Chapter 133 Unburdening Herself to Him
When they were full up and leaned against the sofa, she suddenly understood what the constetion of
that waitress was. An outsider cared about her appetite, but what about her husband?
"Thank you." Adide seemed to say it to him often. These days, she had no appetite for food. Every
day, she was hungry, but she didn''t want to eat anything when she sat at the table. She nearly
wondered if she had anorexia.
Calvin didn''t point it out, but asked with a smile, "I have no patients to see today. Do you want to go to
my office?"
She hesitated for a long time. She didn''t want to disturb him, but...she had failed to sleep well for a long
time.
So Adide nodded and thanked him one more time.
His clinic, or office, was in an administrative building. He rent a room by himself. Compared with offices
of bigpanies, his office was more like a small cozy room.
Adide was quite familiar with this room and she sat on the bench inside directly. Leaning on it, she
was very sleepy and fell asleep before Calvin took a cup of tea and came in.

He put down the cup in his hand, took a nket from the room and covered her with it gently. She
frowned when she was asleep. It could be seen that she did not have a sweet dream. Calvin pursed
memory, they hadn''t seen each other for just a few days. But she already had deep-set eyes. He knew
her problem, but he was just a psychiatrist, not the person who could solve it.
He could regte her mood, but could not cure the sequ caused by her iprehension of that
injury.
Calvin sighed helplessly and closed the door for her when he walked out quietly. Mellow music was on
in low volume inside the room.
Adide woke up in the afternoon and felt dizzy. She looked at her watch, realizing that it waste
afternoon. She stumbled to open the door and attracted the attention of everyone outside the room.
She blushed instantly in shock, nodded hurriedly and smiled apologetically.
"It''s okay. She is also my patient and just came here." Calvin''s voice was always like a medicine that
could refresh her like the spring in the mountain.
Adide nodded hurriedly.
This patient was also a girl. Under great study pressure, she ate a lot of food and therefore got fatter
and fatter. Her ssmatesughed at her, saying that she was fat and ugly; her teachers looked down
upon her for poor study; her parents didn''t care about how hard she worked, just asking why she made
those mistakes in tests and beating and scolding her finally.
Having a sense of inferiority and being under great pressure for a long time, the girl was finally
overwhelmed andmitted suicide after the cement test. Luckily, she was saved because the cut
wound was not deep and her parents found it and sent her to the hospital in time.
Her parents were standing behind her. They seemed to be workers with little education. The fact that
shemitted suicide really shocked them. And the girl hadn''t said a word since she came here.
Seeing that Calvin asked her questions for many times but she did not answer, the grumpy father rolled
up his sleeves and wanted to beat her. The girl subconsciously dodged.
"You won''t have such a good opportunity next time if you use violence!" Calvin stood up quickly. In
Adide''s memory, he was gentle and would never get angry. But now, he was livid. It seemed that he
was very angry.
Adide gave a nce to the girl who was sitting on the chair. She was overcautious and alert, paying
attention to changes around her all the time as if she were an injured little leopard. She was not ugly,
but she was a little fat as a result of eating junk food for a long time. Her smart eyes became dark.
She came close to the girl out of sympathy, squatted beside her and couldn''t help praising her, "Look,
what a beautiful girl. What''s your name?"
Her voice caught her attention. She blushed. Lowering her head, she talked in a voice as low as
mosquitos did for fear that other people would hear what she said, "My name is Zofia Hughes."
Her parents wept tears of joy after hearing her speak. They hugged each other and cried out loud.
These days she did not utter a word though she was awake, which worried them a lot. Through the
introduction of the director of the hospital, they came to Calvin with her.
They did not know what their daughter had gone through at school and also did not know why their
well-behaved and quiet daughter wouldmit suicide.
Calvin pushed his sses and smiled indulgently. A girl really tended to talk with another girl.
Adide''s praise worked better than his rigmarole. He smiled resignedly and turned around to get
some water.
With Adide''s help, they undid the knot in the girl''s mind quickly. After all, she was still pure. When
they left, the girl was smiling and said that she woulde to visit her when there were chances, which
pleased Adide a lot.
Calvin closed the door of the office after they left. It was notte and people would stille to him if
there was an emergency, so he closed the door so that people would think that he had left.
"Did you have a good sleep?" Calvin always had a faint smile on his face, making him irresistible.
He had wanted to ask this question just now. However, when Zofia came, he was so busy that he did
not have the time to ask. Adide said in embarrassment, "Yes, I slept well. I''m sorry to disturb you. I
meant to sit there, but I fell asleep after Iy down habitually."
That was a room in which he hypnotized patients in serious condition. In the first few days, Adide
only talked after he hypnotized her. For the secrets buried deep in her heart, she never revealed them
easily.
Calvin poured a ss of water and handed it to her.
Adide thanked him and then they continued to talk about her.
These days, she still dreamed of a baby covered with blood running towards her. When she tried to
chase the baby, there would be an abyss between them. However, the baby would continue to run until
falling off the cliff. Standing there, she could not reach her child by any means and watched him fall
again and again.
Sometimes she caught up with the child, but it changed. She saw Antonio hold rissa in his arms and
flirt with her. When they saw Adide, theyughed at her because she failed to protect her child. She
crazily wanted to flee, but their voices were around her like ghosts.
When she woke up at midnight, she was so scared that she was in a sweat. Even her friend Hanna
who was sleeping by her side would be awakened by her. She really couldn''t trouble her any more.
After she came back home, she had more of those dreams which was disyed in a more realistic
way.
After telling all these to Calvin, she was much rxed physically and mentally. Calvin listened to her
silently, feeling very sorry for her. Knowing that she dreamed at nights and the scene in her dreams, he
could do nothing as a psychiatrist. For the first time, he resented himself for being helpless.
