    Lauren smirked and brought down the phone from her ear.

    She groaned and gripped the sheets tightly as memories shed in her head.

    "I think she''s awake now.." A voice called and she walked into the room immediately.

    Asanel sat up immediately even if the pains were stopping her.


    "Where am I? Where''s my mum?" She took her eyes tody red.


    "Who are you and please, where''s my mum?'' Asanel asked and Lady red sighed.


    "I''m sorry Asanel but your mum didn''t make it. She died even before the house was burnt down. Don''t

    began to rush in.

    Maltida woke up and was shocked to see smoke everywhere.


    "What''s happening?" She thought and looked at her sleeping daughter. Then she yanked the duvet off

    ood up. She walked into the living room and was shocked to see that everywhere was on fire.


    "Asanel! Anel! Wake up!" Matilda yelled and Anel groaned and opened her eyes but she started


    coughing immediately.


    "Mum, why''s there anyone everywhere?" Asanel asked and got up from the bed. Matilda ran towards


    her immediately.


    "We need to get out of here immediately. Anel, we need to leave. We have to protect your baby at all


    costs.." Matilda told her and Asanel nodded, frightened.


    They took a thick nket and wrapped their bodies with it.


    "Let''s go.." Asanel nodded and started walked away, suddenly a nk of fire fell beside her and she


    gasped.


    "Keep moving, Anel.." She heard Matilda''s voice behind her and she turned.


    "Mum.." She was about to talk but Maltida''s eyes widened when she saw that another nk of fire was


    about to fall on her. She immediately rushed towards her and pushed her off.


    As Asanelnded on the ground, Maltida fell and the nk of fire fell on her stomach.


    "Mum!" Asanel screamed in tears.

    already burnt badly. Then one of them carried her out.

    Asanel cried out in pain.


    "Mum, mum.." She wailed like a baby.

    "What about my baby?" Asanel asked Lady red who sighed.

    "Just wait, you all. Enjoy while itsts but I promise, I promise you all. You will pay for everything you


    did to me. You will regret ruining my family! I will make sure to destroy you! I will destroy all the


    Madison''s!" She yelled again.
