Chapter 2: Teach Her a Lesson


    “I’m sorry, little baby…” Hayden covered her tummy with a slightly reluctant look. As the operation was


    going to take ce, the door of the operation room was suddenly kicked open after a loud bang. Men in


    ck suits swarmed into the room, making the room crowded at once.


    “Who, who are you?” It all happened too fast and the doctor and the nurses were shocked. Surgery


    knives dropped onto the operating table, waking up Hayden too. Without having the chance to react,

    pressed the bell located on the bedside cab with all her strength. After ringing it, she passed out.


    “The kid’sing out!” Hayden puffed hard and could vaguely hear the loud cry of the baby. She


    forced her eyes open but without being able to look at it, the baby was brought out by the nurse.


    Hayden was transferred to the ward after a few minutes and the butler walked in. Hayden was still in


    pain that she grasped the nket. She asked, “Where’s the baby?”


    “The baby has been sent to Mr. Beckham, it’s a healthy boy,” the butler said. He put an envelope on the


    cab. “This is the twenty million yuan cheque. Thank you for your hard work, Ms. Downey.” After

    A few minutester, a nurse went in to give her medication. Seeing her on the ground, the nurse

    immediately and she rushed out in panic. Hayden who slowly lost her consciousness could vaguely
