Chapter 73 Deceiving him 1
"What?" Tyson whispered.
Tears ran down Elle''s face and she quickly wiped it off.
"It''s a really hard decision but I guess that''s what is the best for us at this time. It seems this
rtionship is not working anymore.." She paused and looked down.
Tyson was still shocked to say anything.
Elle sniffed and then removed the engagement ring on her finger. She took his palm and then opened
it, before cing the ring in it. Then she closed it back leaving Tyson more speechless.
He could not believe What''s happening.
"Is she for real?" He thought.
"I''m sorry Tyson. I''m really sorry.." She said and then turned. She paused and then smirked as she
wiped off her tears.
He was going toe after her. That she was sure of.
"I.." She took a slow step forward.
"2.." She counted.
"3.." She started walking more hastily.
"4.."
"What''s wrong? Why isn''t he stopping me?" She thought and stylishly looked back. By this time, she
had already gotten to the door.
"5.." She counted and made to open the door when she heard quick footsteps behind her. Tyson
immediately hugged her from behind and she gasped before smirking.
"Please don''t leave me Elle. I''m so sorry. I''m sorry I doubted you. Please don''t go.." He sobbed and
she rolled her eyes.
"No.." She sniffs.
"You clearly don''t trust me…" She removed his hands from her shoulder and faced him with teary eyes.
"I love you so much Tyson, why don''t you believe me? I''m sorry but i can not continue this rtionship
if you don''t trust me. Is this how you will act if we get married?"
Tyson immediately grabbed her hands.
"I''m sorry Elle. I promise to believe anything you say now. I really promise you. Please don''t leave me.."
He cried and hugged her. Er smirked again and patted his back.
"I''m not leaving again. I''m so madly in love with you that I won''t be happy without you.." Elle said and
broke the hug. Tyson immediately pecked her forehead.
"Thank you.." He whispered and she smiled. He brought out the ring and smiled.
"Do you still want to be my wife?" He asked and Elle nodded.
"Of course.." She replied and immediately he fixed it into her finger.
"I love you.."
"I love you too.." She responded and they hugged.
"First step achieved. He madly loves me, his love for me already blinds his eyes to the truth. Now we
have to move on to the next step. I hope Jason manages to convince his dad.." She thought staring
into space.

Damien sighed and came out of the car. He met her still crying.
"Hey! Stop crying, will you?" He said and passed her a tissue. She collected it from him before cleaning
her face and nose thoroughly.
"How could they.." She paused and sniffs.
Damien rolled his eyes.
"She''s just been over dramatic since. I''ve alreadyforted her but she prefers crying.." He thought.
"How could they embarrass me? Am I my father? I''m not dad for crying out loud!" She yelled and wiped
off her tears.
"What would my friends think of me? I bet they will hate me! Gosh! I''m so doomed!" She cried again.
"Get a grip on yourself Deborah. This is not the end of the world. And what if your friends hate you? It
doesn''t add or reduce to you in anyway!" He snapped at her. She red at him and then hit his chest.
"Why are you always harsh to me? I thought you said I''m like your younger sister, why don''t you treat
me like one!" She yelled and tried to hit him again but he grabbed her arm and pulled her into a hug.
She was surprised at first but sheter rxed.
"Acting weak is not always the solution to the problem. Rather be strong so you can face all
challenges.." He said patting her back and she nodded.
"But how?"
Damien smiled shortly.
"You just have to gathered courage and do it.." He said and broke the hug.
"I''ll be back.." He said and walked towards the car. A smile escaped her lips unknowingly and then
Damien walked out with a bottled water and a towel.
"What''s that for?" She asked.
He handed her the bottled water.
"You must be thirsty.."
Deborah smiled and took it from him.
"Thanks.."
He walked behind her and started cleaning her hair with the towel.
"Some of the egg stains and dirt stuck on your hair.." He exined and she smiled again.
"Never knew you are this caring..'' She said.
"I also never knew you are such a cry baby.." He chuckled and she faced him.
"Hey! Stop teasing me!" She red at him.
"What''s with your res?" Heughed and ruffled her hair. Deb''s heart skipped at the moment.
But then she shrugged it off. She stood on her toes and ruffled his hair as heughed harder.
"Serves you right!" She stuck out her tongue at him and heughed again.

He took his hands to her hair and started arranging it.
"But then, what do you think about the usations on your dad?'' He suddenly asked and she sighed.
"Honestly, even though he denied it. I''m still having doubts. Sometimes I wonder if my dad is as
innocent as he ims to be. I honestly don''t want to believe again…" She paused and Damien sighed.
"But the video can''t be fake right? It was Dad''s and mum''s voice. Even my daddy''s reaction when he
saw the video gave him out but honestly, I''m confused.." She said.
"Why don''t you try finding the truth? Find out what happened really so you will know if your dad is really
innocent?" Damien asked.
Her eyes beamed immediately.
"Really?"
"But how?" She asked.

Jason came out of the car. He looked around and as he remembered his dad''s words yesternight. He
clenched his fists angrily.
He sighed and then walked into the mansion. He rang the doorbell and the maid opened it for him.
As he walked in, he met his Dad in the living room operating on hisptop.
"Dad.." He called.
James looked up and he furrowed his brows upon seeing him.
"Jason.." He said and stood up.
Jason rushed towards him and hugged him tightly surprising James.
