    <h2>[Part 1]</h2>

    <h5>(?? Bee Boi''s Looks! ??)

    </h5>

The flowers bloomed in delicate bursts of color, their sweet fragrance drifting lazily through the crisp spring air. It was no different from any other day, to be quite honest—just another morning like the rest. And, like every other day, a certain guy,

    Brandon Honepot,

was making his way to university.

The new semester had only just begun, and, to be fair, he already had a mountain of coursework to catch up on. But his mind? Completely elsewhere. Instead of focusing on looming deadlines, he was preoccupied with something far more important—the critter.

A strange, round little creature he had found just the day before, resembling a bee if a bee were far toochonky and friend-shapedto have any business flying. A Spirit, without a doubt. And one in dire need of care. What better place to keep such a thing safe thanthe university campus?

Upon arrival, Brandon barely had a moment to himself before a group of coursemates spotted him.

??:"Oi, Bran! You coming to the Biodiversity course today?"

Another guy, sporting short, tousled hair, chimed in without missing a beat.

??:"Who,Bee Boi?Nah, that guy''s got way too much buzzing around in his head. Just leave ''im be."

At the back of the group, a girl stood silently, her stare drilling into Brandon with amenacing intensity. He tensed. No hesitation. Time to abort.

    ??:"U-Uh, guys! Uh… you know I’ve got that… important…"

He trailed off, feeling every eye on him.

??:"Important…! Important thing! That I need to do! In Flora’s greenhouses!"

    "Good job, Brandon. Solid save."

Lightly scratching the back of his neck—his fingers brushing the dark bits of fluffy hair tied into a tiny, barely-held-together ponytail—he took a few more cautious steps back before swiftlyblasting offin the opposite direction.

And he wasn’t even lying. Bee Boi would never.

    His destination?Flora’s course greenhouse.

What the others didn’t know—what they could never know—was that hidden among thebig, blooming springtime flowers, tucked away just out of sight, was his little bee-like companion. A creature that, by all university rules, had absolutelyno businessbeing there.

    Illegal? Oh,very.A Big, BIIIIGNo No.

    And there it was!

With itscranky, decrepitlook, roof barely holding together, it stood proudly in all its ramshackle glory—the greenhouse.

A strangelyold-fashionedbuilding for such a bustling, modern city, it had ahomeykind of presence. Pointed roofing withclear tilesat the top, letting in light for the plants once carefully cultivated here. But the walls? They weretin, thin and frail-looking, rattlingloudlywith every gust of wind. Every step closer made the whole thing seem even morefragile, as if a strong enough sneeze might knock it over.

Right outside, aweathered signstood, but Bee Boi didn’t even glance at it.

    <blockquote>Flora Course, Building n°1.

    "Please no entry unless authorised."</blockquote>

    No hesitation.Not even a little.

Instead, his sharp eyes scannedeverylittle corner, knowing exactly where to look.There.His usual entry point—a crack in the wall, just wide enough, just easy enough to slip through. Even at6’3” (189 cm), this wasno challenge.

With effortlessathleticism, hescaledthe wall and slid inside, landing with the kind of grace that made itlook easy.

Rows upon rows ofovergrownplants sprawled out before him. The placefelt… off.Abandoned. Silent.

    Because, well, **it *was.***

Nobody had usedthisgreenhouse in a while. The university had long since builta newer, fancier one.

    Underground.

Withstate-of-the-art tech, automated climate control, AI-driven irrigation—wow! Much science! Very cool! Wowie zoom swish robots and all!

    But Bee Boi?He didn’t care.

This forgotten, rickety oldplant graveyardwasperfectfor him.

With careful hands and a sharp eye, he pushed aside a cluster ofXXXXXXL-sized pansies, their petals drooping under their own weight. And there—

    ??:"Here you are, little guy!"

Asoft smilecrossed his face as he gently patted the tinyfluffy bee spirit. Round, warm,friend-shaped. Its giantbeady eyesblinked up at him as it let out a series of high-pitched noises.

    Cute.Very, VERY cute.

So cute, in fact, that Bee Boi felt himselfcontortingin pure, overwhelmingcute aggression.

    ??:"It’s me! I’m your friend!"

He motioned toward himself, his movementsso slow, so careful—even a fly wouldn’t be startled.

??:"You know, your… uh… Oversized Human-Bee kind of guy?"

As soon as the words left his mouth, he hesitated, awkwardly glancing around assecondhand embarrassmentset in.

??:"Even though, to be fair, I have exactly zero bee parts. Like, I’m totally, 100 percent huma—"

Before he could even finish, the spiritplopped itselfonto his lap, its fluffy bodyexpanding and compressingwith each tiny breath.

    ??:"Sleeping, are we…?"

Bee Boi let out a quiet chuckle, offering themost reassuring, warm smile, his fingersgently strokingits impossibly soft fur. It felt… unreal. Unnatural, almost.

And that was exactly why he was here.

Everyone wanted to studyplants, animals, ecosystems. But what aboutspirits?

Why was nobody talking about them? Why was there nocourseon them, noresearch, noanything?

Bee Boi wanted to understand them—up close. And this littlefluffy fella? Theperfectfirst subject for his field research.

But before he could think any further—

    !!THUMP!!

    The greenhouse door slammed open.

    Silence.Heavy. Tense. Unforgiving.
