Chapter 545 Uncle Sean (Part Two)

Chapter 545 Uncle Sean (Part Two)

"Terence!" Sean called out to him and proceeded to take a seat right next to him.

Sean knew full well that Terence had been under hypnosis for his treatment. With that in mind, not only

had he been sad for Ca''s disappearance, but he also couldn''t help but feel sorry for Terence. That

time, he realized just how much Terence really loved Ca, so he could more or less imagine how

much pain Terence had been through when Ca went missing.

For that reason, to Sean, Terence held a special ce in his heart which no one could ever hope to

    rece.

"Sean, you are about to take your exams, aren''t you? Have you already found a school that is to your

liking? If you want, I could make arrangements for you in advance."

Terence was just as fond of Sean as he was before. The rtionship they shared had not really faded

away even after all this time.

After all, Terence had always treated Sean as his own brother.

"Terence, I''m just fine. I''d prefer to get epted into the school on my own. I told you before that I''ll be

giving you a hand in the future. If I can''t even manage to get into the high school without your help,

then how could I ever hope to lend you a hand when the timees?"

Sean remarked, with resolute look on his face.

At the end of the day, he had been working so hard for such a long time. So, he had faith that he would

be able to pull it off.

"That''s wonderful! I know you can do it. I believe in you,"

Terence replied, breaking into a smile as he gave Sean a pat on his shoulder.

Walking into the kitchen, Ca fetched two tes of fruits and put it down on the table in front of them.

After that, she gestured toward Sally and asked, "Sally,e to mommy. Tell me, sweetie. Would you

like to go to school as well?"

Sally walked toward her and grabbed the apple Ca was handing over. For a moment there, it

seemed as if her mind had drifted into somewhere far away. Then, she finally replied, "Mom, what does

    ''go to school'' mean?"

Her answer shouldn''te as a surprise since she was only three years old. And most importantly, she

had lived in the mountains from the moment she was born so she had no clue about stuff like that. Now

that they''re back in the city, she definitely had a lot to learn.

Sally''s question left Terence at a loss.

Hearing that his daughter waspletely clueless as to what kids at her age were supposed to be

aware of was gnawing at him. Right now, she was at an age where she was big enough to start going

to school already. However, she didn''t even know what it meant yet.

With that weighing on his mind, Terence sprung up from his seat and walked over toward Sally, who

was currently sitting in Ca''sp. He sat down right beside them and wrapped his arms around the

two of them as he said, "Sally, how about this? I''ll take you to a school tomorrow so you can get an

idea what it''s like. Summer vacation is about to start after all, so a new semester is going to begin. For

now, let''s just have a look at a couple of schools first and then you can go ahead and pick one that you

    like most."

There were times where it would be much better to see things for yourself rather than hear it from other

people. For that reason, Terence thought he should show Sally around so she could see what a school

    actually looked like.

"I''d love that! I''m going to see the school for the first time. This is probably going to be fun!" Despite

having no idea what it was going to be like, Sally was really looking forward to it.

After all, a girl of her age thought of new things as fresh and fun. Add to that the fact that she had

practically been living deep in the mountains for most her life, it was a given that in her point of view,

    everything seemed so amazing.

"Ca, Father is going to visit this afternoon. Grandpa''s condition is still not getting better, so he''s still

in the hospital now. What do you say we go pay him a visit tomorrow morning?" Terence remembered it

    all of a sudden.

Ca had only been back for a couple of days. And it was only her second day staying in the Seaview

Vi. So, Terence called Edmund earlier to tell him about Ca and Sally.

Upon hearing the news that Ca came back with Sally, Edmund made it a point toe over to see

her granddaughter right away. He wanted to get there as soon as he could despite being miles away

from where they were at the moment.

As for Grandpa Nichs, he had undergone a heart transnt while she was gone. It had already

been four years since she went missing. Grandpa Nichs had gotten much older now so he had been

hospitalized almost all throughout the entire year. Things didn''t seem to be going too well for him.

"Sure. That''s a great idea. I have actually been meaning to pay grandpa a visit earlier,"

Ca tly answered. Truth be told, she had thought about visiting grandpa from the moment she got

back. But she couldn''t do that because of Terence''s condition.

"I know. It''s all my fault, okay?" Noticing the condemning look on Ca''s face, Terence went ahead and

apologized for it in an instant as he wrapped his arm around her waist.

That being said, Ca had to push him away because she felt a bit embarrassed of him being intimate

with her at the moment. After all, Sean was right in front of them and he had grown up a lot.

"By the way, I''m nning to see Sean off this afternoon. I''ll just let Sally stay here to make sure that

she''s home when father gets here," Ca stated after taking some time to think about it.

She more or less knew that Edmund probably wouldn''t want to see her.

It made perfect sense, given the fact that he wanted to drive her away before she got swept away by

the flood. Her disappearance had probably even given him a sense of relief back then.
