD CORE : Origin of the Species
Before anything was set up for the existence of a Dungeons Core, before the first Dungeon Fairy showed up to help them, there had to be the first of their species.Clueless on what they were supposed to be doing, or how to do it, but knowing that adventurers would be coming to kill them.At least once the Adventurers learned of their existence. What to expect from the author:- Short chapters that might charitably be described as punchy and to the point.- A decent chance of a finished story based on my history as a writer on royal road.- The occasional funny bit, some of which are intentional.- An audience of fellow readers large enough that you feel like the book is worth reading, but small enough you get to feel like one of the 'Cool kids' who followed a writer before he sold out to the masses- Holding to three chapters a week- An earnest desire to go the distance and do a trilogyWhat to expect from the story:- A Dungeon Core with good reason to kill off the people wandering into his dungeon.- The setting development of having a trope 'Dungeon with a Core' in a LitRPG setting that didn't have those before.- A mix of underground death trap building and some slice of lifeThe story is planned to focus mainly on the MC (Murderous Core) and his Dungeon Fairy, but with some intermittent alternative viewpoints.
