    "I know that you didn''t post the video online. Somebody else did it." Jean noticed Eva''s emotional


    turmoil and sighed, "Please rx. Let''s have a good talk about it." With serious tone but calm face


    Jean had realized that Eva was experiencing great bewilderment and she wanted Eva to hold her

    would get the chance to enjoy it." Eva sighed sorely with an embarrassing smile on her face. She was


    feeling ashamed of what she had done.


    "Since things had already happened, I had to find a solution to it by myself. I was not at liberty to lose


    my poise. I can''t solve any problem, by just being emotional and angry. Am I right?" Jean said with a


    forced smile. She had to keep herposure in spite of the fact that she was feeling miserable and


    depressed deep within her heart.


    "You are right. And you also handled the situation with senses. But why do you keep calling me even


    though you knew I didn''t do it?" In a startled tone Eva asked Jean with confusion. She really wanted to


    know the reason behind Jean''s so many calls. It was making her distraught.


    "I wanted to know who else knew about the video apart from you? Though the video posted online was


    different from yours, I felt that the video uploader tried to exaggerate the matter, focused more on my


    interaction with Calvin, keeping your video as the base. The editing done on the video was of high


    quality, and great effort was also ced on it. It was very much well nned. Of course, the edited


    video would ignite the crowd''s attention more easily."


    Jean exined with a dark face and serious tone. She was determined to go to the root of the matter


    and was ready to do anything possible for it.


    Eva admired Jean''s reasoning and decided to tell her everything she knew after having some thoughts.

    "Jesse..." Jean was startled on hearing that Jesse did know about the video but she couldn''t help

    "As for my friend, he did post something online without my consent once. But he deleted it quickly

    Eva tried to exin it to Jean soberly. Eva knew his friend would not have done it. He was not that kind

    "Do you trust your friend?" After listening to Eva''s exnation Jean asked her to clear her doubt and to

    "I trust him, or I would not let him edit the video." Eva nodded affirmatively.


    Jean''s brows furrowed in silence. Her mind was now in a total mess. She was perplexed because she

    full proof clues, just mere hints.


    And Jean could not wrongly use them to be the person behind the matter, before there was enough


    evidence to prove them to be an offender.


    "Today I went to find Jesse, in the parking lot of The Qi Group." Eva continued to speak, since Jean


    was silent. Eva wanted to rify herself from all the doubts that Jean would be having about her. As


    Jean was not saying anything, she got the chance to justify herself.


    "You went to find her?"


    Hearing about the parking lot of The Qi Group, Jean held back her worry and thoughts and asked with


    furrowed brows, as Eva could tell her something which could prove useful for her.


    "Yes. I asked her whether she had posted the video online or not, but she denied it. And judging from


    the expression on her face, it seemed that she didn''t do it. But, if not her, who would it be? Who could


    be so vengeful to do such kind of thing and by editing it, they achieved a new low, " Eva said, in a


    puzzled tone. She was running her mind as fast as possible to crack the case open.


    "Let''s not guess recklessly, before getting a solid proof. And it would do us no good if we keep on


    guessing. So we have to work towards getting the evidence." Jean rxed her brows and reminded


    Eva on the phone. "Be careful by yourself. You might get involved in this matter, or even worse, you


    might be rendered the scapegoat. So don''t do anything which could prove troublesome for you. Eva,


    please be extra careful."


    "I know, or I wouldn''t have turned off my phone so that people can''t find me. I am taking all the


    precautions necessary, " Eva said grievously. She was kinda tired because of all this as she was not


    the one who did it.


    "But now why do you switch your phone on?" Jean felt curious so she asked her in a surprised tone.


    "I don''t know what you think of me. But I am innocent. And I don''t want to be guilty in my life. I thought


    that I need to give you an exnation and tell you everything I know." Eva said in embarrassment but


    in a definitive tone.


    "Eva, thank you for clearing things out. It takes great heart to clear themselves out." Jean smiled and


    expressed her gratitude in a soft tone.


    "All right. I am feeling so much better that you don''t me me for making such a mess. You really have


    a big heart. People don''t understand you correctly. Jean, I am sorry about before."


    Eva apologized in an unusual way. Feeling nervous, she was clutching her clothes unconsciously and


    was wearing a remorseful expression on her face. She was very grateful towards Jean for forgiving her.


    "What''s in the past is in the past." Jean smiled and said, "Take care of yourself. I should go now.

    Jean was concerned about Eva so she reminded her again. She didn''t want her to be in any kind of

    Now, nobody could expect that the two past enemies could get along well with each other. Enemies
