    Species Name: Red Ants & Black Ants


    Planet: Colonia


    Theme Song: Colors by Ice-T (Heard this song on a subway… not really into old rap but it describes what I’m about to write perfectly)


    My head is INFESTED with these guys; so I’m drawing them first. They take up 20% of the galaxy’s population and are OBSESSED with working. NOT for money… but for snacks.


    The BLACK Ants are into sweets while the RED ANTS are a gaggle of chiliphiles.

    If it wasn’t obvious, these two can’t stand each other… ESPECIALLY their Queens.


    What this species represents:


    When I was five (or six), I saw nuns at a park organizing a picnic for the needy.


    I took some of their food when they were praying (I was four don’t judge). God must’ve had it out for me because I found black ants in the sweet bread and red ants in the spicy corn. Those little bastards bit my tongue like CRAZY. Nuns were pissed. T?h?e?y? ?l?o?o?k?e?d? ?l?i?k?e? ?a?n?g?r?y? ?p?e?n?g?u?i?n?s?.?


    Because of this, I steer clear from anything sweet or spicy in the dream world… last thing I want is to trigger a nightmare with that old, PAINFUL memory.


    Side Note:


    You know… speaking of ants and my u?n?s?u?p?e?r?v?i?s?e?d? youth… I (vaguely) remember promising the Queens something when I was seven? Don’t know what, but whenever I’m around ‘em, they look like they’re just… expecting me to take some sort of action. Been meaning to ask what’s up, but with me being their galaxy’s savior and all, I never have the time.


    Shouldn’t be too serious, otherwise my priests would be making a big deal out of it…


    Off to bed now… it’s going to be my birthday tomorrow and I’m anticipating the whole lot of nothing my Dad plans on giving me c:
