Amelie and Lamont walked ahead while Miriam followed quietly behind them. Miriam looked at Amelie

much.”
Amelie gave the two a mysterious gaze, and then handed the flowers she had brought to Jeff.
“Thanks for dropping by.”
Cynthia said gratefully. She then quickly pointed to the side, hinting Amelie to sit on the sofa.
“Hey, don’t mention it! I’m d both of you reconciled too.”
Jeff was a little embarrassed.
He was not used to being seen showing affection to Cynthia by an outsider.

“Hey, what’s on your mind Jeff? Now get up and fetch me some water!”
