Chapter 9 An Unpleasant Ending


    In the end, Rachel and Jack parted in discord.


    After returning to her office, Rachel nned to find another apartment for Eric, one that was much


    closer to the hospital so that she could help him in case something bad happened.

    her. However, Jack, who had no feelings for her, had insisted on getting married to her, and it had

    As Eric watched his sister walk out of the room, he felt that there must be something wrong between


    her and Jack. Jack was such a ruthless man that perhaps he had threatened his sister into staying with

    came, he would not let go of Jack.
