Chapter 331 Stefan’s Mother
These days, Hayden had some spare time to look after Ste with the soup cooked by herself, who
saved Stefan.
“Is he not here again?” Hayden looked around, “Does he disappear since the day I left? How can he be
so rude?”
Ste shook her head, “He has been here several times in the evening because he has to continue the

Hayden shook the head, opened the lunch-box and poured some nutrient soup into the bowl to Ste,

“Thank you. I think you can marry a cook with the same cooking skills.”

“Mrs. Beckham.”
Thedy was the owner of the Maple Sugar Inn in the Lanxi Town, also Joseph’s mother.
At the sight of Hayden, Mrs. Beckham was shocked as well.
The room was silent strangely, but Ste asked without any hesitation, “I am Ste. Why do you find
me?”
Mrs. Beckham entered the ward and put the basket of fruits brought by her on the desk. She looked at
Hayden and then said to Ste, “I am Stefan’s mother. I was told that you got hurt because of Stefan.”

Stefan was her son so Joseph was Stefan’s elder brother.
Besides, Joseph’s father was not the one of Stefan’s.
Hayden’s mind was in great confusion, looking at Mrs. Beckham in surprise.
But Ste had no idea what Hayden was thinking about. She stared at thedy,
“You are his mother?”
Thedy nodded, “Yes. He told me that he was so busy in the school so I was asked to look after you
these days. So I will stay here if you agree, and if not, I will find you a good carer.”

Ste was pretty pleased by Stefan’s decision, which, she thought, meant that she was an important
person to him.
Hayden left the ward and paced at the door while the other two kept talking.

Hayden looked around to find that this shop was simple and neat with little decoration, different from
Mrs. Beckham’s Maple Sugar Inn.
“I think there must be customers fond of your style. And there’s no need to change anything.”
“Oh, thank you!” Mrs. Beckham smiled shyly and took a deep breath, “Wee you there. Stefan must
brother you these days.”
Hayden asked her with hesitation, “I wonder if you know that Stefan has been in touch with Joseph.
Does he do that deliberately?”
Hayden was uneasy because she didn’t believe that Stefan was innocent. And it’s she that brought
Stefan to Joseph due to the ident which might be designed y Stefan.
