"I lost my parents 5 years back today."


    It was night time, 22 years old Sia was walking by the marine drive, by the edge, drunk, both hands in the pocket of her jacket.

    By forth year, she was able to secure internship and scholarship for atleast a year. So, she shifted to dorms and started saving money.


    When her fifth year after separating with her parents started she graduated and became a permanent employee in Amrita boutiques.


    The reason her parents disowned Sia was because she wanted to study fashion instead of any other stream in science.


    Their family had a weird taboo " All those who don''t choose science stream are dumbs". Well to be honest more than 50% Indians think that way, but to separate from a child just because of this is too much.


    However Sia had tried to study science in 11th grade although she was good with it, she found her calling in fashion industry.


    But now she was even removed from there. From past 6 months she is just job hunting.

    Dark thoughts started clouding Sia''s mind. " Should I just jump from here? If I am lost in darkness today, far away in sea, no one will know."
