Chapte 209 Bring his lunch


    Looking at Malinda’s genuine smile, Matthew couldn’t see into her soul. He frowned and took the

    did not speak and hurried to keep up. As the doors closed, nca came out of another elevator, with a


    lunch box in her hand. She walked in silence to the door of Matthew’s office, where she stopped and


    hesitated for a moment. Finally, she knocked on the door.


    “Come in,” came Matthew’s voice from the office. nca took a deep breath. Then she pushed open


    the door and went in. Matthew was sitting on a sofa. nca gave a slight cough and said, “Er, Mrs.


    Brown asked me to bring you lunch.”


    Matthew raised his head and his eyes fell on nca. nca was embarrassed and tried to avoid his


    eyes. She went to a table, putting the lunch box on it. “Come and get it. And, er, thank you, really, for


    Louise’s apology. Okay, well, I’d better go.”


    “Wait.” When nca was just leaving, Matthew stopped her. nca turned and they looked at each
