Chapter 599 What Our Memories Actually Meant (Part One)

When that evening came, Terence drove one of his sports cars so he could take Sally and Ca to go

sightseeing along some beautiful streets with sparkling and stunning lights.

They never left the car. They just passed by the streets one after another. All through the night, they

drove down at a constant speed but sometimes, Terence would slow down so they could take their time

    and appreciate the lights.

Terence patiently introduced every street and view to Sally. Although Sally might not understand

everything that her father was saying, she listened very carefully.

JA City was an ancient city with a rich history for hundreds of years. A lot of kings that had ruled the

country had picked the city as the capital of their kingdom. The reason they did so was because of its

    beautiful sceneries.

"Daddy! This ce is awesome! We are going to live here forever, aren''t we?"

Looking at the beautiful ancient streets under the shadow of trees, Sally asked in great excitement.

"Of course, we are! Daddy''s home is right here! Therefore, Sally and Mommy''s home is here too!"

    Terence smiled with great satisfaction.

"Terence, can we stop over there?"

Ca asked when she saw a self-service photo booth. At the spur of the moment, she thought that it

would be nice to have their photo taken. Ca considered that it would also be a fun experience for the

three of them so she immediately suggested it to Terence.

    "Will do!"

Terence gently pulled the car over to the side of the street.

Ca helped Sally in getting out of the car. Then, they walked towards the photo booth with wide smiles

    on their faces.

People had gotten used to taking photos using their phones. They scarcely went to a photo service

shop unless they had to print out some important photographs like passports and IDs.

However, Ca thought that it might be a good ce to capture their moments. After all, the photo

booth could instantly print out their photos for them.

Before Ca walked in, she noticed that there was a couple inside. Therefore, she gestured to Terence

and Sally that they should wait outside for a few moments.

A little while after, the young couple walked out hand in hand, talking and smiling at each other.

Watching them pass by, Ca frowned. She turned her head to Terence, who just came back from

buying hot drinks for them. She then said, "Don''t you think they look like middle school students?"

"Yeah, they do. It''s normal for kids to get into rtionships nowadays. They are much more open to the

idea of it than we were back then."

Terence calmly replied while he held Sally''s hand as they walked into the booth together.

It was true what Terence had said. People getting into rtionships were getting younger and younger.

It was totally different a few years ago when Terence and Ca had just started to feel attraction toward

    the opposite sex.

Terence met Ca when he was already twenty-eight years old. Now that he thought about it, he

started to wonder how he went through twenty-eight years without a woman. His immediate answer to

this was that he had no idea.

"Really? Do you think Sean is dating someone right now, as well?"

Ca, now with so much concern on her face, stared at the young couple''s receding figures.

"As far as I know, a lot of girls like Sean. But he knows what he wants and he''s actually way more

mature than most of the kids in his school. Therefore, I don''t think you need to worry about him on that

    part."

Terencemented while he was picking from the photo frames in front of the self-service photo

    booth.

"Well, that''s great to hear! Even though Sean is going to be in high school next semester, he is only

fifteen, almost sixteen years old. Having a crush on a girl at such a young age is not really good for his

    studies,"

Ca mumbled. A lot of teenagers be rebellious and precocious during that age.

Moreover, their curiosity about their own sexuality and about the opposite sex had a tendency to peak

at this time. It would be easy for them to make some horrible and irrevocable mistakes in their lives.

After Terence was finished setting up the machine, he picked up Sally and together with Ca, entered

the booth. They took a few family photos in various poses.

A whileter, Sally, who sat in the back corner of the seat, pouted. She stared at her parents for a

while, waiting for them to notice her discontentment. When that didn''t work, she gave a loud grunt,

crossed her arms in front of her and turned her head to the side.

"What a shame! Daddy and Mommy had no shame! Humph!"

But her tantrum was sort of justified, her parents were kissing and making happy poses in front of the

machine. It looked like they totally forgot about Sally. Of course, Sally didn''t enjoy that very much!

Meanwhile, Terence adjusted the size of the photo and printed them out. He then picked up Sally and

    pinched her little nose.

"Your mommy is my wife. If I don''t kiss her, who else should I kiss?" he asked with an understanding

    smile on his face.

    "Me!"

Sally answered without thinking much about it.

Terenceughed and gave her cute cheek a kiss. He then turned around to look at Ca.

"Ca, what are you waiting for? Let''s go!"

"Just wait for me a little longer. This machine is really amazing. I just found out that it could print the

photos on my phone! I have a few photos here that I actually want to print out, hold on a second,"

Ca replied as she carefully followed the steps on the screen.

She thoroughly looked through the photos on her phone and tried to pick out a few. While she was

looking at them however, her mind was lost in her own thoughts.

Although she had recently changed her phone, she was able to transfer every photo on her old phone

    through online backup.

Soon, the photos that she had picked were printed out.

Ca collected them all and ced them in her purse.

After the photo booth, they went driving a bit more. Soon after, they were back in thefort of their

    home.

Sally had gotten used to sleeping on her own, so she went to her room to sleep.
