Chapter 16 : The Pizza Party
Cassy''s POV,
After the encounter with Natalie,, me and Pete were walking back to our hotel room, Pete looked down
with tears in his eyes and said, "Hey Cas do you think, we can bring Disha back and have our old life
fixed without any problems". I don''t know how to react, eventhou we are not in same page and always
fight each other, I love him too. Pete is a kid by heart, he is afraid of fighting and hurting others but
when ites to his loved ones he never failed to protect them. I looked at him and said, " you know
we can achieve anything in this world when we work together right". He smiled and said, " yeah" .. But I
can still see a bit of fear in his smile.
When we went back, we saw Charles and Lina sitting on floor and talking about something.. I knew
something would have happened here when we followed Natalie downstairs, as soon they saw us,
Charles stood up and came to us ,asked us, "Did she left?".... We just nodded, he looked really tense,
Charles always finds a way to solve a problem but when ites to Disha he is the first person to get
emotional. I ced a hand on Charles shoulder and said, "Hey buddy!! We ll find a way, you know that
right"... He smiled and said, "yeah, we do". and he left the room.
Meanwhile, me and Lina was trying to find leads about Taiga.
After few hours--Cassy''s POV,
We searched in every way, every social media to find his recent activities andtest news for his
presence in any conferences, meetings or even charities. But we didn''t get anything, we were in a
verge to loose our hope, just then we heard door knocking sound, we got scared for a minute and didn''t
tried to open it.Me and Lina were looking at each other continously, since the knocking sound was
getting louder, I went to open the door. I was really shocked to see the person standing in front of me,
Lina shouted from the balcony, "CAS... is everything OK"... I was standing still then she came to check
on me and shouted, " what the hell !! pizza". We both looked at each other and said, "I didn''t ordered it"
(same time).
Suddenly Pete came running from no where and said, "I ordered it" and went inside the room with the
pizza box. We got irritated and said, " seriously Pete, our friend is in danger and you want to eat pizza
here like nothing happened". He looked at us and said, " I am eating this for Disha,,, to save her from
that devils dungeon we need to fight and for that we need energy, that''s the reason I am eating it".
Watching him eating pizza our stomach started to growl too, so we decided to take a bite... Somehow
what he said was true fact, we need energy to fight.
When we three rounded up and started eating pizza, few minutester Charles came through the door
shouting, "guys I think I found a waaa, huh" he stood confused after seeing us with pizza in our
mouth''s.
Charles : Do you guys mind exining yourself??.
Cassy and Lina : Charles, this is not our idea.
(Three looking at Pete)
Pete : what?? Is eating pizza a crime then 99.9% human poption must be in jail by now.
Charles : Cas you joined them too, I know they both have no brain to think.. what about you.
Cassy : I was hungry too charl, we had been running throughout the day without stopping anywhere,
don''t you think we too deserve some rest.
Charles looked down for a while,
Pete : hum you know buddy, I ordered some of your favorites too, The chocte pizza.
Charles : really?? You should have said this earlier.
Casey : seriously, (rolling her eyes) that was really a easiest way to convince you.. And literally you are
the only person on the earth to eat that. You are weird. Trust me.
Charles : Ha ha ha you call ME WEIRD... Then what about this guy next me who is eating pizza with
tea.
