Hop on one foot until it starts to hurt. Now keep on going until it really hurts. Swap mid jump to to the other foot and continue hopping. Keep hopping until it really hurts. Swap mid jump to the other foot. Be careful as this will be extremely painful. More painful than most of you will probably ?ssume possible from something so simple.
