Chapter 192 Everybody Knew It
"You don''t have to, I drove here. You can take a rest at home. I hope that you''ll consider my words
carefully." Adide didn''t let Hanna send her home and then left.
The sun shone brightly in the sky and it was still very hot. After walking along an asphalt road for some
time, she got on her car. When she started the car, she also turned on the air conditioner.
When Adide returned home and opened the door, she saw Antonio sitting on the sofa unexpectedly.
The TV was not on and Antonio was looking out of the window, thinking about something. Hearing the
sound of opening the door, Antonio turned around.
He looked straight at Adide with sharp eyes. Although Adide hadn''t done anything wrong, she still
became nervous. She lowered her head, wanted to pretend that she didn''t see him and was ready to
sneak into her room. Unfortunately, Antonio called her when she got only half way.
"Come here." She couldn''t tell whether Antonio was happy or angry from his voice.

"No." Adide refused instantly.
Antonio kept silent for a moment and then continued to ask, "Well, where did you gost night?"
Adide''s lips twitched, "I went out to y with my best friend and just came back a littlete."
As a matter of fact, Antonio had been waiting for Adidest night. However, he waited without result.
When he was waiting for Adide, he stretched out his hand for the mobile phone beside him from
time to time. He wanted very much to make a phone call to Adide, but he didn''t do so in the end
because of the awkward situation between them.
He waited until more than 11 o''clock in the evening and Adide didn''te back. Out of sight, out of
mind. Antonio just gave up waiting and went back to his room to sleep. However, he was still worried
because he didn''t know where Adide went. Therefore, he didn''t fall asleep even though he had
turned off the light.
He didn''t fall asleep until he heard a light sound of opening the door and the sound made by high-
heeled shoes at some point.
The next morning, when he was about to go to work, he found that the door of Adide''s room was not
closed well and he looked through the crack between the door and its frame out of curiosity. However,
he was surprised that Adide wasn''t in the room.
He couldn''t help feeling a little puzzled and wondered if he had misheardst night.
A momentter, Antonio denied this guess because he was very confident in his hearing. Then there
was only one possibility left: Adide went out again early in the morning.

He was so furious that he didn''t go to work. He stayed in the house to see when Adide woulde
back.
Beyond his expectation, Adide came back before lunch. Therefore, he became less angry. However,
he was still curious about what on earth Adide had donest night and in this morning.
So, Adide saw Antonio after she opened the door.
"You came backte because you went out with your best friend?" He squinted his eyes and repeated.
Adide continued to walk to her room, "Why? Couldn''t I do that?" she was tired, so she didn''t want to
talk nonsense with Antonio. Last night, she sleptte. In the early morning, she got up and went to
meet Hanna. Now she was so sleepy that she just wanted to go back to her room to have some sleep.
Antonio watched her, but he didn''t stop her.
He could tell that she was really tired.
It made his heart ache to see her being tired, because of which he suppressed his anger and curiosity.
In the Battle’s house. After Adide left, Hanna closed the door and leaned on the sofa, eating
watermelon while watching Korean dramas.
Hanna loved watching Korean dramas very much and she also loved the one she was watching very
much. However, today, she couldn''t focus on it.
She had been thinking about what Adide came to tell her this morning. She trusted her best friend
very much. However, she also trusted her boyfriend and her boyfriend also told her not long ago that
Adide liked him.
