The dancing men cipher is one of the more simple ciphers out there. It simply replaces every single letter of the alphabet with stick figures in unique poses. Some may wear hats, some may hold flags. The presence or absence of hats/flags or location of said item can sometimes be used to determine the case of a letter or if it''s the end of a word.
