Chapter 410 Mask Restaurant (Part One)
Rainer held back hisughter and said, "Take a guess at what happened then."
Ca nced at Terence, who was now looking annoyed. She sniffed before saying, "I guess that there
must have been something wrong with Theo''s brain. That was surely too much for anyone, especially
Terence. One or two would have been enough for him."
"You''re right! After a while, the door was kicked open and Mr. Terence staggered out to give Theo a

Terence stopped ring at Rainer. He turned to look at Ca and said, "You want to know?"

"You''ll find out tonight. Now it''s time to eat." Terence tantly changed the subject as the car pulled
over in front of a gate. Ignoring Ca''s reluctant face, he got out of the car.

But she couldn''t help but think about the question that was lingering in her mind. It was like an obscure
mystery to her. She couldn''t imagine what could have happened in that room before he left it.
What did he do with all those beautiful women? But Ca decided not to push Terence. She put it aside
until he was willing to talk about it.
Since he was determined not to discuss it any further, he wouldn''t say another word about it, no matter
how curious she was anyway. She may as well wait patiently for him to tell her.
Stepping out of the car, Ca looked up and found that they were in front of a building. It was called
Mask Restaurant, with the word "Mask" written in English, while "Restaurant" was written in Chinese

The lighting was dim. But a buzz of conversation wasing through the door. When they stepped into
the hall, Ca instantly noticed that the diners all had half masks on their faces which effectively
concealed their identities. They were talking andughing casually as they enjoyed their meals.
The masks seemed to add a sense of security and mystery among the diners. They seemed not to
mind sharing a table with strangers and be able to enjoy their food. Ca was fascinated by this scene
where people were simply being themselves. They casually mingled and chatted with strangers without

Terence seemed to be familiar with the ce. He started guiding Ca towards the stairs on the side of

"Terence, why can''t we eat downstairs? It seems very interesting back there," Ca asked as she
slowed her steps.
Terence frowned a little. "Don''t you think that it''s childish?" He kept walking in the corridor as he asked.
"You may think anonymity is a good thing. But what happens afterwards? Think of when you take off
the mask after dining with someone and find out that he''s actually someone you really hate? Won''t you
feel betrayed after that?" he pointed out.
"Well, there is a small possibility for that to happen, I suppose," countered Ca. But surely the
chances of that happening are slim to none, right?
As they were walking, they passed by some other people. To Ca''s surprise, she found that people on
the second floor also had masks on.
There were also some people without masks, but no one that she could recognize.
Terence and Ca finally reached a private room at the end of the corridor. As they walked in, Ca
noticed a table with various masks on it. It seemed guests were allowed to use these masks and return
them before leaving.
Ca''s eyes lit up. She was always up for amusing tricks and games.
Since the opportunity presented itself, naturally, she decided not to let this pass.
Therefore, Ca sneakily and quietly grabbed two masks from the table as they walked past. She held
them in one hand behind her back. Terence didn''t notice anything.
