Chapter 81 THE DINNER PARTY
Meanwhile Tyson was watching from the door, he scored immediately and clenched his fists angrily
then he walked away.
4PM.
Tyson came out of his room, handsomely dressed. He smiled and soon, Elle and Lady red walked in
smiling. Both James and Lauren came out and they exchanged pleasantries.
Soon they were eating at the diner.
"You are so handsome you know.." Lady red teased and they allughed.
"Thanks mum inw.." He said and Laura shrugged.
"You can call me mum.." She winked and they all smiled.
"Honestly, it feels so good to meet this family. It''s like you are my second family.." She added and Elle
smirked.
Her mum was a good actress more better than she expected. She wondered how she was able to sit
with her daughter''s killer and smile with them.
Well, she did it so her mum wasn''t different.
''I''m so sorry, I didn''t mean to pry into your family matters but I saw everything that happened on the
television and I can''t help but wonder if you are fine. I mean Governor, you were shot earlier. Are you
okay?" She asked.
James smiled and nodded.

"I''m fine. I was framed.." He exined and Laura nodded.
"I know. You exined it to them. I just wonder how that Langford is doing now? Since both of you
were friends and he betrayed you. I''m disappointed but all in all, I learnt not to trust anyone, cause you
will be back stabbed like you now.." She said and sighed.
"It''s fine. Let''s stop talking about this.." Lauren faked a smile but deep down, she was worried about her
daughter. She nced at James and Tyson but they were smiling heartily like nothing happened. No
one noticed that her daughter was missing. She looked at Jason and saw him eating unbotheted by
what was going on and suddenly it struck her mind that Jason might know where Deborah is. Even if
Deborah is angry at everyone, the only person she can''t stay angry with forever is Jason. She loves
and adores him that much. So she was sure that Jason knows where she is.
Meanwhile Elle looked at Tyson womdering how to get his sample for the DNA test. Her eyes went to
the spoon he was holding and she smiled.
"I think we should finish up the food so we can discuss the wedding preparations. Right love?" She
held his arm and gave him a light peck and Tyson nodded. Jason scoffed when he saw that.
"It''s like she''s forgotten about me here. I don''t know ehe has to act so touchy with him. Can''t she act
normal?" He scoffed again and looked up. Their eyes met and she winked at him.
Jason bit his lower lip to stop it from smiling. Gosh! Thisdy will be the death of him. She looked so
cute while doing that. He looked up and she did the same, secretly smiling.
Jason winked at her also and she smiled again secretly.
Tyson noticed it and quickly asked.
"Babe, why are you smiling all of a sudden?"
"Oh it''s nothing actually. I was just dreaming of our wedding. How it''s going to be! That day will be the
happiest day of my life.." She said and Jason choked. He coughed out and immediately stood up. He
was struggling to hold hisughter, thatdy of his was a damn good actress. Like anyone would buy
her act anytime, anyday.
"Excuse me please.." He said and walked. Even Laura was awed by the acting of Elle. She had not
witnessed it so she was surprised but her daughter was so good.
They rounded up the dinner and they all went to the living room except Elle who pretended like she
wanted to recieve a phone call. As soon as they left, she immediately grabbed Tyson''s spoon and put it
in a stic bag before putting it in her bag. Lauren was at a corner waiting for Jadon saw her but she
didn''t see what she put into her bag.
''What''s that?" She asked herself and shrugged when she saw Jasoning.
Jason got to her and was about to pass her by but she called him back.
"Jason.."
Jason stopped on his tracks and then turned to face her.
"You called me.." He furrowed his brows.
''I''m sure you know Deborah left the house. Do you know where she is?" She asked and Jason scoffed
inwardly.
"Perfect time to worry about her.." He thought. He quickly faked a surprise look.
"What? Deborah is missing? Howe I didn''t know? I thought she''s in her room!" He said and Lauren
was shocked by his sudden change of emotions.
She was sure that he was lying. He was not sp surprised at first but now he is. Probably he knew
where Deb is.
''That''s why I''m asking you Where''s she? Where''s my baby? I want to see her.." She said almost in
tears.
Jason sighed.
"I''m sorry mom. But I don''t know where Debby is. I really have no idea.." He said and walked away.
Lauren fell on her knees then she broke into tears.
"Where are you baby? Your mum misses you quite badly.." She said in tears and Jason sighed when
he heard that but he remembered that Deborah didn''t want anyone to know her whereabouts for now.
Jason closed his eyes, then he opened then and walked away.
The dinner party was over soon and everything was sorted out.

ELLE''S MANSION.
"Mamita, you did great there. Cheers to that!" Elle said and they clicked their sses and took a sip
from it.
"I''m d that I did good, sweetheart. I can wait to see them fall for the death of my baby girl.." She said
and theyughed.
''I''m tired sweetheart and I promised to read Kiera her bedtime stories today so I''ll retire to bed now.."
Laura said and Elle smiled.
"Good night Mamita.." She said and Laura went upstairs.
The door bell rang and Elle smiled.
"It must be Jason.." She thought and rushed to the doorbell. She opened it and smiled when she saw it
was him.
"Ja.." She couldn''tplete her statement when he grabbed her waist.
"Hey, what are you doing?" She whispered. He pulled her closer and mmed his lips on her urgently
as they both walked in and he closed the door gently. Elle broke the kiss and stared at him.
"What''s wrong?"
"You really had to make me jealous huh?" He asked and kissed her again, this time more harder and
passionately as they kept on moving in.
