His body was broken, his neck was still wounded and though it was not bleeding anymore. The wound was unhealed and then he remembered the words of Baek.

Suddenly anxious, he worried how long he had been knocked out for and touching the bite, it was tender to it. He looked in his storage and drinking two potions of health. He felt his body begin to mend with the extra support. But he still felt raw.
He drank an antidote potion too, just to be sure. But felt nothing. He sighed and looking around and realised he had no idea where he was. He looked to the east and when he looked to the west he jumped.
The bodies of both Wendigo’s were there now, dead no less, but still he had forgotten about them and now he saw them, fear clutched at his heart.
The burnt one was smaller and now that he studied it, he could see that once upon a time, it must have been a man. But the larger one was something different, even in death the body was scary, it irradiated fear and Jazmel could feel it even now. He approached it and saw his sword still stuck in its stomach. He drew it and using reeds from the shoreline, he wiped the blade clean before scabbarding it.

SHADOW WRAITH AWAKENS
WILL YOU LET IT CONSUME THESE CORPSES?

He accepted of course and his shadow expunged from beneath him and drew both corpses into itself. he watched as it did this, and the new notifications popped up.

He stretched and even though the bruising had gone down, he was still tender. He made an origami swan to send but the system cancelled it as he tried to insert Mana.

He sighed at this, but then he tried to remain positive. He was in a locked gate sure, but he was alive and for now that was enough. He left the shore and headed inland. Trying to figure out what his next steps should be.
So, he sent a message to Baek and Tango. Knowing they would not send until either he met the conditions, or he passed through the gate. He was a little worried, there was no quests or tasks set by the labyrinth, and so he was heading inland in hopes of finding something soon.
