A girl's story: The Korean War
Yujin is a 13-year-old girl, the head girl at Seocho orphanage. The orphanage's director is the only adult in the area, giving her complete control over the girls. Her only rule is clear: never leave the orphanage. This may sound reasonable, but she even goes as far as to keep the curtains drawn, completely blocking any view of the outside world. The doors are locked from the outside when the director leaves to buy food. Yujin's fear of the director keeps her curiosity suppressed, and she's not the only one. Then a new girl arrives at the orphanage, bringing the truth with her.
